@virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

@virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

@virginmedia DMAX came back to life 5~10 minutes into the next program (Naked & Afraid XL) so fault lasted about 40 minutes - multiple refreshes of the web-page failed to fix the fault. I check several other channels and found Discovery Science was also frozen.

@virginmedia Thanks. Ever since an outage last week, our 5Ghz signal has been patchy 92Ghz fine). I managed to improve it slightly by disabling channel optimisation but it's still limited and slow to connect. We now also have a new hotspot signal that takes priority but doesn't work...
