    @virginmedia Customer service needs to sort a call back system. It’s always “experiencing high volume” No it’s not. You haven’t enough staff. I spend £1600 a year for this. It’s not good enough. My next call is to say I’m leaving, BT have guaranteed me coverage or I don’t pay.

    @virginmedia No, listened to over an hr of crap hold music before I lost the will to continue. Take the 6% increase I feel you've stolen. I'll never agree to another contract with you. Terrible company and your product does not work either. Had to buy a new router your WiFi is so crap.

    @virginmedia My signal in the house is rubbish. I got one smart pod but need another, I’m entitled to 3 with my package. But Virgin won’t order me one...they say it’s up to me, but I can never get through to talk to someone. It takes hours and hours and I don’t have time. Really poor service
