Asked for my complaint to be raised to a senior manager to discuss the upgrade process and wording, but was just offered a deadlock letter within 15 days! Not your procedure in your complaints code of practice..

So I’m extremely disappointed in how I’m being treated, I may have no option to cancel the lot.

Finally got through and was told nothing wrong with connection must be my devices, and can we charge you to fix them!!
