Virgin Media Issues Reports Near Brownhills, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Brownhills and nearby locations:

  • MutliRaceMan Jean Thierry 💙 (@MutliRaceMan) reported from Birmingham, England

@KellyQuilt @virginmedia Virgin are hopeless for ease of contact. My daughter was with them and the service wasn’t at all good. This nonsense about calling them at a time to suit them is just ludicrous. They need to admit that they (& others) don’t staff adequately to suit their customers convenience. 🤬

  • redron1975 Ronnie Harris (@redron1975) reported from Walsall Wood, England

@virginmedia Right then fools. How many times do I need to contact you to tell you how bad our internet is? I am so fed up with this service and wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy. I cant wait to get service from someone reliable. Clowns

  • kevmaslin Kev Maslin (@kevmaslin) reported from West Bromwich, England

@virginmedia your treatment of us over a Lasting Power of Attorney issue has been appalling. Your people have actually SHREDDED a document costing hundreds of pounds despite us being told it had been returned. CISAS has been invoked and your CEO will be told . @MoneyTelegraph

  • BrianMCape Brian Cape (@BrianMCape) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia And this is why, I'll be reporting you to trading standards for fraudulent misselling/misrepresentation and then abdicating ALL responsibility/accountability to resolve. There's no security/DPA issues in you giving me a direct dial number via DM. You just don't want to resolve.

  • mrmjprice Martin Price (@mrmjprice) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia I have been but they couldn’t get a good-enough price and directed me to the self-service page but I get “customer-exclusion” at the end of the URL which tells me to use chat.

  • KittykatClaire Claire B🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ (@KittykatClaire) reported from Willenhall, England

@virginmedia I guess it's not your. Problem. After pushing me into a contract with them. I've been in touch with them and there nothing they can do they just want me. To turn my mobile on and off again

  • AntonyHowlett Antony Howlett (@AntonyHowlett) reported from Birmingham, England

@ChristineAllado @virginmedia I keep having this problem every week and nothing ever gets done and all you get back is we can't find a fault

  • KittykatClaire Claire B🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ (@KittykatClaire) reported from Willenhall, England

I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

  • SusieWJr Susan Johnson (@SusieWJr) reported from Dudley, England

@virginmedia broadband down in my area. I pay nearly £100 pm for this ****. Time for a change I think 🤔

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia I’ve reordered twice already. The packaging never arrives

  • redron1975 Ronnie Harris (@redron1975) reported from Walsall Wood, England

@virginmedia so what crap excuse u got today for us in the ws10 area? Internet down again. Honestly if you were a guard dog nothing would be safe. Even less reliable than the weather forecast.

  • tr0y1291 Troy (@tr0y1291) reported from West Bromwich, England

@virginmedia the most unreliable service going! Sky should be rubbing their hands together knowing that this shower of **** is their main competition.

  • lePhantomPlume le Phantom Plume (@lePhantomPlume) reported from Wolverhampton, England

@virginmedia It’s ok thanks, one of your team rang me, was extremely rude then hung up.

  • BrianMCape Brian Cape (@BrianMCape) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Alternatively, if you feel the urge to actually be helpful, you can search my name and location (it's an uncommon name) and ask a complaints manager to contact me. No security issues or breaches, since the notes I've been assured are on file, will be there to check.

  • kevmaslin Kev Maslin (@kevmaslin) reported from West Bromwich, England

@virginmedia The ideal resolution would have been for VM to return the document as originally promised. We have dealt with other companies in this regard and all have been prompt and professional. Even the DWP accepted a photocopy of the POA. Why VM couldn't is entirely beyond me.

  • BrianMCape Brian Cape (@BrianMCape) reported from West Bromwich, England

Quite possibly the worst onboarding and customer 'care' experience I've EVER had @virginmedia Unfulfilled promises, failure to deliver contract as agreed and now I'm 'lost' in the system and being ignored. I'm left with no choice other than to 'out' you. #CaveatEmptor

  • lvwlvs LVWLVS (@lvwlvs) reported from Cheslyn Hay, England

@virginmedia That was the first thing I tried but nothing happened. It’s only when I power off at the wall, wait a minute then power on that it changes. Right now it’s working fine but this has been a recurring problem this week.

  • lvwlvs LVWLVS (@lvwlvs) reported from Cheslyn Hay, England

@virginmedia Everything is running fine then my devices can’t connect. It takes me switching the router off at the wall and on again for the connection to reestablish itself. First world problems but it’s a pain when I’m working upstairs and the router is downstairs. And it should just work!

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AndrewMassage Andrew Creer NAMMT(RM) (@AndrewMassage) reported

@virginmedia But you make it impossible to cancel the contract - my wife has been trying for over 24 hours now and you keep saying the information she is providing is incorrect - it beyond frustrating 🤬

  • BobbyReynolds89 Rendog (@BobbyReynolds89) reported

@virginmedia No errors, just won’t record. I had the main box changed yesterday and since then mini won’t register or save anything. I’m in my cooling off period so have given my notice to yourselves and @TheO2.

  • EnrichMarketing Jo Rich (@EnrichMarketing) reported

@virginmedia You're just putting your prices up and I can apparently cancel or accept it. Except trying to cancel I got no where. I was offered the price rise to be waived for 6 months. But that's not good enough when there's 12 months left!

  • merzbowowow gavin (@merzbowowow) reported

@virginmedia no internet in N16, engineering in the area from 9am - 3pm (on a weekday during WFH; great planning) but that should be over now. When will service return? Lost a days work because of this.

  • bobbell05609703 Belly (@bobbell05609703) reported

@virginmedia no tv service at FK28BN since yesterday. Any update on this. Wifi ok just live main stream channels !!

  • RoMonwhy RoM (@RoMonwhy) reported

@virginmedia They have finally done some works but cancelled again on my install a week later. Worst company ever

  • amydon88_amy Amy McGregor (@amydon88_amy) reported

@virginmedia let down yet again, been told our new tv remotes would be delivered today but again nothing! Nothing on our account.

  • OGDarren107 Darren (@OGDarren107) reported

@virginmedia I set up a hub 5 and the white light has not stopped flashing for over an hour now. No internet yet how do I fix this

  • Grumpy_Paul Paul (@Grumpy_Paul) reported

@virginmedia Hey for 6 months I have had intermittent router connection. In the last week I have spent over 3 hours on the phone with technical support who have a more limited understanding of router issue than I do. Today I received your latest missive explaining why my price

  • Gurp00 G (@Gurp00) reported

@virginmedia Service usage has increased and so have the numbers of customers. The more customers, the lower your base cost and higher profits. This is another way to squeeze customers. Moving to @VodafoneUK for £20pm broadband instead of £36pm+ you're going to start charging
