@virginmedia Yes. It's the actual box. Sounds like the hard disk. Checks have been run your end. Am now waiting on mobile. On hold for 52 minutes so far, having been cut off 3 times in attempt to get that far. The music is terrible and I'm going slightly insane. Not my ideal Fri night!
