    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @virginmedia Sadly no. we admitted defeat, we were on hold for 1hr 50 mins. Got through the next day, the equipment sent does not work properly now have been advised to call after the new year to chase it again. We are paying for a service we aren’t receiving this is really disappointing

    @virginmedia Didn’t get a response then told another dept would contact. All we want is the service we are paying for. We need a new v6 box the replacement sent doesn’t work properly(set top box) we cannot use catch up and the picture is intermittently pixilated.

    @virginmedia Thanks for screwing up our new contract that was agreed weeks ago. As a result of all your errors and incompetence, we've lost our entire TV service on Christmas. Have 2 very upset children. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
