@virginmedia I need someone to speak to me asap. I've tried and tried to call to resolve the issue but nothing is happening and even when I called to leave after being on hold the lady put the phone down after 10 seconds. Seriously not happy

@virginmedia Okay, so on Thursday we were told to cancel the order and reorder it. We’ve done that so that we could pick it up today and have heard nothing about the delivery. Also, the person we spoke to over the phone on Thursday called us liars over the price we paid.

@virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

So looks like for some reason there was issues with our @virginmedia DIRECT DEBIT, meaning the service was suspended, So paid by card & told connected in 10mins - 3 hours, but then got emailing chasing payment (AFTER PAYING) and no resumed services! #BadCustomerService #FAIL

@virginmedia The remote control isn't working. Volume and TV controls work, but none of the Virgin controls. Only way to control the Virgin box is via TVGo app. Tried to call support as above, but not possible to actually speak to someone.

@virginmedia The ONLY reason your ticket allocation has sold out is that someone discovered the URL on the Gigs and Tours website to bypass the utterly broken priority site and then it was a free for all. Surely in 2022 you could have come up with some user verification to stop that!
