    @RockandRollSue @virginmedia I got rid my contract with virgin due to a bad reception, it took three months... each time I contacted them to cancel( when I could get through) they said it was all sorted, but they hadn’t done a thing, in the end I agreed to going pay as you go and just never used it again.

    @SimonADouglas @virginmedia We have the occasional internet problem but since the last announced 'update' the hub seems to be resetting itself. Doesn't matter to the 'wired' machines but obviously disconnects the WiFi! Irritating as the restart times are long and inputting the names/password is a pain 🙄

    @virginmedia 2. Consultant has offered me 125mbps for 44 pound (18month contract). I am customer for over 8 years, it just amazed me HOW IT IS POSSIBLE, that @virginmedia offered this to an 8 year customer, while having on website SAME DEAL for 26.5 a month.

    @virginmedia @FlorenceUnger Worst customer service for our elderly people. Been trying to engage with Virgin media on my 90 year old Mum's behalf. They have insisteď on power of attorney proof which I have sent. 5 hours last weekend on WhatsApp trying to get it resolved. Disgraceful treatment.

    @virginmedia send me an email to say my broadband contract is coming to an end and it is increasing 100% from £28 to £55.80 per month, I have to give 30 days notice to cancel yet they only give me 20days notice of the increase. In Aus Til 18th and they only negotiate by phn 😡
