@virginmedia It's not an issues according to the site. It's working on wired connections. I'll be looking for compensation after this. If the costomer tells you there's a problem then take their word they're the ones paying you, why would they spend money other than to get what they pay for.

@AksTailor @virginmedia When I had some issues like that I haggled a month or two of free Internet from Virgin until the issue was resolved. Convincing them to do that took an infuriating number of phone calls but it was a satisfactory outcome, I've stuck with them.

@virginmedia Friday I booked an engineer as the WiFi on our hub keeps dropping. At the same time I upgraded my package. This includes tech help. Since Friday I've had no WiFi. I tried website chat but got dropped I've tried calling but was waiting too long. I'm getting bored!

@virginmedia Yes there's no issue on the checker. The connect app says it's fine except for a few times it's said the connection is poor. But 1mb some nights is ridiculous...

@virginmedia If I'm honest @virginmedia, I've not been impressed with this. Automated systems are in general the curse of customer service and yours is an example of that. A call-back function would be nice. It's sorted now. But the experience has been a terrible one. Not impressed.

@virginmedia No, nothing at all. And I don't even believe in the outage. Usually in such cases - and there have been many others- I get a message on my phone to 'check the connection.' Nothing this time. And you could arrange an engineer bu direct messaging. Shame on you all!
