John Wright (@juanfelipe1) reported from Leicestershire, England@simonnread @virginmedia I'm having the same issue. For the period of lockdown I could broadly rely on the signal to my home office. The last 2/3 months I haven't and I am constantly having to tether my mobile at my expense. The router hasn't moved and neither has my office. The service has just worsened
-
John Wright (@juanfelipe1) reported from Leicestershire, England@virginmedia Or you could invite your customers to get in touch when out of contract or you could even tell us what deals are on offer to help us stay. I suspect you don't because you realise that inertia effects are high when it comes to changing broadband packages.
-

-
mmhmm (@xhatne) reported@Johnty14 @virginmedia Easy solution here, someone should invent a method to get the leaflet through the door, so it ends up in the house, but passers by can't see it so it isn't obvious that nobody is home.
-
Martin (@lionking2014) reported@LPXIOP They say VOIP is more reliable than the the old PTSN network... Gonna be using my @virginmedia Broadband which goes down more often than the telephone so don't see how it will be!????
-
Crystal Q (@MizzCQ) reported@virginmedia LION S1, E4 appears to be @NatGeo LION S1, E1. Can you please fix this.
-

-
Pekalton (@Pekalton) reported@ConorPDunne I agree Connor. It’s time for a complete change of direction for RTÉ. I’ve lost interest in the LLS and RoT. I get RoT brings tourism to Kerry but it’s time for a change. RTÉ is still living in the times gone past. What exactly are we paying TV licence for? Virgin Media is as bad
-
Martyn Lucas (@Martyn_Lucas) reported@virginmedia @iainsymac Really poor update! You need to get rid of it
-
BirchillsBoy (@BirchillsBoy) reportedIt's later this month I can put my notice in with Virgin Media. £40 a month for just broadband is too much. Speed is fast and the service has been good, but I am now running a 5G router alongside from Three at £11 a month rising to £22 next year. Similar speeds. Financial decision.
-
Steve Kelly (@kellyokid) reported@MelJanie @virginmedia I was with Virgin for years but got treated like a piece of crap on their shoe with multiple issues so I’ve left! Customer service is non existent! They just don’t care!
