@virginmedia No you can’t fair comment however what you can do is go back to your bosses and tell them that multiple customers of yours are unhappy with the current state of the level of customer service your company is providing....inaccessible, inadequate and sometimes simply not there 1/2

@virginmedia 2/2......and it isn’t your fault you work within the restrictions given to you but from a customer point of view VM doesn’t seem to have made any effort to address this......I’m sure the customer service operatives are trying their best but feel they are also being let down

@pescott_gemma @virginmedia Ok Sorry have you been and looked at the nearest exchange box to your addressand checked as if its damaged they wont know till someone tells them if that looks Ok im guessing they will need resend signal down the line

@virginmedia my mum’s landline has a fault - no dialling tone. She’s been on hold but can’t get through to a human to report it. We have both tried to report it via her online account but cannot access it. And yes she has wiggled her sockets! Help!

@virginmedia I'm paying over 50 pounds just for 100mg broadband already! Why can a new customer get TV etc to for just 30? Conveniently the phone lines all seem off.

Virgin Media doing work that takes the internet down, during work hours from 9-3, without notification. Its not like a ton of people work from home at this point!! Worst UK ISP honestly.

@virginmedia Also what you forgot to mention is that if I call the 0345 number from a virgin landline it’s chargeable. Which I found out at my own expense. These issues were previously reported. What more am I ment to do ? Your company has really dragged me down.
