I still haven’t cancelled and you ask me to pay early cancellation fees after raising the prices. If not talking about the current contract I stayed a customer for almost 4 years even with the abuse I got.

Do not use them if you can't see into the future and know for sure that you will never move. Insane!

Advised the Plume mesh might fix it and we can receive FOC but been out of stock all year it seems. Any idea when they might be back in stock to try and fix our issues please?

I spent 30 min on the phone to be cut off mid call, and in the next call the person I was talking to vanished after 30 min. You hike up the prices every year and there seems to be no way for me to change deals or cancel.
