    @virginmedia 2/2......and it isn’t your fault you work within the restrictions given to you but from a customer point of view VM doesn’t seem to have made any effort to address this......I’m sure the customer service operatives are trying their best but feel they are also being let down

    @virginmedia No you can’t fair comment however what you can do is go back to your bosses and tell them that multiple customers of yours are unhappy with the current state of the level of customer service your company is providing....inaccessible, inadequate and sometimes simply not there 1/2

    @virginmedia I’ve had to call you in the past week 150 & you had to reset the router ... I shouldn’t need to do this! It’s your responsibility to ensure I have the service I pay (a lot) for!!!

    @virginmedia my mum’s landline has a fault - no dialling tone. She’s been on hold but can’t get through to a human to report it. We have both tried to report it via her online account but cannot access it. And yes she has wiggled her sockets! Help!

    @virginmedia I'm paying over 50 pounds just for 100mg broadband already! Why can a new customer get TV etc to for just 30? Conveniently the phone lines all seem off.

    @virginmedia Well for a start the cable that was reported broken in March 2020 got to the point where instead of 10mbps it went to 0mbps as was corroded so bad. Then the engineer came laid half the cable and left saying the rest was not his problem

    @virginmedia I have several times, that’s why I tweeted you. I was offered boosters free of charge and when I chased them up someone else said I need to pay. I already pay £100 per month to virgin media, I am not prepared to pay anymore. This service is terrible! Getting no where!
