    @virginmedia My broadband is awful, it’s slow and often doesn’t load websites at all, even my second box often has signal issues and the strength of the internet upstairs is awful. I’m ready to leave and go back to sky.

    @virginmedia Yes, service status says it’s fine. It isn’t. Your support team said they can see a fault but to leave it 72 hours. In the meantime they have booked an engineer for seven days time. So basically pay loads for a service that may or may not be working.
