    @virginmedia Okay, we'll try again tomorrow. I'm sure you're aware I've lodged a complaint already as very unhappy with the level of service from your agents. I needed this sorting over a week ago and now Virgin have taken another £129 for another month🙄

    @pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

    I’ve now had two messages from @virginmedia threatening to Charge us for equipment WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY RETURNED! There is no way to respond to the message and I don’t like being threatened! You customer service is getting worse!

    @PatchworkBoyPW @virginmedia They wont have a clue. I had issues for about 6 months and I was constantly trying to sort it out. Engineers are great but the "customer service" team are based in India and have no customer service skills 🤙

    @virginmedia Yes and all it did was tell me that our kitchen is a WiFi dead zone... The main issue is that we have loads of devices and I think we are overloading our hub’s capabilities.

    @virginmedia I have 2 boxes who can’t talk to each other so you can only watch in the room you recorded on. Altogether a bit of a mess and I’m beginning to wish I hadn’t renewed but I have a husband whose suffering issues, physical and mental illness, who needs things to work as they should.

    @virginmedia third day in a row wifi has gone down at the exact same time. yesterday the online status said there’s an issue in the area, today the website won’t even load the test results. why’s this ‘issue’ non existent until a certain time every day? time to move to BT

    @virginmedia Aris 3. M100 package. The old Aris 3 was replaced in my previous house due to poor performance with the 4 and I was promised I would be able to keep my Aris 4 as a good will gesture.
