We upgraded to the new mini @virginmedia TV box but it’s utterly crap. Takes a minute to 2 to wake up when you want to watch TV. Really can’t recommend it.

Hi @virginmedia how can I appeal the £3.50/month increase you are forcing upon us? Had the worst service last month (off for 35hrs consecutively) we’ve already reduced tons of channels and don’t use phone. Loyalty doesn’t pay, clearly.

@virginmedia The problem is you didn’t send me a WiFi booster and now you have no stock to send me one, so I have to sit next to the router. My TIVo box is so old I can’t watch anything on demand or on an app! I don’t get full service but I’m expected to pay the full amount
