    @virginmedia Yes. Have had several conversations with them starting many months ago. Had new hub, engineer visit etc though problems persist. Didn't stop you raising prices for a service not delivered. I don't think there's a problem with the hardware, i think it may be too much local demand.

    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

    @virginmedia Thanks but I did option 4 "make changes" then next was only 4 options. 4th option was "thinking of leaving" which I selected, but lines are very busy apparently. It would have been nice for the person dealing with my complaint to give me a direct number to resolve quickly.

    @virginmedia I don’t know what the issue is but trying to work from home without Broadband that is supposed to be better than Sky isn’t helpful. No one seems bothered about the phone line either!

    @virginmedia It's not just my house, I checked with other people living in the village and they all have the same problem. Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

    50 mins talking to an engineer who then couldn't connect the new box and now have to have an engineer come out to sort it @virginmedia you need to get your customer service sorted

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

    @virginmedia Patience! I'm absolutely furious! How dare you assume I'm happy to wait! I hardly have a choice in the matter. I work nights I only get time in the morning for relaxing in front of the TV and I probably won't be able to till Monday cos ur service is shit!

    @virginmedia No issues reported. A reboot of the hub seems to do the trick however it’s an inconvenience doing that 4-5 times a day.

    @SkyHelpTeam We've had technicians out multiple times and it's made no difference. We NEVER had any issues when we had @virginmedia!

    @virginmedia I would call 150 from my land-line to say that broadband and TV are down, but the phone isn't working either! And your call centre doesn't open till 8 (should be 24/7 when u sell a 24/7 product)

    @virginmedia The advice is terrible. Firstly passwords with a mixture of upper/lowercase etc are NOT STRONGER. The length of the password is it’s strength. Also you recommend using password manager... password managers facilitate longer passwords. I was using 1Password when I got your error.

    @L_Judd92 @virginmedia 100% agree with that! I've knocked my head against a wall trying to deal with @virginmedia for a long time. When it works it's great, but when there's a problem, never their fault. Eventually they'll agree it's a router problem but to get to that point is painful.
