@virginmedia The TV goes all distorted I’ve done webchats phone calls the lot nothing has been resolved was told it was a problem in the area , neighbours have had no issues happened still have issues now but not as often but it’s a bit annoying esp when I’ve not had any money off

@virginmedia business installation, been given 6 dates since 17th January. 4 no show or wrong booked, 2 attendance but not equipped to extend installation from 1sf floor to 2nd. even billed for a service which is not even installed yet. Nightmare #virginmedia #broadband

It looks like @virginmedia name servers are not accessible so no DNS records can be resolved. A major outage for their services. Seems to be no comms from them. @BBCNews are you aware? #VirginMediaDown #VirginMedia

@virginmedia He did something and all the emails came through. He said it was a problem lots of account holders have had since this morning. To be honest no one seems to really know. I am also aware of extensive phishing emails with account numbers which is extremely concerning .
