@virginmedia It's for Virgin Media. Everytime I ring up to try and change something no one over the phone can ever find my account and because of this no one can help me. I want to cancel my package because the offer I'm on expires next month and the services are not worth £84.

Virgin Media customer service is non existent. 6 times today I’ve called to make changes to my package. I’ve waited on average 50 minutes each time only to be cut off each time. You can add to your package on line but you can’t remove anything. Just wait till normality returns...

@virginmedia Usually I would swipe down with one finger and it would tell me that I’m on the delete option and I just tap delete to erase the program

Shocking telephone service @virginmedia - want to reduce my TV package. Don’t want movies or BT sports any more. Can’t tell me what package I would move on to. Whether I lose any other channels or even if I lose HD channels.

@virginmedia OK thanks for that and the screen has gone away after I clicked on the sea terms link but I still have the problem of not being able to swipe to delete on individual programs within a folder as this was possible before the update

@virginmedia once again your online service status tells me there are no known issues in our area. I call to report I still have the intermittent fault I have had for over a week and told there is a fault in the area which may not be fixed until 12th March.

@staffsbrewery @unicom @openreach I walked away from BT Infinity in my Hixon village as soon as Virgin Media was available the Service from BT was not good to say the least and i safe money with VM compared to my monthly charges from BT and Sky

@virginmedia your online service status says there are no known issues in my area. However when I called just with a broadband issue I was told there is a fault in our area. If your website was up to date I would not have needed to call and queue for 30 mins.

Not surprised re @virginmedia especially on the TV side - my issues remain unresolved following my attempts to reduce my tv package without being given the assurances or certainty of what channels would actually be removed and what would remain!

@virginmedia I was, that’s not the issue though! I gave plenty of notice and paid a month. The person didn’t put the cancellation through correctly and I only realised today when I got another bill through. If an employee of Virgin makes a mistake why should I have to pay for it?

@virginmedia I've just received an email 10 mins ago. So obviously, they sent the email when I chased you on it. So, saying 'an email has gone out' really is a little dishonest. Just an apology for not getting in touch would be better, followed by a real attempt to resolve the issue.
