    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @virginmedia Had probs for 8 weeks trying to get engineer out! Still taking £96 a month though Poor internet speed Wifi isn't working Spent 3hrs on phone Sat Currently on hold (3rd time today) cut off twice! On demand stopped working

    @virginmedia have the virgin connect app.... however it will not let me sign in. Have changed password etc and it still says ‘wrong username or password’. Driving me mad!

    @virginmedia Lichfield area having problems. I’ve gone from 600mbps this morning to less than a meg. According to online no know issues. Connect app and your online diagnostic tool doesn’t support Hub4 so can even test that way. Done a rest of hub. Nothing. Help!

    @virginmedia Today I wanted to cancel my broadband , I have talked with 3 different person but nothing happened ! The last one said “ please stay on the line I will transfer you my team” after waiting 15 min for transfer , the phone cancelled! I am really fed up !

    @virginmedia Thanks but that doesn’t really address the issue. If I follow the link to contact options for leaving and it only gives phone or writing in as options. Not to worry though I’ve made a complaint via WhatsApp and will advise them of your response.
