@AksTailor @virginmedia When I had some issues like that I haggled a month or two of free Internet from Virgin until the issue was resolved. Convincing them to do that took an infuriating number of phone calls but it was a satisfactory outcome, I've stuck with them.

@virginmedia Help then you failed to install 4 times so cancelled you. I returned ur equipment as requested! Then u bill for services not activated and then bill for equipment that as been collected by @virginmedia. Customer service stinks!
