    So @virginmedia @virginhelp I have spoken to the webchat who told me to call the helpdesk. Helpdesk have told me to write a letter. WILL ANYONE HELP ME!??? I will write to Rachel Barrass but not going to really help when the debt collectors arrive.

    It came back on for about 15 minutes, then went LOLZ jk c ya. I really love this service, we're definitely going to stay with Virgin Media when the contract is up. LOLZ jk c ya.

    @virginmedia seems to bollock about with their broadband at 1am on a Wednesday without fail right as #NXT #wwenxt is coming on. Seems to happen near enough every week.

    Call number 25 with @virginmedia after the service desk hung up on my after I waited 30 mins to connect and then when I did get through put my on hold and then hung up 😭😬😬 on your call number 26

    @virginmedia Ok I did that a optimised then signal. So I will give that a go for now and hopefully it won’t kick me out again. I though it was the online meeting platform but it happened across multiple sites (teams, Skype etc...)

    @virginmedia awful service yet again, no connection since Friday due to poor installation. Complaints department phoned 3 times and not dealt with. Cut off by technical support 3 times. Shocking!

    @CliffHague @virginmedia If you have not already ring to disconnect then tell retentions you need 2nd line support. They should be in Scotland or North East and really know their stuff I have Virgin but use gmail as a preferred option Good Luck!

    First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

    So #VirginMedia I report a fault this morning, you say repaired by 6pm. 7pm I called as still not working despite txt/email says fixed. 50 mins of listening to music then, "the other person has cleared" Really don't like being lied to. Not good enough, valued customer, my arse!

    You literally can't make this up. Working from home today and @virginmedia goes down again. Jinxed, every time I have important work to do from home the net drops. I would phone customer service but I know from past enquires they are completely useless.

    Not only that, when speaking to a manager he has proceeded to cut me off and hang up after a 50 minute phone call. What kind of **** show are you running over there ? This is disgusting customer service! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia It’s been down since 3pm yesterday. Updates have changed from “we know what the issue is and our engineers are fixing it”, to “we know what the issue is and our engineers are on the way”. Clearly the updates aren’t good enough. Please provide me the cancellation phone no.

    Scammers must think we’re mugs. Just had a call from supposedly @virginmedia (0238271376) about my internet problems over last few weeks. Had lovely holidays with Virgin but NEVER internet. Hang up very quickly when told them this. To make it worse as Sat still in bed at 8:20!

    @virginmedia Our internet is often slow and stops working for periods of half an hour plus at least once a week, TV on demand takes ages to load and we seem to be paying a lot of money for not much more than we would get with free digital TV.

    @cpfc_wilko @virginmedia It's the Virgin Routers. Put it in Modem Mode and connect an Archer C7 router. I get full 200mb signal all over my house with no dropouts. Virgin have expensive packages with inferior equipment. Even the latest router.
