@gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

@virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

@angelak2271 @anabelmedinilla @virginmedia Well I got mine from Gigs and tours site yesterday (and yes I'm an O2 customer). But the tickets are digital via a wallet app....so you need your gigs and tours log in to get into the tickets. Surely that will stop ticket resales from touts.

So I was told 14th of Nov disconnection and they go and disconnect on the 12th another reason why I’m happy to have ditched @virginmedia if you were hoping to win is back you failed, poor 👎🏻 at least I’ve more than halved my bill going forward.

@virginmedia Yes I did and they told me they had booked a call back with a manager, that has not happened. Mid call the original service agent passed me to another service agent and I had to start the details again from scratch. Your company is the worst at customer service by a country mile

@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia Your having a laugh my mum was disconnected 4 7 weeks missing important hospital calls hundreds of calls trip's 2 local o2 store with no help no apology absolutely disgraceful staff! Wouldn't bother ever buying an 02 device!!!

Appalling service!!! My family have been with Virgin since it was Comcast in the UK, tried to leave because our TV signal has not worked for since August, despite complaints, been called a liar, told we are not allowed to leave for another 30 days!!! @virginmedia @LutzSchueler
