@virginmedia I’ve literally just told you, there’s nothing other than ‘we know there’s a problem’. This is nearly a day now without broadband phone or TV. If it’s not fixed by 10AM as promised I’ll be logging a complaint and will be pursuing compensation, it’s completely unacceptable.

@virginmedia Day 7 and we’ve still got connection issues! Broadband keeps flipping on and off, no consistency … this has become a really big problem in our household. Perhaps our router is faulty - we were sent a Hub 3 model, so perhaps a replacement or Hub 4 model would solve the issue?
