    @virginmedia just had call from 'Harry' in London, your technical department. Apparently I'm having issues with broadband speed... His employer ID was 194, apparently? He was shouty, in very loud place, couldn't tell me who I was. Please look into number 01323897224. Infuriating.

    @virginmedia your service is abysmal at best. I get that companies are under pressure but we have no TV, no internet and no landline, I was told the internet and the tv issue wasn’t connected by the “chat” team so tried to call, on hold for an hour and was then disconnected!!!

    @virginmedia I can’t take this anymore!!! Do I need to change provider after 20 years?! Wifi is crap from weeks and all I’ve been told is there are works in your area! Works that should have been finished and change date every day! Sort this out asap or I’m leaving!

    @virginmedia Why is the installation process so bad with Virgin broadband? Ive been waiting 3 weeks. 2 engineers sent to my address and now waiting for a 3rd. Lack of coordination and poor communication between constructors and engineers cause unnecessary delays.

    @richardbranson @HollyBranson I wonder if Holly would have been proud of dad, if she had met the mums I used to help in Brixton, who after months of trying to get them straight, would get a pressure phone-call from Virgin Media, selling them expensive contracts which they had no means of paying for!

    @virginmedia Its a wireless connection, Ive already got separate channels set up to make for better connections. To be honest your equipment is just poor, so many dark spots its a good job i havent got a big house, we would be sat round the router like a camp fire

    @virginmedia any way to get to competent customer service rep? Spoken to 2 to sort wrong price for my broadband. They lie that the agreed pricing has been applied BUT STILL paying the old price 5 mths later. Feels like deliberate scam at this point.
