@virginmedia 2/2 to her system that has Gvt system level security for 5Ghz will then revert back to one name for both and also revert to Ch108 making connection to 5Ghz unavailable. My router was refreshed by service, monitoring 24hrs, waiting on Hub5. Others are exp same fault..

@virginmedia after reporting issues with my VM hub4 where the 5Ghz channel reverts to channel 108 it has come to my attention that this is being experienced by others. I’ve had to fact reset then manually change it to Ch40/48 then rename 2.4&5 so that my wife’s system can log 1/2

@virginmedia good work 👏🏼 issues with WiFi being down constantly as soon as £7.50 monthly bill increases comes in! Currently on hour 5 of no internet and not due to be fixed before 1am 🙃

Ended up just reconnecting my TP Link router, it seems the problems were with my Hub 5 because everything seems to be working fine now. Not great @virginmedia

@virginmedia Think we need to call an engineer out anyways, before the outage I was only getting 600mbps max when my package is the 1Gig.

@matt_hanson70 @virginmedia Intermittent for 2.5 days, Sunday always v poor the worst is 0.4mbs with a 250mbs supply. VM's script always saying reboot etc.. Funny though following reporting an issue a week ago I suddenly recorded 256mbs for an hour then it slowly drops to normal! First ever hitting supply.

@virginmedia Yes...but it doesn't go into mine. I had to sort out a new Virgin media/O2 login, download the app, get a message ten times to Gmail to click on, get a code to my phone, put in account information and get access to my husband's account!

Think it might be time to move to @SkyUK from @virginmedia over 20 years of service & this is the worst it has been broadband down nearly everyday & takes weeks for "Repairs"
