@virginmedia helping out my 74 year old mother, when she resigned with you at Christmas, you also promised to send out a new V6 box, it never arrived, I chased this up and then you sent an older TiVo box. I spoke to the guy and he told me they're the same !?

@virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

@virginmedia Lichfield area having problems. I’ve gone from 600mbps this morning to less than a meg. According to online no know issues. Connect app and your online diagnostic tool doesn’t support Hub4 so can even test that way. Done a rest of hub. Nothing. Help!

@virginmedia Yes the tv has now been resolved. But as you will see from your records over the last few months I have spent many precious hours waiting for a response from you. VM also told me the gadget service would be free - please listen back to call. An extra £45 seems excessive

@virginmedia No internet for a week. It was 'fixed' Thurs. Ok for 1 day and down again. Very weak signal which constantly drops out. Service status check states no issues. Rung 3 times & now told area fault. Fix date Tues earliest. Online live lessons for 2 kids today! Appalling.
