    Sick of having issues with my Wi-Fi!! At least a couple times a day the router starts flashing and won’t connect anyone in my house to it! Internet speeds are slow all the time 😡 @virginmedia sort it out

    @virginmedia They refused to tell me as they said it contravened GDPR rules, I asked if they could tell me the minimum I needed to pay so as not to involve GDPR. They weren’t able to help.

    @virginmedia That might require quite an extensive overall of your infrastructure and servers however you could maybe start by answering the telephone - you are a telecoms company. Or does customer service fly out the window once the direct debits are set up?

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Please don’t send me the usual links of what to do as I’ve tried them all, I get 100mbps through Ethernet to your hub but almost non existent WiFi from it, IT in work have said yours is awful and to buy new router but why should I have to do that?

    @virginmedia I fixed my own issue after speaking to your £25 service charge gadget issue team and CSC team. They knew nothing all script and google readers none educated on technical support. Terrible best bit about it is they cutt you off when they don't no what to do lol. Cheap labour.
