    @virginmedia are absolutely useless. Have over 100 properties with Virgin Media Broadband, and you’d think they’d attempt to fix issues and keep our future custom. Safe to say we’re looking for another supplier if there are any recommendations...

    @virginmedia Yes, I did this and it hasn’t reset, the wifi name is coming up the same as well as the guest network I set up, and I can’t access the website for the hub either, it won’t load at all! Ran a test and it says theres a problem and that you’re working on it but not what or how long

    @virginmedia Every time I see these adverts I just laugh, but the sad thing is it isn’t funny paying for a service that constantly disconnects, stutters or is generally inconsistent. Your latest ad slogan ‘stay connected’ is a joke, and your email security is archaic, it’s equally laughable.

    @virginmedia Yes there's no issue on the checker. The connect app says it's fine except for a few times it's said the connection is poor. But 1mb some nights is ridiculous...

    @virginmedia had a broadband outage yesterday and now my tv connects to the internet, my amazon devices connect to the wifi just fine, but my phone and tablet won’t connect, keeps saying the password is wrong, but my echo is connected fine using the same password!!

    @virginmedia Thanks, I’ll do that - any advice as to how I can get some help with the general conncectivity and the unstable connection? I’ve tried and tried to get through on phone and the chat service doesn’t do that. My zoom lesson this morning was a disaster!

    @virginmedia Help! My WiFi is not working and we really need this for homeschooling and work today. I rebooted the Hub but WiFi is not visible and we cannot connect to it. I'm in the G21 postcode, area 28. TV and broadband works fine. Only the WiFi is affected

    @virginmedia I've had engineers round from Virgin media on several occasions. Once I had no Internet for weeks because the engineer wired up the connection to the wrong house outside and I didn't even get a refund for the lack of service.
