    @virginmedia Lichfield area having problems. I’ve gone from 600mbps this morning to less than a meg. According to online no know issues. Connect app and your online diagnostic tool doesn’t support Hub4 so can even test that way. Done a rest of hub. Nothing. Help!

    @virginmedia helping out my 74 year old mother, when she resigned with you at Christmas, you also promised to send out a new V6 box, it never arrived, I chased this up and then you sent an older TiVo box. I spoke to the guy and he told me they're the same !?

    @virginmedia It appears to have been resolved. However it is rather alarming to hear members of our village had been told by your customer service team “the earliest fix would be 6th Jan 2021”.

    @virginmedia just installed virgin broadband 350 today ! only getting 5 mbps in my study.. phoned customers services for a booster to be told none in stock and phone back in 2 weeks.. took me over an hour to speak to a person in India who couldn’t help

    @andy_ambrose59 @AzureSpark @virginmedia Good luck... but Ofcom will say VM have supplied you a near 200 service, but the wifi settings you are using between device and router are wrong, or the device cant cope because you clearly have 200 coming into your router from VM

    @virginmedia faster brings you closer?? Really??? As I do not feel closer today. Cost me alot of money for the virgin service. So what am I paying you for, as there is no service. This is ridiculous. Saying there is an outage doesn't fix the payment issue for none service.
