@virginmedia just had call from 'Harry' in London, your technical department. Apparently I'm having issues with broadband speed... His employer ID was 194, apparently? He was shouty, in very loud place, couldn't tell me who I was. Please look into number 01323897224. Infuriating.

@virginmedia The text service is a bot so doesn’t understand what I want. I don’t understand how posting on a community forum will help me order wifi pods. I’ve posted but just get replies from other members. I want to be able to contact someone at Virgin not other customers.

@virginmedia I just never get anywhere, constantly going around in circles and no one seems capable or willing to help. The broadband kit provided isn’t fit for purpose considering how much I pay for it.

@virginmedia Not the best response I’m afraid. Nothing is free. I pay handsomely for a package. The service is part of that package. Whether you charge separately or not is irrelevant. If I cancel my DD you won’t let me have the ‘free’ bit for free. Please try again.

@virginmedia To reiterate, no third party permission is required. It is down to communication between your sales team and your contractor.

@virginmedia It was my final bill which you take and credit back. You haven’t credited me back. It’s bad enough that you do this to try and “encourage” people to stay. But then to subsequently miss the repayment is extra unethical

@virginmedia HELP I need someone from Customer Service to 'own' my complaint and sort it out, not to be passed from department and department and then cut off (several times) You are supposed to be telecommunications company!!! I spent 6 1/2 hours trying to get help yesterday!
