Any existing customers wanting to upgrade to the new #Virgin360 box, don't use the online form, it doesn't work. You'll get a confirmation email followed by an email requesting you call them. Their customer service is very busy, but it's excellent on 0345 454 1111. #virginmedia

@virginmedia It was for the laying of the cables (not for any specific property). It was dug up by Kier construction then virgin media did the cable work and it’s never been finished.
