    @virginmedia B744LG my neighbour is also having issues. Internet keeps dropping out so there’s clearly some sort of intermittent fault. I’ve wasted 45 mins on the phone trying to report it.

    @Poxo01 We have been battling rising costs and poor service with @virginmedia for years. Have argued down the contract repeatedly due to issues. Just got the internet and home control stable again and then get another price increase letter. Fed up with them.

    @ChrisScottBtn I’m fed up of this process year on year with an ongoing problematic service. Three complaints, two left unanswered. And then the onus is on you to chase! I cannot be bothered with them anymore. That’s the level customer service I’ve come to expect from @virginmedia now.

    @virginmedia 2/2 an issue with Asian Mela in that it doesn’t represent other Indian subcontinent content, eg Pakistani, Bangla, or Sri Lankan, so why is this? Thank you.

    @virginmedia 3rd time contacting you in a week. 3rd time I’ve been told there is an outage in my area yet doesn’t say this on the customer side of things. 3rd time now the date has moved for this apparent fix that is causing my internet to be unusable. I know there will be a 4th.

    @virginmedia But ut hasn't "been reported" as far as we are concerned? How do we report it? And when I checked the service status page recently it showed no broadband issues. So no-one would appear to be working on it. Ok, so can you send an engineer asap please.

    @virginmedia Everything the poor chap could do. He couldn’t access it remotely. I plugged laptop into router and I was unable to do what he was asking me to do. 3 resets and messing around on laptop. Still nothing. As I’m with your partners 02 can you help with getting me some data until fix?
