@virginmedia @_MMaritima Not everyone understands about running a wired speed test, whatever that is. Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. She doesn’t need hassle.

Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

@Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

@virginmedia Year the wifi Child Safe filter began blocking all Twitter video content. This is across all devices in the house (& Virgin Community forums say other households too) Switching off filter (or using 4G) stops issue. But this is not a permanent option. Please help!
