    @virginmedia So just logged into hub to setup BQM as requested and log is network log is full of 'SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync' and 'RCS Partial Service;' errors that correlate with timings of outages this afternoon/eve. Surely related?!

    today an engineer from @virginmedia came to sort our internet problems. He left us with no internet at all. Apparently has deleted all our devices and left us with an unregistered one. Between us we have spent 5 hours waiting to talk to someone on the phone. No further forward
