@Jess_Guth @virginmedia Trying to get away from them is so difficult. They wouldn’t let me transfer my landline number and then charged me for keeping it open! You’ll never manage to speak to anyone either…not unless you’re paying a bill of course.

@virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

Managed to finally pay @virginmedia off and get rid of them for good. Absolute shysters and the worst customer service you’ll ever be unlucky enough to encounter. You won’t see me again unless things drastically improve.

When @virginmedia wifi is working it’s bloody amazing, when you need to raise an issue with them it’s the most frustrating experience ever. Today I have had 2 people hang up mid call, 3 bots, 2 people on chat and still in the same place. No ******* wifi!!!!

With public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

@marc1box @leonagraham @virginmedia Those lights say it's the Internet. I'm lucky here, been with Virgin since it was diamond cable and NTL and only 128kb/s. Probably only had a few days down in all that time and one of this was a failed router. Not cheap though

@virginmedia Yes and I have rebooted. I can't factory reset because I have a ubiquiti mesh set up under the current SSID. But the engineer twice confirmed my hub is fine. We know the fault is the network I just need @virginmedia and @Ofcom to treat customers fairly.

@virginmedia Speed test said 24mbs ive had to continuously restart my router we pay £100 a month and I’m so fed up of the poor service I’m getting I can’t do my job! I’m working from home I need basic internet at least I’m having to use my phone data I’m so frustrated I just wanna cry

@BBCWatchdog @piersmorgan @virginmedia Virgin Media has been down now for 2-3 days. They’ve stopped compensation claims by saying it’s fixed, then re-opening the fault on a different fault number immediately making customers re-apply for automatic compensation scheme of theirs.
