@virginmedia 909041904.26 le35ge .Call a 7 days ago about internet problems. Told we was getting a new router box and booster box. Nothing came and still getting a lot of problems. I want some to come out. Otherwise i will cancel the whole dam thing.

@virginmedia The text service is a bot so doesn’t understand what I want. I don’t understand how posting on a community forum will help me order wifi pods. I’ve posted but just get replies from other members. I want to be able to contact someone at Virgin not other customers.

@virginmedia I just never get anywhere, constantly going around in circles and no one seems capable or willing to help. The broadband kit provided isn’t fit for purpose considering how much I pay for it.

@virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

@virginmedia I'm paying over 50 pounds just for 100mg broadband already! Why can a new customer get TV etc to for just 30? Conveniently the phone lines all seem off.

@virginmedia I am not going to waste my time I'm going via the Ombudsman and will accept their decision! TBH Virgim Media is Great, yet Virgin Mobile is a Disgrace! I asked a friend to use the same postcode regarding signal and he was still told that its perfect! That's blatant lying.

@virginmedia I’ve had a wifi outage since Sunday morning. Didn’t realise you had to report online to qualify for compensation although you told me my service was out. Now service status says won’t be repaired until tomorrow, 3 days later. I will be due compensation surely. 1/2

@virginmedia I understand, it's just unfair for loyal customer who have been paying over the odds compared to others on same package. Virgin didn't tell me. I wanted this as I'd prefer not to go to the enemy but for my money (I've already discussed with retentions) I can get a lot more.
