    @virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

    @virginmedia The text service is a bot so doesn’t understand what I want. I don’t understand how posting on a community forum will help me order wifi pods. I’ve posted but just get replies from other members. I want to be able to contact someone at Virgin not other customers.

    @virginmedia I know I recently extended my broadband contract with you but the service is abysmal and the customer service even worse. Can I cancel please and I will go back to Sky.

    @virginmedia You do make it ridiculously difficult to cancel a broadband connection. Setting up a new Virgin broadband connection in my new house was painless. I've gone through security 5 times attempting to close the old one. What a waste of time!
