@virginmedia Thanks but I did option 4 "make changes" then next was only 4 options. 4th option was "thinking of leaving" which I selected, but lines are very busy apparently. It would have been nice for the person dealing with my complaint to give me a direct number to resolve quickly.

1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@virginmedia Thanks for relying! No difference on reboot and I only have wireless. It’s actually giving less than it did before the upgrade haha. Also I stayed in for an engineer last week who never turned up 😬

@virginmedia Sat waiting for my third visit from a Virgin Media engineer. Hasn’t turned up. Because this is a high level complaint I was supposed to be priority. Also was supposed to have a phone call from a manager today. Also didn’t happen. 😡

@virginmedia First appointment wasn't booked in properly, then engineer forgot to bring socket that he was supposed install last week he called and said he'll be here Monday, then couple days ago he called it will be between Monday or Wednesday, I think he said health issues.

@virginmedia I chose to leave you guys as I am paying £30 a month for simple wifi as was offered a deal for £40 for wifi and tv elsewhere you disconnected me same day I called not 30 days later I’ve rang 3 times and every time someone can’t help me. Fuming told 1-4 days for wifi.
