    @virginmedia Okay, so on Thursday we were told to cancel the order and reorder it. We’ve done that so that we could pick it up today and have heard nothing about the delivery. Also, the person we spoke to over the phone on Thursday called us liars over the price we paid.

    Nothing and I mean nothing but problems with @virginmedia ever since your agent TRIED to help, got cut off and never called back my @TPLINKUK Powerline adapter doesn’t work. THE worst experience calling up your customer service I’m so angry 😡

    @virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

    @virginmedia Says there isn't an issue. Ran the diagnostic test from the website. Tells me it's not plugged in. It's definitely plugged in. Full reboot of everything hasn't helped. Unfortunately customer service won't speak to me as I'm not at home. My partner is.

    @virginmedia Yes I have twice! No one got back to me the first time and was told today someone would ring me in 3 days ! I won't hold my breath. My mobile data will run out very soon and they haven't even offered me any by way of compensation. Shocking customer service !
