    @virginmedia Yes,rebooted hub plenty of times. Lights flashing randomly. Registered for text service for service issues and just received one saying useage outing registered and est repair time now 26/09/19.another 2 days of problems. This affects my work at home. Need to cancel and go to Sky

    @virginmedia Broken again this morning after being ok eventually yesterday - managed to get through on the phones as it's still early - they are now checking and its been escalated and an engineer booked for Monday - progress of sorts!

    @virginmedia I’ve called that number 4 times, passed to a different department on each call only for the second department to tell me I need to speak a 3rd department. I have informed them the same as above - I will just allow you to install and then cancel in my cooling off period. Cool.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp We upgraded our package and were told a new sim would be with us in 3 days then we may lose service for 10 minutes. However we have been without phone service for 2 days now 😔
