    @virginmedia After more than FOUR HOURS on the phone I eventually got someone competent from billing to confirm I am eligible for one free booster and someone else to talk me through fixing the security issue. You seriously need to prioritise vulnerable customers!

    @AksTailor @virginmedia When I had some issues like that I haggled a month or two of free Internet from Virgin until the issue was resolved. Convincing them to do that took an infuriating number of phone calls but it was a satisfactory outcome, I've stuck with them.

    @virginmedia are absolutely useless. Have over 100 properties with Virgin Media Broadband, and you’d think they’d attempt to fix issues and keep our future custom. Safe to say we’re looking for another supplier if there are any recommendations...

    @virginmedia I don’t needs ins & outs of details - I need an updated fix date & time as this is beyond ridiculous now and I’ll be looking at changing provider in a few days due to this, all previous agents I’ve spoken to via Twitter have been able to give me an ETA and that’s all I’m after.

    @virginmedia We have been told the wiring can be done over the next day or so but the box cannot be connected till 8/2/23. I am a safeguarding Midwife who works from home and need to be able to get access to zoom and teams for meetings - it is a big issue! 🤬

    @virginmedia These results are wifi as they are saved in a log on my phone, but results have been similar when checked over Ethernet at similar times with a cat 6 cable. I've checked the service plans etc and this has been going on for over a month now

    @virginmedia The location of the box in the original post I retweeted hasn’t changed so if you check on what 3 words it will link to the precise location. Sorry, but the service status checker rarely aligns to my actual service. No idea why, but it never does.
