    @virginmedia ”The latest update is: Our engineer is on site and they're working to fix the problem. We now expect to have this resolved by 2021-03-19T10:00:00” Really? By that time it’s been on-going for 31h58min which is 1 day 7 hours 58min. This really screams for root cause :)
