First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

@virginmedia I guess the only way to fight it is simply not to take a match price when I phone to cancel. Appreciate this is a higher level issue than customer service, but if you have a route to feed back up into the system, it would be good.

@virginmedia Every single night? Good one. Additionally, any other company I've been with issues a simple "Please note, due to scheduled maintenance on X between Y and Z you may experience disruption to your service." in advance, so that their users are aware and can expect it.

@virginmedia You can obviously figure out what the going rate is for providers that can match your service in my area. You also ought to know from your CRM that I'm not interested in upsales. So why force me to go through the palava? It's an anti-pattern and /2
