@virginmedia Yes I did. They gave no reference number, but said I could call back if they never called me...nice...but no number or reference. Angelo in your call centre has all details. It was carried out by a third party of your sub contractor.

@virginmedia Always good when you work from home and are told over the phone everything has been done to fix your internet speed, currently 1.67mbs and supposed to be 200mbs, and that the earliest a technician can come out is Monday! Great service, not. Time to switch providers.

@virginmedia My Virgin router was installed with a very short cable & the signal didn't reach every part of the house. To make it 2 metres longer Virgin charged £100 (plus VAT). I call that a rip-off. They should have provided a longer one to start with. @VirginCare #virginmedia
