@virginmedia Netflix came back today. Separately, the movie I recorded last night started 30 mins late but the Virgin box didn't adjust for it. So I missed the ending. Pretty poor service, considering how much I pay every month.

Cancelled @VirginMedia yesterday. No issues with the service but found something cheaper. Today they have so far called me 7 times with aggressive costumer retention bullshit. I was thinking that I would return to them at some point in the future but no way now.

After some discussion, which involved several "can you repeat that" I got it down to £48 for 18 months. Result but took some careful listeing.
