Told we had to wait in ALL DAY yesterday for nobody to come (when we apparently now it’s only a package being delivered) STILL! nobody is clear if it’s a package being delivered or an engineer.   @RockandRollSue @virginmedia I got rid my contract with virgin due to a bad reception, it took three months... each time I contacted them to cancel( when I could get through) they said it was all sorted, but they hadn’t done a thing, in the end I agreed to going pay as you go and just never used it again.

  @miss___kb Yep I have used google family and virgin media security whilst kids grew up. You can block anything you want or them and restrict sites and device time and you get to okay anything they install on the device. Most adults as thick as pig **** to use them.
