    @virginmedia I just never get anywhere, constantly going around in circles and no one seems capable or willing to help. The broadband kit provided isn’t fit for purpose considering how much I pay for it.

    @virginmedia 5 days no internet, promises of 24 hours it will be running, then told a little maintenance, yesterday at 9:30am we were told in 9 hours you will get a call guaranteed (didn’t happen). All day today no work has got done! Poor internet for years and now none!! WTH!!

    @virginmedia One of your tech engineers confirmed the problem in our local area and following a conversation with customer service they kept trying to get me to create multiple networks for speed. This wasn’t the problem, the problem was amplifiers in the local area!!

    @om_riff @RICHEYHELL We have **** all 4g coverage here too unless you stand in the front bedroom with your arm out the window. Our virgin media is either on & working well or down for half a day while they 'upgrade the network' 🤔

    jesus christ talking to virgin media on the phone is ridiculous we rang to cancel, got hung up on 3 times, after 2 hours finally cancelled and after cancelling they’re trying to get us to sign up for phone contracts and sim cards! like we would want that after we just cancelled

    @virginmedia have some cheek charging what they do for a very unreliable service! No offer of paying you back for the time you are unable to use your devices in the house. Thankfully I have mobile data. Yet again my child who has no understanding is distressed.

    @virginmedia Of course I already checked. The estimated fix time is now 8:06pm. That’s far too late and will completely disrupt my workday. I work from home and have already been without internet for 2 days. This situation is unbelievable and has caused me significant inconvenience!

    @virginmedia We moved house 29th May and took our contract with us. Nearly 2 weeks later and we still have no TV services. Spent over 8 hours on the phone since we moved, been told it’s an IT issue but still not resolved. Is the IT guy on holiday?

    @virginmedia Mines not the main one which is the issue, I never had these issues with the TiVo system it's been since the switch to 360 which doesn't work in a house with various boxes as each box should be separate and not synced
