    @virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

    @virginmedia spoken to 3 advisors over recent weeks to resolve contract issues, none of them did what they said they would. promised a manager callback 2 weeks ago, never happened. Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

We've been sorting a new deal, 1st advisor didn't phone us back to finalise, 2nd agreed a deal then sent contract through which had higher price so need to ring again

    @virginmedia I have done everything, I was told to and now my TV isn't working and hasnt been resolved for a week, none of my previous issues were logged but I was told id automatically hear from ofcom and 9 months later im still waiting and was lold I couldn't get a supervisor

    @virginmedia @virginmedia did I not mention earlier that your fault team is saying fault can't be fixed, they can't even send an engineer because the fault is in the area. Your contract team can't cancel the contract unless engineer is there 3 times in a month. What a great service strategy

    @virginmedia I am just off the phone to your customer service staff and I'm in tears, the problems with broadband have not been logged and have had nothing done after numerous calls that apparently also haven't been logged for over a year witch I find very hard to beleve
