    @virginmedia imagine my surprise at my bill this morning when I've been charged an amount your CEO office assured me was a mistake a month a ago it wouldnt happen. Just let your CEO team that when they call, I won't be this polite telling them where they can stick the service

    @virginmedia Yes, they do seem to drop at the same time. The one I have most issues with is my work laptop. It frequently kicks me out of VPN and tells me there is no connectivity despite showing signal. My IT team guessed I was a Virgin customer before I mentioned it so obviously common.

    @virginmedia I’ve still not had any response from Virgin regarding my issues. One response from another user which gives some info about monitoring the line etc and some other stuff that I don’t think I should have to do as it’s your problem. Is this the best you offer?
