    @virginmedia Well it didn't fix the problem, the hub still doesn't work properly, which is why I had to put it in modem mode in the first place. Although I'll confess, the Netgear's WiFi speed is brilliant compared to what your Hub 3 can kick out.

    @virginmedia WiFi down, AGAIN, Ethernet devices working fine, just wireless that isn't working. Happening more and more recently and it's getting absolutely infuriating.

    @EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, it’s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

    @virginmedia Except if your me.. I’ve continually been supplied with a poor excuse for broadband.. I was promised a booster for my signal yet weeks later I’ve still not received it.. your not keeping up your side of this contract.. will not renew my contract when this is over!

    @virginmedia work done on our internet network has left us with weak security at the same time this was happening I had a new update on my Apple iPhone. Not ver happy with situation.

    @virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

    Sad to see @virginmedia throw their staff to the wolves like this. Seems a lot of them are working from home so they’re treating each complaint as an individual problem, but no. Their network has shat the bed and somebody who has access to the wider feedback needs to jump in now.
