    It's actually tragic how bad @virginmedia broadband has gotten over the last few days. Hope we are refunded for this period of shocking internet coverage. Still think it's the best service but need to sort out current issues.

    @virginmedia my parents virgin media account is under my email, only issue is that I don’t live with them, just signed up with you and now thats under my email too, when I try to sign into my account I get theirs, it says your can’t change an account email either..

    @virginmedia phoned last week re my blueyonder email account. I can’t refresh it on my laptop or on my phone. I was told it would be fixed. I’ve tried contacting again to no avail. I understand staff are limited at the mo but would like to know when this issue will be resolved

    @virginmedia I was then told a bag would be posted out. Still waiting. Last week I was told if I didn't post it back I would be fined. I contacted customer services and they said last week it would be collected by the end of last week.

    @virginmedia Hmmm. So, as this is the third day of intermittent service, I'm beginning to wonder why I am still paying for it. Pretty soon, I'm going to have to look elsewhere. Five more days to wait for a diagnosis. Sorry, but this is shockingly poor service.
