@virginmedia I did, and told them everything what's been happening they goes we will sort out and I still getting emails from virgin I don't know why and problem is still there and bill getting delayed which I been told them about that and its keep happening since January

Seems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.

@virginmedia There's nothing wrong with the service. VM picked up noise on the line. They came to the house and found a damaged cable. They said they would replace it. No pre pull from exchange needed. Frustrated that I changed my shift to be here but no one showed up or let me know.
