Joining @virginmedia fast broadband, think twice, what you actually get just not up to scratch, customer service not helpful, been down for three days, first it was an area wide fault, now finally an engineer will come out to fix!! Time for a change...

@virginmedia I have WiFi at the moment. . . The problem is intermittent, it doesn't seem to coincide with times of high demand necessarily. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when working remotely from home and losing signal cuts everything off.

@virginmedia I spoke to them on Friday and was advised to ring 08005610061 for status. Nothing in area it says. So why am i and my neighbours having intermittent connection. 5 days on why is it still not picking up the problem.
