    @virginmedia Shocking customer service signed up a few weeks ago for fibre given an installation date called the day before to ask me when I would like to book the install then telling me they have a problem on the site and will get in touch in 7 days.

    @PatchworkBoyPW @virginmedia They wont have a clue. I had issues for about 6 months and I was constantly trying to sort it out. Engineers are great but the "customer service" team are based in India and have no customer service skills 🤙

    I’ve now had two messages from @virginmedia threatening to Charge us for equipment WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY RETURNED! There is no way to respond to the message and I don’t like being threatened! You customer service is getting worse!

    @pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

    I’d like to congratulate @virginmedia for improving their broadband service during the working day and making it worse, I now have no internet at all. This is going on until 12:10 when I am meant to be working from home 👏👍 The service was fine, improve it out of working hours!

    @virginmedia The wifi isn’t working on some devices, but is on others... My PS5 and Amazon firestick are fine, but all of our phones (on different providers) have all of a sudden stopped working... They will work about 25% of the time, and the speeds of our internet is up and down.

    @virginmedia Since Friday 19/3 every evening at 9pm every device that's connected to WiFi just disconnects and it's then unable to reconnect for longer than about 2 mins for the rest of the night. How much longer will these "network updates" be going on for, as we are unable to use the net

    @virginmedia Oh my god!! This is the problem..you always go with the script..there is not a problem with my wifi, or hub, etc. This is a problem with your network and I’m just sick of it, everytime you go with the script, I’ve done all the checks..your network is completely down

    @virginmedia @virginhelp I phoned up a month back and i was on hold longer than i could be due to work, I also did contact them and they said they would book a phonecall with a technician and I never received one
