    @virginmedia I am away in Europe again from tomorrow and need a service that works. I have been on hold for 30mins several calls and your assistant cut me off despite a promise at the start of the call that they will ring straight back should the call end. I’m still waiting 2.5hr later!!

    @virginmedia Nothing about Wi-Fi on the service page but by looking at the other 1000s of tweets from people with the same exact issue I’m clearly not going to get a solution anytime soon

    @virginmedia my wife is on the 4th phone call to you guys and is in tears beacuse she is stressed out by one of your operators who she cannot understand and has made her incredibly upset. My wife has major health issues and you are not helping at all.

    @virginmedia No known issues, there was on 28/04, same thing signal cutting out, supposedly fixed 29/04, but since then there were brief signal losses a couple times a day every day, another known issue raised 06/05 fixed the same day, yesterday had no problems, but today issue is worse

    @virginmedia how long is this network going to be down. I can’t make calls on my mobile and I have no internet connection and haven’t had any since about 1pm , not happy

    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria Call charges are not as bad as the wasted hour on the phone and another long wait ongoing now for the text help service to respond. Seems @MoneySavingExp forums are correct about difficulty leaving. All I need is a PAC texted or emailed to me and I'll be on my way.

    @virginmedia I think my wife would like someone high up to call her. As she is inconsolable at the moment. She has been passed from pillar to post on the phone for the past 90 mins and is still on the phone. My wife has some major health issues and no one seems to want to help.

    @virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

    @virginmedia not long after that because I immediately received a high bill but was told it takes 30 days to set up, so I accepted that. I've messaged & emailed about all this before & gave up because of poor or non-response. It's frustrating. I'm very busy and don't have time to keep chasing

    @virginmedia I called the mobile team at the start of the year to put a £5 cap on my mobile contract which my daughter uses but have now received a bill for £29 and discovered the cap was never put on. CS on the phone insisted I've never called about this but I know for a fact I did....

    @virginmedia It's not some 😂🙈 it's everyone mate noticed my Google pixel just went to H+ from 4G so appears you've switched everyone to 3G while fixing the issue. #virginmobile

    @virginmedia I’ve had 2 issues in last 2 weeks in Europe and away again tomorrow. You tell me all working yet it doesn’t. We reset everything and you had to escalate issue. Within 24 hours it started to work in Greece. No service in guernsey which means it’s not going to work tomrorow Spain

    @virginmedia is a case of complete incompetence by your engineers. Complaint reference is COM103375838. Have had no contact. What you can do is find out why a manager authorised a live cable being cut and get the engineers back to reinstate my service.

    @Smudger14463834 @virginmedia It is. These companies need to do better to look after their existing companies. I.e. When new hardware comes out, I never know about it and if I do want to upgrade, it costs me.

    **** you @virginmedia no WiFi for 7 hours!! Everything in here runs on WiFi absolutely knackered the whole day for everyone.. All appointments including Gp cancelled shocking!!! Sort it plz it's unacceptable

    @virginmedia Yeah i did that, i dont mind being in a queue- i know you're busy, but i do mind being directed to a handler and then hear them in the background putting me on hold so they can finish what they are doing or skive off for 20 minutes or until i get tired of waiting and hang up

    @virginmedia I don't know who Sharon is, but I haven't tried as the network team & 4 engineers have been unable to find the problem. I've had new ONU and I've had 4 hubs. Nothing. The last engineer was joking about the 10Gb trial around here which has apparently 'ruined the network'.

    @virginmedia can someone please sort my WiFi out for the 5th time. Everything is apparently ‘fine’. I’m getting bad speeds, I’m on the 200mbps package. Yes I’ve done a pinhole reset about 5 times. Yes I’ve run a test and nothing comes up. Every 10 minutes the WiFi just cuts out!!
