    @virginmedia will somebody be able to give me a call about my bill. My introduction offer has finished and my bill is now higher than my credit limit so something needs to be sorted otherwise I’ll have to cancel virgin

    @virginmedia When I phoned the contact centre they said they knew there was an issue and it would be sorted in 24hrs. A quick google shows this isnt just me its a common trend

    @virginmedia all my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. That’s all well and good if I wasn’t self isolating. It’s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia He never wanted to cancel. He wanted his deal sorting but at 80 years old, after 45 mins on hold decided the only way he might get heard was to click that option. Decent customer service would have read his complaint, offered a callback and sorted the deal. You’re trolling.

    @virginmedia Third night running around 7pm it's cut out. Again online and that phone number saying no issues. This is ridiculous. Can you confirm what the issue is BB31NT, it did show there was an issue Wednesday night but said it was fixed yesterday which it clearly isnt
