@virginmedia Yes,rebooted hub plenty of times. Lights flashing randomly. Registered for text service for service issues and just received one saying useage outing registered and est repair time now 26/09/19.another 2 days of problems. This affects my work at home. Need to cancel and go to Sky

@virginmedia as it was tiresome and he can’t get through to anyone. The same problem I had today. He has his phone, broadband and tv with you. His mobile as well I reckon. Having spent a good bit time today going through all the stuff on the phone to eventually be hung up on is infuriating

@EJM_uk @virginmedia For me it is, haven't had a net drop in well over 12 months of service so for me they've been unbelievably reliable. Up until now!
