    @virginmedia your customer service is awful. Emma was damn right rude on the phone and cut me off on purpose. I suggest is retrained on customer service skills as she has none. There is no need to be patronising to a customer.

    @virginmedia Same as it been all day kept on hold then after 25 mins you get cut off it would so less stressful if someone from Virgin media would just answer and try deal with the issue as much as you want there s more to life than holding on to a telephone to Virgin media when no one answer
