    @Mahelx @virginmedia Openreach is regulated, which opens up that network to other providers such as Vodafone, talktalk and sky I believe. Am sure there is a better way, but not sure nationalisation is right.

    @virginmedia I was given a work order number, but I've now had a text telling me it's being put on hold whilst a network problem is investigated. Why this wasn't done a week ago, and why I've had no communication until now, I don't know. Not impressed!
