We've been sorting a new deal, 1st advisor didn't phone us back to finalise, 2nd agreed a deal then sent contract through which had higher price so need to ring again

    @virginmedia Sat waiting for my third visit from a Virgin Media engineer. Hasn’t turned up. Because this is a high level complaint I was supposed to be priority. Also was supposed to have a phone call from a manager today. Also didn’t happen. 😡

    @virginmedia Cancellation affected. Leaving you’re shoddy company on 3/8. A complete Waste of my time. How terribly disappointing that a company with your reputation and with whom I was a happy customer years ago has decended to this shambolic state.

    @virginmedia Thanks for relying! No difference on reboot and I only have wireless. It’s actually giving less than it did before the upgrade haha. Also I stayed in for an engineer last week who never turned up 😬

    @virginmedia It’s an issue with the broadband, kept getting passed back and forth between departments until eventually one of the colleagues dropped the call. I managed to get a manager on the phone in the end but it took way too long for what the problem actually was.

    @virginmedia 20 years my dad's been with virgin media and with my mum becoming unwell and unwilling to work & with cost of living yous were still charging him £30 more a month than a new customer. Really hope he goes to sky 👍.

    @virginmedia WiFi signal drops a few times a day. You won’t send a new hub without sending an engineer but won’t send an engineer. I’ve reboooted a million times. Hub is 6 years old.Spent hours on the phone. Complaint now eligible for Ofcom but still no solution.I just want a hub that works.

    @virginmedia I received a text message asking me to call for an update on my complaint. It said that my call would be prioritised. I have rung the number and it is the standard Virgin Media number with no option for complaints. I have waited for 25 minutes with no answer. Please help me.

    @virginmedia Have you ever considered fixing the hold music on your IVR, I've got my phone on minimum volume because at one moment it's rattling my speeker off & the next moment I can't hear, it's had this issue for a good few years, can you just have an opt out of music button.

    @virginmedia Hi. as previously stated - Monday - combination of over an hour on the phone chasing you, followed by an eventual callback from a very rude and grumpy guy in network operations who was very clear that he wasn’t interested in dealing with it of giving us any updates on next steps.

    Two hours on the phone yesterday to @virginmedia thought everything was sorted then I get an email basically undoing all the good work done yesterday. On hold again 30 minutes and counting. Absolutely awful
