    @virginmedia Yes and all it did was tell me that our kitchen is a WiFi dead zone... The main issue is that we have loads of devices and I think we are overloading our hub’s capabilities.

    @virginmedia Shocking customer service signed up a few weeks ago for fibre given an installation date called the day before to ask me when I would like to book the install then telling me they have a problem on the site and will get in touch in 7 days.

    @pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

    @PatchworkBoyPW @virginmedia They wont have a clue. I had issues for about 6 months and I was constantly trying to sort it out. Engineers are great but the "customer service" team are based in India and have no customer service skills 🤙

    @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Virgin Media is the worst broadband and TV provider i have ever dealt with! Customer service is petulant and intentionally left me on hold until after closing hours the company over charged me by £30 and refused to give it back! I am disgusted

    @virginmedia Still not good enough ever since Iv been sent the new hub it’s been poor the WiFi doesn’t reach the doesnt reach the one bedroom my daughter keeps getting cut off an my Xbox through a cable doesn’t hold it’s connection speed

    @virginmedia your APPALLING customer service is a joke. You can spin for this months payment until I get somekind of assistance. Waited for over an hour to just get cut off. Thats 4 times now, and its always 1hr 3 mins, everytime! #cancelling #leaving
