    Since I’ve moved broadband and phone to @virginmedia had nothing but problems. Broadband isn’t very good and phone line still doesn’t work! Time to go back to @SkyHelpTeam I think 🤔 💭

    @virginmedia Even my wife and kids are complaining about how bad our internet is! Basically been sold a duff service. Phone hasn’t worked since we ported our number over in April. Just glad we didn’t go for the TV option.

    @virginmedia Cancellation affected. Leaving your shoddy company on 3/8. A complete Waste of my time. How terribly disappointing that a company with your reputation and with whom I was a happy customer years ago has decended to this shambolic state.

    @virginmedia I’m having no joy with my connection. I work from home too. I will ring up and cancel in the morning and get a refund on my phone line that hasn’t yet worked too. Had a letter to say increasing price by £3.50 a month too, 6 months into a contract!

    @virginmedia Faulty installation. Incorrect signal noise which seems permanently unstable. Oh and your hub seems to overheat. Formal complaint finally able to be raised.

    So @virginmedia are putting up my bill by £4 a month after many faults and interruptions of service this year. Says internet isn’t affected by the weather but had at least 4 or 5 occurrences this year of faults. #mightleave

    @virginmedia Thanks but I did option 4 "make changes" then next was only 4 options. 4th option was "thinking of leaving" which I selected, but lines are very busy apparently. It would have been nice for the person dealing with my complaint to give me a direct number to resolve quickly.

    @virginmedia Finally yes...only took days to be able to do. Doesn’t fix my internet, pay for my lost work or compensate for the many hours lost, the inability to watch the Champions League Final and Indy 500.

    @virginmedia Sat waiting for my third visit from a Virgin Media engineer. Hasn’t turned up. Because this is a high level complaint I was supposed to be priority. Also was supposed to have a phone call from a manager today. Also didn’t happen. 😡

    @virginmedia Just got of a call to your installation team.. Even though you booked an appointment for 06/10 and never turned up you have now sent the street works to your contractor who has until 19/10 to un block the blockage.. Then will be another 15 days to confirm internal connection.??

    @virginmedia When I could 4g service I did do this yesterday & relayed service was fine & on rebooting the hub 5 times via the app it came up as an issue your end given virgin is already in the house I expect to get great service but this is lacking
