    @virginmedia all my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. That’s all well and good if I wasn’t self isolating. It’s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge

    @virginmedia No broadband (green light flashing) Website sending me in circles, run tests, says to call you but closed, then website says to sign in (which I already am) so I do & it sends back round to beginning. I’ve rebooted, checked wires &just want to report fault, plse help

    @virginmedia When I phoned the contact centre they said they knew there was an issue and it would be sorted in 24hrs. A quick google shows this isnt just me its a common trend

    @virginmedia Gave up waiting on WhatsApp & phoned. Eventually reached a retention team member who could only offer a deal significantly poorer than for a new customer. As per 2020 Ofcom rules I must be appraised of all deals inc new customers. Apparently better to leave (& return) than stay!

    @virginmedia been having so much issue with my phone, Dropping calls, Internet for over a month now, Its got much worse in the last 7 days. Used to be always connected.Restarting my phone or putting into airplane mode & off again. Service status says fine. Serbice as got so bad.

    @virginmedia Hey it just says about the DVR and not to turn it off and it will take 3hrs for it to fix itself it still hasn't doesn't that! It's affecting our fire stick aswell

    @resolvercouk please can you advise on registering complaint re virgin media. Ongoing issues with service including unfulfilled offers of web chat to resolve issue. They are very quick to take money and issue debt agency letters without any correspondence

    @virginmedia Did it yesterday. Nothing changed till about 12:30pm. Then today the internet cut out AGAIN. Same thing happened it was fine by 12:30pm. Not really happy about this. Especially since I'm gonna be doing a 24hr stream in 2 weeks.

    @virginmedia my contract ends on 19 July. Im notifying cancelling renewal as of 20 June, on here since virgin wont answer the phone or respond on whats app. Ac mo. 732479102. Customer service is non existant.
