Any existing customers wanting to upgrade to the new #Virgin360 box, don't use the online form, it doesn't work. You'll get a confirmation email followed by an email requesting you call them. Their customer service is very busy, but it's excellent on 0345 454 1111. #virginmedia

@virginmedia It has a door and I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to be locked but yes it’s currently open the box is so badly managed that hardly any signal is getting through I’ve had about 8 engineers come out and tell me network need to come and rewire the whole thing but nobody ever comes...

@virginmedia They tell me, they will get a manager to call me and a manager has never called me. The screen jumps- colour is all distorted, its not in sync at all! It's all the notes on my account, which I also asked for a copy off, and that hasn't been acknowledged either!!

@virginmedia On Tuesday and yes I get an email saying someone tried to call - when they haven't as I don't have a missed call and they haven't left a v.mail!! I then call back through to customer services and they can't help as they can't contact complaints!! Service all around is shocking!!
