    @PatchworkBoyPW @virginmedia They wont have a clue. I had issues for about 6 months and I was constantly trying to sort it out. Engineers are great but the "customer service" team are based in India and have no customer service skills 🤙

    I’ve now had two messages from @virginmedia threatening to Charge us for equipment WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY RETURNED! There is no way to respond to the message and I don’t like being threatened! You customer service is getting worse!

    @virginmedia We were offered this and two boxes etc for £89...NINE DAYS AGO and then no one wanted to speak to us!!! Terrible service to a loyal Virgin customer of 8 years...robbery😠

    @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Virgin Media is the worst broadband and TV provider i have ever dealt with! Customer service is petulant and intentionally left me on hold until after closing hours the company over charged me by £30 and refused to give it back! I am disgusted

    @virginmedia internet down again, youd think I'd be used to this by now 🤣 always an excuse and never get anything back for the lack of usage. I'm barely in the house using it so dread to think how many times it goes down when I'm not in potentially using it 🤙

    @virginmedia Yes and all it did was tell me that our kitchen is a WiFi dead zone... The main issue is that we have loads of devices and I think we are overloading our hub’s capabilities.

    @virginmedia Shocking customer service signed up a few weeks ago for fibre given an installation date called the day before to ask me when I would like to book the install then telling me they have a problem on the site and will get in touch in 7 days.

    @pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

    @SimeonHockley @virginmedia Looks like I’m in for an interesting 18 months to say the least. My boy said he can’t wait for his contract to be over so he can leave. Wish he told me while I was able to revert back to my old provider. It’s been nothing but problems since I joined

    @virginmedia To fix a fault with the Hardware or Software. Can you provide and email perhaps or a menu sequence to speak with a Human. As I said, I called the number and got redirected to the website, and it hung up. There was no ‘speak to an advisor’ type of option.

    @virginmedia It’s resolved by your standard, not by mine I’m afraid. I don’t expect to have so many issues in my cooling off period, and not have an adequate solution to the issue I’m facing of potentially having a nightmare with yourselves for 18 months

    @LauraEmilyBush @virginmedia @VMSolutions_ The 5Ghz band on your router may have been disabled, like mine was after their supposed wi-fi "upgrade". Log into your router, go to advanced settings, then wireless signal. Both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands should be enabled.
