@virginmedia When you’ve been on hold since 7.42pm then you get cut off after 1hr 3mins of waiting. Awful Awful Awful. This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

@virginmedia I would call 150 from my land-line to say that broadband and TV are down, but the phone isn't working either! And your call centre doesn't open till 8 (should be 24/7 when u sell a 24/7 product)

@McGiff @virginmedia And me. Internet down for three days and can’t get through. This happened a few weeks ago and I found the complaints 08000521474 I think 08436580676 is switch board. It worked then. Trying again tomorrow. I am a big fan carol.

@virginmedia intermittent internet connection and speed for the past 3 days. Support just tell you to restart or reset hub then hang up! This is getting ridiculous. 70mb at moment when it works, even thought I should get 350+.

@virginmedia No, the operator confirmed my only option was to cancel as he couldn't reduce the price, so I asked him to formally cancel my contract, he put me on hold and never came back! After 45 minutes I hung up. Thanks for replying btw 😊

@virginmedia That's the installations team, and they put me on hold again. Please give me an email address so I can put my notice in writing. It's pretty terrible that to cancel my contract I have to do a twitter conversation with you because I can't get through on the phone!

@virginmedia It's not just my house, I checked with other people living in the village and they all have the same problem. Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

@virginmedia - you need to up your game! my experience today: terrible customer service and head-in-the-sand about some real issues affecting several 🏘 along the road (area ref 30). I really doubt the 99.96% uptime and 200Mbps* (*conditions apply) is even close to real world.

@virginmedia Yes. It takes hours to get through to you, and when I did I got no help with a fault. Have now had internet installed by a competitor, and just want to cancel Virgin. I bet if I phoned up to take out broadband it wouldn't take this long

@virginmedia your customer service is appalling! My dad waited over a week for a call back and it didn't come. So he called again and the line was bad and someone at Virgin said we'll call you straight back... they didn't... again!! I've never seen anything like it!

@virginmedia This has been an ongoing issues for weeks, just the last week or two has been particularly bad. Told more than once on the phone there was no issue despite our IP diagnostics (Virgin page) saying different less than an hour ago.
