    @virginmedia such bad service from day one, nothing but problems and frustrations, an active complaint now been running for all of 2021 and so far I’ve received no contact, I have called in at least 6 times each time I get promised it will be sorted but still waiting? Shocking!!

    @virginmedia Morning! So I checked the app for status and was fine, but on the website it said known issue all services. So I subscribed to the SMS alerts and it was "back" at 22:03. Hopefully it stays that way!

    In addition to the cost of a new home that I have to furnish fully top to bottom, @virginmedia is trying to charge me £240 exit fee when THEY don't supply the new address. This is seriously getting me down. I can't even afford necessities.

    @shannonkeatingx @virginmedia Guessing you tweeted them after there closing hours. Ring them up make an official complaint this is an error that many fall short off. Plus you have the option of switching. @richardbranson name dragged through mud with these telecoms business

    @virginmedia is trying to charge me an exit fee of £240 because I am changing address. I would continue with their service, except THEY don't supply the new address. How is this OK? How is such a large company getting away with such a brazen scam. Wow!

    @coopersalty I strongly suggest you invest in Sky or Virgin media then. Having an old TV with only 5 channels is the problem here!!

    @virginmedia Yes, everyone is sorry and everyone understands but no one wants to help. I still haven’t cancelled and you ask me to pay early cancellation fees after raising the prices. If not talking about the current contract I stayed a customer for almost 4 years even with the abuse I got.

    @ThatLyndsey @priddy @virginmedia We sent it as advised as a tracked delivery with proof of postage. That's why it's £11. And they're charging £10 admin fee to disconnect our phone line. Absolutely shambolic service. #utilitywarehouse

    @virginmedia seems to supply only just above half of the country, but if you change address to an area they don't supply YOU have to pay £240 exit fee. Do not use them if you can't see into the future and know for sure that you will never move. Insane!

    @virginmedia hi, since we’ve upgraded to 1gb and hub 4 we’ve had problems connecting @Tesla M3 to WiFi. Advised the Plume mesh might fix it and we can receive FOC but been out of stock all year it seems. Any idea when they might be back in stock to try and fix our issues please?

    @virginmedia Thank you for trying…..I have checked and yes there is still an ongoing problem. Might I suggest that you concentrate on your existing customers instead of chasing new ones. In 2010(ish) Virgin had a problem with too many people using their services in SW5.

    @virginmedia Yes, all has been provided, several times. Called yesterday and spoke to Tom from tier 2 retentions, who had system issues and was going to call within an hour. Over 24hour later, still waiting..

    @virginmedia Engineer came this morning and replaced the router. Was working ok for a while now it keeps dropping out again. Test says there are intermittent connection issues in my area so I’m not even sure there was ever anything wrong with my router. Two days now, this is not acceptable!

    @virginmedia I’ve checked al the handsets and done all the tests that the Virgin Media website makes you do. I then spent an hour hanging on and finally speaking to a customer service person who told me they had tested the line and we needed to connect the phone to our broadband and 1/2

    @virginmedia No official complaint raised but I did ask to speak to a manager to complain but never got put through in the end, just kept getting passed around... I would like to complain and seek compensation also. I've followed if you want to DM me for more details.
