@virginmedia 6 week a ago we lost all service, finally got an appt for yesterday to have cable dug up and reconnected. Engineer rang twice to check contractors had done street work - no. Assured by CS it would be done, it wasn't. Now another 2 weeks! You just don't care!

@virginmedia I have explained this a few times now but, moved home so asked to transfer yourselves to my new home. Online rep said yep good to go and nothing else needed just a date, get a message saying it's been delayed by a week and then engineer no show, with no resolution in sight.
