    @Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow

    @virginmedia This has been an ongoing problem for months which is getting worse. I can’t even access the internet properly to carry out checks etc. I pay getting on for £100 each month for your services - it’s just not good enough
