    @virginmedia my mum’s landline has a fault - no dialling tone. She’s been on hold but can’t get through to a human to report it. We have both tried to report it via her online account but cannot access it. And yes she has wiggled her sockets! Help!

    @virginmedia I am a very disappointed customer I was on hold for 15 mins finally spoke to a advisor on the retention team who placed me on hold and then the call dropped on hold again now and it’s been 30mins and no answer 😔

    Trying to watch @primevideouk football coverage on @virginmedia. Terrible quality - intermittently jumpy and jittery throughout, and you can't even pause it for a few seconds for it to catch up. All games the same, so obviously not a game feed problem. Virtually unwatchable.
