@virginmedia when I resubscribed to your service for 18 months I requested wifi boosters which I was advised would be posted to me. 3 months on nothing received. Can’t get through on the phone or website chat service.

@virginmedia I spent an hour on my mobile to Virgin today as landline isn't working. Spoke to three different people and, finally they told me it was a hardware issue with my phone, not the line. I have borrowed two phones from neighbours and they don't work either #virginmedia

@virginmedia had a broadband outage yesterday and now my tv connects to the internet, my amazon devices connect to the wifi just fine, but my phone and tablet won’t connect, keeps saying the password is wrong, but my echo is connected fine using the same password!!

@virginmedia is there any reason why my wifi is slow all the time. You’ve been out and replaced the router which you said was the issue. Yet still happening? Nearly used all my data just to surf the web a couple hours a day while in the same room as the router. Sort this out??
