@virginmedia Checked multiple times but it said there was no issues. Reset the router multiple times but it also did nothing. I know there was maintenance being carried out in my area on Thursday and since then its been extremely unreliable and slow.

@virginmedia the router but they dismissed it as "you're using a switch and have too many devices connecting to the router - it doesn't support more than 4 devices connected via ethernet". fair enough it might cause packet loss.. but can't be the cause of router reboots.

@SkullyRox @MandSBank I had hell with @virginmedia this year, complaint completely ignored, went to CISAS who ruled in my favour and awarded me compensation, now the second part of my complaint is with the Financial Ombudsman, VM put me through hell this year and not even an apology from them!
