    @Jake_BHughes @virginmedia we had similar issue. they came when we were on holiday, no communication. we rang, were told they were coming yesterday to connect us, they didn’t arrive. told they’re coming today, didn’t arrive. spent 2 hours on the phone cancelling and was hung up on 3 times.

    @virginmedia 5 days no internet, promises of 24 hours it will be running, then told a little maintenance, yesterday at 9:30am we were told in 9 hours you will get a call guaranteed (didn’t happen). All day today no work has got done! Poor internet for years and now none!! WTH!!

    jesus christ talking to virgin media on the phone is ridiculous we rang to cancel, got hung up on 3 times, after 2 hours finally cancelled and after cancelling they’re trying to get us to sign up for phone contracts and sim cards! like we would want that after we just cancelled

    @Jake_BHughes @virginmedia apparently we have a blockage where they need to connect us, which is what we would need fixing by thursday. being that unreliable we decided to cancel everything with them fully. a shame because what they offered was great. customer service department is not easy to get round 😭

    @simonnread @virginmedia I'm having the same issue. For the period of lockdown I could broadly rely on the signal to my home office. The last 2/3 months I haven't and I am constantly having to tether my mobile at my expense. The router hasn't moved and neither has my office. The service has just worsened

    @virginmedia Hi Called earlier and they said ignore it, but after a 1hr phone call with Netflix, Netflix said that they cannot cancel a partner payment, and to go back to Virgin. Haven't got much faith in this getting resolved phoning that number. At the moment I am going to get charged

    @virginmedia Internet has gone down again in the WV3 8AA area despite the text messages saying it was all fixed.Technical support are powerless to do anything to escalate the issue.Just how much worse can your service get?

    @virginmedia Yes well the only way you know there is an area fault is if enough customers without the service they are paying for phone and get engineers booked.Have you never heard of proactive network management with fault prediction?

    Can I please know why my broadband is all over the place tonight @virginmedia? I informed yourselves that I'm moving, but I'm still in my current property until Jan 31st & you're not installing it at my new address until Feb 6th, yet all of a sudden my service has gone tits up!
