    @DaveRumbold @virginmedia Thank you Dave, how did you manage to get through to them? Feels impossible! I am at work and keep on taking breaks to see if they get back to me, but the days tree n is absolutely broken. Should be able to terminate from the online portal!

    @virginmedia sort your customer service out! I’ve spent 2 days trying to sort out my fibre optic, to be cut off 4 times on hold for 6.5hrs lied to 3 times transferred to India 8 times, still no further forward. #pleasehelp #FirstWorldProblems #shockingcustomerservice

    @virginmedia I’ve spent the last 3 hours trying to communicate with someone via text about some charges that are due to virgin not setting a cap on my 11 year old step daughters account as requested! Service is awful

    @virginmedia my 77yo mother waits 40 mins in a phone queue. Explains the account/billing issue. Person puts her on hold for another 45 mins until she hangs up. And this is acceptable?

    @virginmedia absolutely disgraceful customer service again. Our contract is up for renewal and you want to increase our bill by £50 but with no additional services. Daylight robbery tried speaking yo someone. Can't get through yo talk to anyone

    @virginmedia Now I receive plenty of texts In 14 seconds I have received 8 texts. 4 times to say : Hold fire. We're getting you connected 2 times to say you store the conversation 2 times to ask me what service I want to be connected... Being abroad I pay for each of the text.

    @virginmedia It's the same advice eveytime that I need to plug it in when the item is attached to a wall upstairs broad band downstairs and that u dont guarantee the wireless they are always ready of a script and Ur engineer are useless never sort out the issue still happening when they leave

    Disgusted with @virginmedia, making me pay out £210 to end my contract because I'm moving to a new house which doesn't have their services. Totally unfair policy, it's your fault that you don't have UK wide coverage, stop penalising people. Will never use them again, avoid!

    @virginmedia just had to raise a complaint while trying to cancel. Turns out you placed me into a new contract when my discussions with your sales team I explicitly told them I don't want to do so. So now I have to hope complaints contacts me to refund what I have to pay upfront
