@virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

@virginmedia No, the operator confirmed my only option was to cancel as he couldn't reduce the price, so I asked him to formally cancel my contract, he put me on hold and never came back! After 45 minutes I hung up. Thanks for replying btw 😊

@virginmedia I called yesterday to get a refund for 14 months of money taken out of my account. I was told that they can offer me only 6 months refund. I refused to accept 6 months refund and I was told that a manager will call me back within 2 hours. I never received a call in the next 2 hrs
