@virginmedia PC is Ethernet into Superhub3 but laptop is WiFi. It’s broadband going down completely not just WiFi. This has been ongoing for several weeks albeit not this bad. Kind of lived with it until today

@virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

@virginmedia Hi. There’s no fault recorded in the area and I have run diagnostics which came back ok. Third outage today this one has been off for 15 minutes so far. Obviously rebooted hub and PC. This is becoming more frequent

@virginmedia 1hr 50mins on the phone, mostly on hold, spoken to 4 people, 3 of which bairly spoke english and still no further forward, website not helpful either. Worst service I've ever experienced. @Ofcom

@virginmedia I had a replacement yesterday morning, another TiVo box. It has issues as posted in the video I do not want another TiVo. Over a year of problems with the original TiVo before I had a replacement. Kept telling me to reboot each time.

@virginmedia since you set up my box in Nov, quality of HD is poor. Was vastly better on Sky, and if I watch HD via any other method than your box, it’s brilliant. Any suggestions as no option for live chat and I was passed around houses by people who didn’t want to help.

@virginmedia I can't no investigation was done with 27 days.... If I didn't speak up today. Virgin would of failed the 28 day mark. Any other company would inform th customer if an investigation will take longer than it should. You have failed to do this.

@michellethelamb @virginmedia Thanks Michelle - I've tried that but getting no results at all. An online check on one of the 'service outage results' websites does show that there has been a recent report from Bromley re: phone but no more details. Really frustrating as not much I can do from here!
