    You literally can't make this up. Working from home today and @virginmedia goes down again. Jinxed, every time I have important work to do from home the net drops. I would phone customer service but I know from past enquires they are completely useless.

    Not only that, when speaking to a manager he has proceeded to cut me off and hang up after a 50 minute phone call. What kind of **** show are you running over there ? This is disgusting customer service! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Ok I did that a optimised then signal. So I will give that a go for now and hopefully it won’t kick me out again. I though it was the online meeting platform but it happened across multiple sites (teams, Skype etc...)

    Call number 25 with @virginmedia after the service desk hung up on my after I waited 30 mins to connect and then when I did get through put my on hold and then hung up 😭😬😬 on your call number 26

    @CliffHague @virginmedia If you have not already ring to disconnect then tell retentions you need 2nd line support. They should be in Scotland or North East and really know their stuff I have Virgin but use gmail as a preferred option Good Luck!

    @virginmedia No im not benefitting from package,I simply want basic channels & a couple of kids ones, +internet. That’s it, I don’t want phone you insist I have it! You wont offer me any better deal,though not surprised you offered me hub4 in oct never got that either! £65 best price really!

    @virginmedia Yesterday, I have the undiluted pleasure of being served by a UK-based customer service agent called Brian. This was in stark contrast to the 13 other calls I have made into VM customer service this year and have been routed to an outsourced call centre in Asia.

    @virginmedia Did not think you would. This is the issue promised loads of call backs with your call centre and never happens. The customer service is shocking. In this day in age and a company your size can’t call a customer to resolve this issue. I hope future customers see this. Unreal!!!!
