@virginmedia I am away in Europe again from tomorrow and need a service that works. I have been on hold for 30mins several calls and your assistant cut me off despite a promise at the start of the call that they will ring straight back should the call end. I’m still waiting 2.5hr later!!

@virginmedia No known issues, there was on 28/04, same thing signal cutting out, supposedly fixed 29/04, but since then there were brief signal losses a couple times a day every day, another known issue raised 06/05 fixed the same day, yesterday had no problems, but today issue is worse

@virginmedia I’ve had 2 issues in last 2 weeks in Europe and away again tomorrow. You tell me all working yet it doesn’t. We reset everything and you had to escalate issue. Within 24 hours it started to work in Greece. No service in guernsey which means it’s not going to work tomrorow Spain

@virginmedia is a case of complete incompetence by your engineers. Complaint reference is COM103375838. Have had no contact. What you can do is find out why a manager authorised a live cable being cut and get the engineers back to reinstate my service.

@virginmedia I have reported it at about 11.45 this morning. Wasn't given a fault reference, told a ticket had been raised and I would get a message to my mobile from field support engineers but it might be days before anything can be done. Heard nothing yet. Also raised a complaint as this..

@virginmedia Thank you, yes, I just called them after it happened again! They are sending a technician out to see if the area fault from last Sunday has caused an issue on my line, as this issue only started then, a tech is coming out on Tuesday

@Bluhawk1875 @vmbusiness Hope not! Maddening thing is they were working next door to tidy up the awful cabling job they'd done when they replaced our cable, the guy rang his boss about what to do with the badly installed cable and was just told to cut it! No check to see if it was live!!!

@virginmedia I think my wife would like someone high up to call her. As she is inconsolable at the moment. She has been passed from pillar to post on the phone for the past 90 mins and is still on the phone. My wife has some major health issues and no one seems to want to help.

@virginmedia I've tried everything the call centre have suggested and I've had a technician out who failed to fix the problem. Soft and hard reboot, checked all connections on all cables, forced network connection etc

@virginmedia Not a service issue, your packages offer some of the worst upload speeds on the market. Your 1gig fibre has what 50mb upload speed? with all lower packages with even less. Your 500mb package offers less than 10% upload speeds. It's been like this for over a decade.

@virginmedia connection was dug into my garden for the new cable to go in from the box. Neve done. broadband stopped working Fri night. engineer came out sunday & found VM box/cable to house to be the issue. asked VM HQ to arrange a cable to be laid and told me I would receive appointment
