@virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

With public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

If you can show they owe you money & have not paid then a threat to: 'issue a Statutory Payment Demand which can be followed up with a Winding up Petition for the firm' may work if you are dealing with a 'responsible officer'
