@virginmedia Parents experiencing continual issues with their Virgin services... have tried contacting Virgin for over month and continually on hold. Now on hold again and this issue needs to be resolved. Elderly parents and no mobile. Any help as this is disgusting service!!

No sound on my TV for 4 days, tried all the usual re boots and resets, countless calls to virgin on hold for over an hr only to be cut off, am now waiting for a callback off them that probably won’t come, disgraceful service,can anyone help @virginmedia

@virginmedia It does. The internet will randomly cut out then come back on 2/3 minutes later. I’ve factor reset it via the router setting and a manual factory reset with no luck.

@virginmedia I have signed up to new deal over 3 weeks again which includes upgrading of V6 box which will not work! Phoning help and support and using virgin media app is no help whatsoever ever error message MA1/4/40 is all I get, can anyone advise on this
