@virginmedia just installed virgin broadband 350 today ! only getting 5 mbps in my study.. phoned customers services for a booster to be told none in stock and phone back in 2 weeks.. took me over an hour to speak to a person in India who couldn’t help

@virginmedia Lichfield area having problems. I’ve gone from 600mbps this morning to less than a meg. According to online no know issues. Connect app and your online diagnostic tool doesn’t support Hub4 so can even test that way. Done a rest of hub. Nothing. Help!

@virginmedia helping out my 74 year old mother, when she resigned with you at Christmas, you also promised to send out a new V6 box, it never arrived, I chased this up and then you sent an older TiVo box. I spoke to the guy and he told me they're the same !?

@virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

@virginmedia Given zero advice other than status of damaged cables in the Wigan Area. Broadband went down August 15th and is still not repaired. "Hopefu repair" date and time is Fri 2nd Sep 1800. But it will either then become Sep 3rd at 1800, or Monday 5th at 1200. Just like it has been.
