@Kimothy_roll @virginmedia @Ofcom It’s just really poor customer relations. To not respond to a complaint. Only interested in taking your money, once they have that they no longer care.

@virginmedia So why do you just feel that this next appointment is going to be a waste of time because I already know what the issue is and he’s I’m gonna have to rebook another appointment for someone else to come out and sort the issue out

@virginmedia The link you sent me only covers complaints about your services not account payable or refunds. I feel someone needs training. Awful service, I am going to this in the hands of a debt collection agency.

@virginmedia No. This whole conversation is about VM saying they will contact me to discuss my complaint and VM thinking it’s ok not to call and the complaint will just fizzle out. Do you have an email address I can write to please?

@virginmedia It's not faulty. It's not a wifi or broadband issue. You don't have enough backhaul capacity.

@virginmedia once again on demand not working. How are you supposed to watch a sky movies film when it stops every 10 seconds to spin a wheel for 10 seconds. Service checker says its fine and the box has been rebooted.

@virginmedia They lied and told me that they had called the house phone. They hadn’t. They updated my contact number to my mobile. I chased this 4 days later and was told my number had been updated and the complaint was still open and I will receive a call. Guess what?

@virginmedia I had a call today from a man pretending to be from & trying to sell VM service. He got increasingly rude & aggressive when I said not interested. I'm sure he wasn't from Virgin Media but if you'd like the number he called from I will happily send it to you.

@virginmedia Still waiting on a call from 26th April. Spoke to customer services several times. No success. Really annoying that it’s so difficult for somebody to pick the phone up and talk. Perhaps VM know that they are in the wrong. @Ofcom thoughts? Always collect payments in time eh, Dean

@virginmedia Sorry but it’s Wednesday - not a weekend or a bank holiday yet! With the catalogue of issues I’ve had with your company I think it’s pretty appalling and next time my contract ends I won’t be fooled into renewing by empty promises

In further news, another friend informs me that she lost her @virginmedia TV last night and phoned up to be told by a Lady: "you've got two minutes as we're closing", she was then cut off. #VirginMedia, giving a whole new meaning to 'Customer Service'...

@virginmedia Badly. No resolution has been reached. Fortunately I was in the cooling off period. I verbally agreed to £92 and I've been charged £170.23. Nobody is taking any action to rectify that. I'll be taking the matter further with ofcom and trading standards.

@virginmedia at a time when everyone is feeling the pinch financially,& as probably THE most expensive provider, for the sake of your business & employees I'd rethink your stance on new v existing customer deals & that a lost customer will never be considered a new one #Arrogance
