@virginmedia To be honest this happens too often then often our speeds are not what we pay for. I work from home so costs me business when this happens. Rather then getting me to check things, I just need yo-yo to provide us with a regular consistent service at the speeds we actually pay for

@geordiemanc70 I did that once with @IKEAUSA and waited for 6 hours. And hung up because no one ever answered. Fun fact they purposely do not put their local store numbers forcing everyone to go through their (non-existent) customer service. Good luck with @virginmedia
