    @virginmedia I’ve already spoken to your tech team yesterday hence the engineer visit booked. But we be never used a service where I’ve had so many outages Ever. In 20 years of internet usage. Your company is an embarrassment. .As soon as my contract is up I’ll just survive on mobile data

    Nothing and I mean nothing but problems with @virginmedia ever since your agent TRIED to help, got cut off and never called back my @TPLINKUK Powerline adapter doesn’t work. THE worst experience calling up your customer service I’m so angry 😡

    @virginmedia 1/2. Sadly it hasn’t solved the issue. I find myself again on a Saturday afternoon without Internet. I was going to use it to watch the champions league final with my now heartbroken 8 year old son!!! Technical team hung up on me!!! I’m appalled!!! Disgusting behaviour. ....

    @virginmedia Sat waiting for my third visit from a Virgin Media engineer. Hasn’t turned up. Because this is a high level complaint I was supposed to be priority. Also was supposed to have a phone call from a manager today. Also didn’t happen. 😡

    @virginmedia Because this internet I pay for with blood doesn’t work I’ve got to wait till Tuesday for an engineer and I’ve waiting months to watch the Indy500 and Monaco GP. I paid MONEY to watch them. And can I speak to a British call centre and get customer relations. Can I hell!!!

    Virgin Media is a waste of space. I have had a new Superhub 4 router for the last 7 or 8 months. It is not transmitting a 2.4 G signal, which runs several of my devices. The 5 G is fine. I have been in touch several times with the Technical team. They wont replace my Router.

    @virginmedia I have been incorrectly billed and over paid for the last 3-months. You (Virgin Media) have admitted the errors on your part. However, Despite numerous calls from me, this has not been rectified. Asking customers to knowingly pay incorrect bills is #fraud
