@virginmedia Lichfield area having problems. I’ve gone from 600mbps this morning to less than a meg. According to online no know issues. Connect app and your online diagnostic tool doesn’t support Hub4 so can even test that way. Done a rest of hub. Nothing. Help!

@virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

@virginmedia helping out my 74 year old mother, when she resigned with you at Christmas, you also promised to send out a new V6 box, it never arrived, I chased this up and then you sent an older TiVo box. I spoke to the guy and he told me they're the same !?

@virginmedia Just spoken to Sky, you arranged for the service to be cancelled, but if you had made them aware of the change they could have extended it - but it’s too late now. I work from home, I have children and now I will have no broadband. Why was it changed from 3rd??

@virginmedia According to your app, ETF Is 22:45 that is an absolute piss take on NYE. Like I said I am lucky I rarely get an outage but this is I think the 4th time this yea. The VM backbone has been neglected for many years and it is an old network that needs updating and upgrading.
