@virginmedia The TV goes all distorted I’ve done webchats phone calls the lot nothing has been resolved was told it was a problem in the area , neighbours have had no issues happened still have issues now but not as often but it’s a bit annoying esp when I’ve not had any money off

Zero Internet connectivity from @virginmedia now for pushing 12 hours. Resetting and/or powering down the hub does nothing, the diagnostic and fault tools just go round and around in an ever more boring circle. #LightningSpeedFarce

@virginmedia yesterday I was on the phone for over an hour yesterday as one of their engineers damaged my car on Tuesday. I was told resolution team had 24 hrs to resolve matter, that’s came and went. Leaving scene of an accident, especially when I’ve got him on camera!

@virginmedia I'm having Internet, cable/Tivo and telephone service problems, all of them not working & this is regular occurrence with you every summer. Everything goes off during the night & then it takes you days to fix it without any care or worries for those that depend on it

@virginmedia the Engineer who came to fix our Internet outage in the E5 0EQ remained professional & cutus. It is 35/36 degrees outside today. can make sure his manager is informed of how much of good job he did. I did offer him some water if he needed it
