    @virginmedia your service is abysmal at best. I get that companies are under pressure but we have no TV, no internet and no landline, I was told the internet and the tv issue wasn’t connected by the “chat” team so tried to call, on hold for an hour and was then disconnected!!!

    Getting @virginmedia WiFi in the new flat easily my biggest mistake/regret to date - phone in and out of connection constantly, work laptop drops off Wi-Fi about 5 times a day and I can’t even play fifa as I disconnect from every game without fail 🤬

    @virginmedia internet speed keeps dropping. Virgin website says no issues in my area, automated message when calling says there is an issue here. Can't even troubleshoot because neither the app or troubleshooter works for a hub 4. When are you going to fix this? Waste of money.

    @virginmedia HELLO MY INTERNET HAS BEEN DOWN SINCE THURSDAY, TRIED EVERYTHING INCLUDING TALKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ( WHICH TOOK 1 HOUR BTW) SAID SERVICE IS DOWN WILL COME ON 25TH OCT AND CERTAIN TIME AND WHEN ITS TIME IT DELAYS AGAIN ON OTHER DAY and TIME. THIS IS TOO MUCH
