@virginmedia all my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. That’s all well and good if I wasn’t self isolating. It’s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge

@virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

@virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

So we’ve been on the phone with @virginmedia for four hours and still no end in sight. This is the second time we’ve had to call in relation to our contract we agreed being incorrect on the system. Absolute joke of a company, please never go with them if you value your time.

@virginmedia Thanks John! It’s actually the brown junction that sits on the outside of my house rather than the main junction if that makes sense? It looks damaged inside which given the weather in recent times I am not surprised by! No service issues in my area from checking the status 👍

@virginmedia I’m guessing it’s off. Normally it doesn’t make a difference when I’m away with work, as I put things on to record while I’m away already. Done it multiple times but last couple of days it’s not working. A few things are still recording but not everything.

@virginmedia Thanks that suggests the hub isn't connected properly. Problem is, I live over 100 miles away and my mother won't know what to do!
