@virginmedia not pleased at all with your service. Despite three confirmation calls from you to me confirm what we needed, you have still not handled our house move correctly

@virginmedia No broadband service, apparently. Status checker says everything is fine, but I'm not convinced. Could I DM my postcode please.

@virginmedia Repeatedly over several years. Get the same response each time. Nothing changes long term. I see from checks online that other people have the same issues so I’m now planning on leaving.

@virginmedia Shocking bad. We booked our old address to run until the 7th March and paid for a new account to start today at the house we are moving into so my disabled wife was not without internet.

And once again we are unable to use our @virginmedia wifi. When I called customer services today they took nearly 10min to answer, asked the same basic questions repeatedly and then cut me off without even starting to resolve anything! Bloody useless. Issues since May 2018.

@kgardner081 @virginmedia We'll see how we get on - everything works fine but can't connect the wireless printer & apparently (according to problems others have had) something to do with 2 wireless frequencies working off same IP code confusing the connection! Need renaming or something. Beyond me to do!

@kgardner081 @virginmedia In fairness, they've now been in touch, can't fix it remotely so are sending an engineer on Thursday to sort it out. So I'm grateful for that & 2 days to wait isn't bad.

@virginmedia for second week running have purchased a film from the media store, tells me it’s ready to watch and it won’t play keep getting errors and wants me to login, enter details and still doesn’t work! This service is so poor

@virginmedia You disabled our old address so I am now having to move my wife’s business computer and records at 10pm at night to the new address so she can work tomorrow. Your customer service agents haven’t got my name right once and you have mucked up provision of equipment at the new place

@MingSwift The TV service is great but if we can’t rely on our WiFi in a connected home, it’s not worth it. Have made a complaint. If they don’t offer an upgraded hub (which they’ve not before) and compensation/reduced bill (gone up by £14 since Sept), we’ll be gone. @virginmedia

@virginmedia Still waiting! It's now after 4! You changed our old hub that worked fine - at your insistence - didn't properly set it up - my wife needs printer for work & uni course - now been trying to get you to sort it since Thursday & you don't honour your promises to do so! Poor service!

@virginmedia You arranged for an engineer to resolve this problem - he's been today & hasn't fixed it - he says not Virgin's job to sort printer problems! The printer worked fine till Virgin messed it up changing hub - you have a duty to fix it since it's of your making! Sort it please!

@vinesh_vaghela @virginmedia Looks like it’s down in many areas. No broadband and no tv. This is the second time in 3 nights it’s happened. It’s not even down for a short time either. It’s been an hour so far.

@virginmedia It says “Something's gone wrong. There seems to be a problem signing into your account.” I had used the app a few hours before I first got this message and then it’s been this ever since. I haven’t tried the web version I didn’t know there was one, I shall try this now, thank you
-
CCNoel

@virginmedia Yes, it says "looks like there are issues in RM1 ... which might affect you". But the service has been like this for a few days! (Is there an estimated time for fix?)

@virginmedia Extremely disappointed with the service being provided. Was hoping it would all be in by Christmas 2022.

@virginmedia I had 4 people tell me there wasn't a problem and then the 5th admitted there was. That's not good enough. Tomorrow will no doubt be the same nonsense all over again.
-
Justine Punjwani

@virginmedia I have raised multiple complaints yet nothing is done so what’s the point? Is there an actual person that can do something to help is your intention to fob me off from one dept to another?
-
John Morgan 💙
(@JohnMor97232403) reported
@virginmedia They couldn’t explain why this was delayed yet again. However, being lied to appears a constant with your customer services team. And excuses changing by the minute when challenged.

@virginmedia Yes. What I don't understand is everything was working until 4pm and then the blue light started flashing and now I don't have Internet. Hugely frustrating as I have presentations this week which cannot be done using 4/5G connections. Can someone from the tech team help?
-
Vinesh Vaghela
(@vinesh_vaghela) reported
@virginmedia I'm having issues with my broadband unexpectedly. I have a flashing blue light on the Hub 5 router and have been told customer services cannot book an engineer till 30th Dec. That's unacceptable and a huge inconvenience before Christmas. Poor service.
-
Vinesh Vaghela
(@vinesh_vaghela) reported
@virginmedia In a world of technology and fast pace, having an engineer callout 2 weeks from issue, is not good enough. Maybe there should be more engineers given the busy period
