  @virginmedia Yes, the fault dates back from the 25th August and hopefully a fix will be made tomorrow, if not an engineer is booked for next week. When I finally got through the team were very helpful

  @virginmedia Yes: no WiFi. It went off in the middle on the thunderstorm Wednesday night/early Thursday morning & has not reconnected. Online it’s saying a hub connection issue, but I know it went off with the storm…

When I told them I wouldn't be paying it because I switched to another provider X number of months ago, they said "oh yes, we knew that". ******* useless company
