@virginmedia your online service status says there are no known issues in my area. However when I called just with a broadband issue I was told there is a fault in our area. If your website was up to date I would not have needed to call and queue for 30 mins.

@virginmedia OK thanks for that and the screen has gone away after I clicked on the sea terms link but I still have the problem of not being able to swipe to delete on individual programs within a folder as this was possible before the update

@virginmedia Usually I would swipe down with one finger and it would tell me that I’m on the delete option and I just tap delete to erase the program

Not surprised re @virginmedia especially on the TV side - my issues remain unresolved following my attempts to reduce my tv package without being given the assurances or certainty of what channels would actually be removed and what would remain!

@virginmedia And now this month's bill has increased by an additional £17.... without any notification. November = £37.50 December = £46.75 January = £57.81 ...and March an imminent additional ~£3.50 Yes I've spoken to customer services, and the best offer is a £3 reduction. Atrocious!
