@virginmedia It drops out for a few minutes, then restarts, there is nothing I can see on your service page that helps with that. I'll try the factory reset, its the only thing I haven't tried.

@virginmedia Adding my wife's phone to the internet/tv package which should include 1, 5G phone, you need to get your customer service sorted out and people who speak English to a higher standard or better still have English speaker #dissatisfiedcustomer with @virginmedia

@virginmedia Just spent 30 minutes on this text bot and it's very frustrating, they have only just taken my details from me after 30 minutes and can only communicate by sms which is useless, I'd rather wait on a phone line, shocking service, also the English is bad

@virginmedia 1hr 50mins on the phone, mostly on hold, spoken to 4 people, 3 of which bairly spoke english and still no further forward, website not helpful either. Worst service I've ever experienced. @Ofcom

@virginmedia just installed virgin broadband 350 today ! only getting 5 mbps in my study.. phoned customers services for a booster to be told none in stock and phone back in 2 weeks.. took me over an hour to speak to a person in India who couldn’t help

@virginmedia Hello, we did indeed. We were told everything would be fine but there would be a £20 admin fee. 1 month later, we now have a new contract (We didn't agree to) no promotional sign up offer and an increased bill! Customer service teams have not been helpful at all.

@virginmedia So after being set up at the next door house, and having another account set up, the technician come and install@it last Friday, to have internet until 11am today to be told after 3 and half hours on the phone and numerous people hang up on me that one of your staff cancelled it.
