@virginmedia Just spent 30 minutes on this text bot and it's very frustrating, they have only just taken my details from me after 30 minutes and can only communicate by sms which is useless, I'd rather wait on a phone line, shocking service, also the English is bad

@virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

@virginmedia 1hr 50mins on the phone, mostly on hold, spoken to 4 people, 3 of which bairly spoke english and still no further forward, website not helpful either. Worst service I've ever experienced. @Ofcom

@virginmedia Says my hub is not connected properly! It is I reset it and it’s flashing green. All service was lost yesterday morning. I rang virgin and it said sorry for intermittent service and do I want text updates however on you service checker it said everything is okay. Obviously not!!

@SkyUK yet another problem with service in postcode RM18, 3years at least 6 outages. Moved here from an area serviced by faster Virgin Media; 10yr no issues. I’d be better off with a carrier pigeon than this! ££ per month for this?! Ridiculous, feel like I’ve gone back a decade!
