@virginmedia spoken to 3 advisors over recent weeks to resolve contract issues, none of them did what they said they would. promised a manager callback 2 weeks ago, never happened. Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

@virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

@virginmedia I can only use WhatsApp to reach him as it's not compromised yet. He's not yet got to calling @VirginMobile re the SIM jacking yet (SIM is now dead). I've told him to stay on the phone with Customer Services until the email account is reset for him or locked to stop more issues.

@virginmedia tech support eventually got normal connection back. Was told “phone when you are not in work” as I was unable to test THEIR equipment using wired connection as I was working remotely using MY @NETGEAR_UKI wifi and 4G backup. They didn’t even provide 4G SIM!!

@virginmedia I moved to virgin fairly recently. There have been three problems. 1 you didn’t tell me you would drill through the wall or get the ok. I rent so needed my landlords permission to do so. 2. When I tried to register to log in to your website it didn’t accept my details.

@virginmedia With respect, running "Anti virus scan" has been a default response to email issues since back in the CableTel days. Right now he needs to regain his email account to prevent additional financial loss from attacks on connected services.
