  @matt_hanson70 @virginmedia Intermittent for 2.5 days, Sunday always v poor the worst is 0.4mbs with a 250mbs supply. VM's script always saying reboot etc.. Funny though following reporting an issue a week ago I suddenly recorded 256mbs for an hour then it slowly drops to normal! First ever hitting supply.

  @virginmedia Yes, the fault dates back from the 25th August and hopefully a fix will be made tomorrow, if not an engineer is booked for next week. When I finally got through the team were very helpful

  @virginmedia Read things accurately I never said that I do. I would not be mad enough to think I can run a Game and Stream a Picture in 4K using wifi... I don't use wifi in the house at all, TVs and PC are wired, only my Mobile connects to wifi but only to save Data when at Home.

  @virginmedia we got a new upgraded hub. The only WIFI name is showing for new devices which have never connected to the WiFi before and when using new password it says it’s wrong and unable to connect? No extenders from old device or anything. Help please!

  @virginmedia I have just spent over 1hr20mins on the phone trying to sort out my mothers virgin account she has dementia person I finally spoke to (after 3 other depts) put me on hold & we got cut off. He hasn’t bothered to call me back despite having my number! Dreadful service!
