@virginmedia Shocking customer service signed up a few weeks ago for fibre given an installation date called the day before to ask me when I would like to book the install then telling me they have a problem on the site and will get in touch in 7 days.

@virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Virgin Media is the worst broadband and TV provider i have ever dealt with! Customer service is petulant and intentionally left me on hold until after closing hours the company over charged me by £30 and refused to give it back! I am disgusted

@pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

@virginmedia I did. I even had several phone calls with your support team before it was official logged as an outage. And then had daily email correspondence with a member of the team updating me on the outage. Yet somehow, i dont qualify. (But no-one can tell me why)
