    @virginmedia you claim we get 100 whatever’s per second. So tell me. Why my internet doesn’t work. I can’t stay on a zoom as my “internet is unstable” and live tv “jumps” not streams. You sent somebody to resolve last time. It’s now repeated this behaviour again. Why do that?

    @KellyQuilt @virginmedia Virgin are hopeless for ease of contact. My daughter was with them and the service wasn’t at all good. This nonsense about calling them at a time to suit them is just ludicrous. They need to admit that they (& others) don’t staff adequately to suit their customers convenience. 🤬

    @virginmedia waited for 25mins to get through to discuss changing my contract gave all my details put on hold and then cut off, despite having my number and mobile they haven't even tried to call me back great customer service

    @virginmedia Doesn't matter now, we've terminated the contract and joined Three home broadband. I just think it's disgusting that a customer of over 10 years doesn't get offered a deal as good as a new customer.

    CANNOT WAIT until we leave @VirginMedia in a few months time. Non stop internet issues for months now. I’d urge everyone to swerve Virgin Media. Better companies out there who do more and cost less.

    Very pleased to publicly announce we are leaving virgin media. I have never known such a diabolical internet service - current situation our 100mb per whatever it is means our internet is unstable for any zoom session. Utterly ridiculous. Hoorah for us 🙌🏻

    @virginmedia hey guys whatever I try to play back or if I rewind live tv to play back the boxing is terrible so much so you’re unable to watch the programme. The wires are all connected fine and all other internet devices are fine. What’s the issue?

    @virginmedia my neighbor and I are virgin media customers. We've been experiencing extremely poor internet all week. My husband is working from home (and our only source of income at the moment) so it's vital we have a working connection! We can't get through to customer service!

    @virginmedia No internet 4 30 hours! U wont answer phone 2 us blaming covid, BUT u answer for sales and phone. Yr Answermachine for interent said at start I needed an engineer.then it said ud fix it this morning.. then at 6pm, still no interent. NOW NO message.10s o thousands have no internet
