    @railperf @LNER @VirginTrains LNER, better trains, Inc HST! Better media/website, & far superior staff service. I would rather go ECML & across to Glasgow than suffer a Virgin experience.

    @virginmedia I have attempted to upgrade my package via phone at 9.30 this morning and was informed that the requested would be done “ within the hour “ Over four hours later I’m still waiting, tried to call back and gave up after 25 minutes on hold. Help !

    @virginmedia Hi. Nobody has phoned or sent a text to my parents and there phone internet and tv is still not working. They have to keep topping up there mobile credit and nobody answers there calls

    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @LDNLutonAirport @virginmedia The airport WiFi is terrible. No capacity, does not update signed in status. Spent 10 minutes trying to do an online order from my table. Confirmation failed, so ordered from the bar, so may have paid twice. Worst airport WiFi, we'll travelled.

    @virginmedia Pls help, I see an incorrect account number when I log into the app, so according to this I have nothing to pay, yet you emailed me with the correct account details and amount to pay (which was late as I can't set up a DD), been going on 3 months now

    @virginmedia Made a complaint C-291022561, directed elsewhere, your AI did not feel capable of addressing - waited over 2 hours for an agent and went to bed.......you need a joined up CRM system where all comms and interactions are recorded on a common system. Please fix. Lost sense of humour

    @virginmedia Take a look you better now start taking this as serious as it is all 45 calls have been recorded something doesn’t add up definite you have a couple of bullies and tell lies a corrupt ex level as it’s scary your customer safety especially a woman is not important
