@om_riff @RICHEYHELL We have **** all 4g coverage here too unless you stand in the front bedroom with your arm out the window. Our virgin media is either on & working well or down for half a day while they 'upgrade the network' 🤔

52 minutes and two escalations for @virginmedia call centre to agree the diagnosis I’d already made. ‘Your “intelligent” booster pod is not working. A new one will be with you in 3-5 working days’ No wifi upstairs for a week is unacceptable

Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

@virginmedia A lady told me two weeks ago it would be sorted end of the week. I rang again a lady said she would contact manager and ring me back that day. Never happened, I will can take complaint to next level and then the independent complaints ombudsmen. Virgin complaints procedure poor

@virginmedia There’s no point checking if there are issues in our area, I have been having issues all week and the message is the same “no issues in your area”. When I phone the team they say please be patient etc etc. The bottom line is the service is just not good enough at the moment.

@virginmedia I've spoken with support on that number multiple times in the last 3 days. All they can do is request a tech callback, which never transpires. An engineer visit is booked in 10 days (!) though I don't believe there's any hardware issue here. Something was changed on the network.

@virginmedia I just signed up to the package which include an O2 SIM. The problem is that the O2 network so far is not useable. Why pay £25 for unlimited data when you cannot use any data due to lack of bandwidth?. Can I cancel the SIM and keep the virgin deal?

@Bugginout_co_uk @virginmedia Any news at all? Their fault finder states a resolution by 15:00... The app also can't see my router (Hub 3), WiFi obviously on when looking for it. Flashing arrows...
