Loving all the people moaning their virgin media being down. Most being paid for by their parents! Stop moaning! Either they’ve had a major piece of equipment fail or they’ve been hacked. Be patient, and it will be sorted. Or move to another and only get slow 30mb broadband!

It's actually tragic how bad @virginmedia broadband has gotten over the last few days. Hope we are refunded for this period of shocking internet coverage. Still think it's the best service but need to sort out current issues.

@virginmedia I don’t have a booster, apparently, on our package you supply inline extenders. I don’t see how you can call your Wi-fi super when it’s far from super. I live in a terraced three bedroom, router is down stairs in the middle of the house and it fails to reach the back rooms

@JenMartian @virginmedia @tw17_09 Complaint don't work. In past I received a letter saying they tried to contact me by phone. They did not. No missed calls or no messages left. And again they ask to ring the call centre. Why dont they provide a dedicated number and name to contact?
