1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@virginmedia No issues reported. A reboot of the hub seems to do the trick however it’s an inconvenience doing that 4-5 times a day.

50 mins talking to an engineer who then couldn't connect the new box and now have to have an engineer come out to sort it @virginmedia you need to get your customer service sorted

@WebAsh @virginmedia This is exactly the crap I had to go through. It's a stupid dance designed to extract more money from people. It's crazy you need to phone and ask for the price offered on the website, they say no, you cancel, then a few days later they offer it..

@virginmedia Often get “internet unavailable” and phone line hasn’t worked since we moved over from Sky. Fair to say unless it gets sorted soon I will be going back to Sky snd getting a refund for having no working phoneline. Been a terrible experience.

@virginmedia I don’t know what the issue is but trying to work from home without Broadband that is supposed to be better than Sky isn’t helpful. No one seems bothered about the phone line either!

@virginmedia Yes. Have had several conversations with them starting many months ago. Had new hub, engineer visit etc though problems persist. Didn't stop you raising prices for a service not delivered. I don't think there's a problem with the hardware, i think it may be too much local demand.

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

@virginmedia Hi. I’ve had no problems with any other recordings, the episodes have just been loaded in the incorrect order. Even if I go to watch it on Sky Witness On Demand through my Virgin Media box, S6 Ep2, it’s still playing the incorrect episode which I think is actually Ep3.

@virginmedia The WiFi is working fine with an ether net cable. However, the WiFi will randomly drop off whichever device it pleases and sometimes still be working with others. Is this potentially an external issue?

@virginmedia So I'm in a shared house and bills are managed by the agency. Don't really know the account holder name so can't check it properly but only by the postcode it shows that there are no problems. It's been more than a day already that we don't have broadband. Agency is slow to reply
