    @virginmedia Day 10 of no internet, partner has rang countless times spent the best part of 5-6 hours in total to various departments. Terrible as a new customer!

    @virginmedia Hi please see thread of conversation it will tell you re manager I have asked twice to speak to a manager once about a month ago and again on Sat 18 July I have never had a manager ring me yet 😒 on 18th I was told they would today 20 July

    Why did I swop to #virgin? 2 months ago and nothing but problems @virginmedia it took over 20 days to get my tel no changed then you change again why did you not tell me! How do you expect anyone to contact me V useless biggest mistake and very £xpensive one with poor WiFi too.

    @virginmedia horrible customer service, your automated phone service is awful. You can never get through to anyone. You will happily take customers money but don’t make it easy to speak to someone. I will not be renewing my contract with you that’s for certain.
