@virginmedia It's for Virgin Media. Everytime I ring up to try and change something no one over the phone can ever find my account and because of this no one can help me. I want to cancel my package because the offer I'm on expires next month and the services are not worth £84.

Told we had to wait in ALL DAY yesterday for nobody to come (when we apparently now it’s only a package being delivered) STILL! nobody is clear if it’s a package being delivered or an engineer. Shocking service for what we are paying!

@virginmedia The service cuts out time to time then the router reboots itself. Spoke to your technical team and they tell me I need to buy an Ethernet cable etc. As far I’m concerned, my part of deal is to pay my bill, anything else to do with the service is your issue.

@AmberDowning @virginmedia I have the same issue a old blue yonder email address, can’t set up a new account even when still with virgin, they are suppose to update account 3 days but still not correct or receiving emails 3 people I’ve spoken two and they all been useless. @Marc_Pell @virginmedia There’s your problem mate. Yodel are the worst courier I’ve ever encountered. They delivered something of mine to the wrong address as it was similar. It was down to me to go there and pick up my package. Another package was said to be delivered and it never was.
