@virginmedia It's for Virgin Media. Everytime I ring up to try and change something no one over the phone can ever find my account and because of this no one can help me. I want to cancel my package because the offer I'm on expires next month and the services are not worth £84.

@virginmedia Lichfield area having problems. I’ve gone from 600mbps this morning to less than a meg. According to online no know issues. Connect app and your online diagnostic tool doesn’t support Hub4 so can even test that way. Done a rest of hub. Nothing. Help!

@virginmedia It appears to have been resolved. However it is rather alarming to hear members of our village had been told by your customer service team “the earliest fix would be 6th Jan 2021”.

@virginmedia increased an 83 year old man's broadband from £55 to £91 and despite him asking for it to be cancelled it wasn't. Now expecting him to continue to pay this amount. No help for the elderly during a cost of living crisis when they are at fault. Disgraceful

@virginmedia That’s not what your slave in asia said. AND he said he was a senior member of the tram! He clearly told me that it takes up to 30 days to cancel so No Broadband for a month from any provider. Someone needs retraining. Or to stop lying.

@dickndom Not Virgin Media! We changed to just BT broadband and Amazon fire stick for tv plus god old DVD player for our fav DVD’s! Saved so much money and so far no issues with Wifi or broadband and speed does multiple devices around the home plus when hubby works at home too.
