It's actually tragic how bad @virginmedia broadband has gotten over the last few days. Hope we are refunded for this period of shocking internet coverage. Still think it's the best service but need to sort out current issues.

@virginmedia So just logged into hub to setup BQM as requested and log is network log is full of 'SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync' and 'RCS Partial Service;' errors that correlate with timings of outages this afternoon/eve. Surely related?!
