  @virginmedia We had issuse with our service, and was told we would need new cables. We the new cables installed. They left cabels hanging in the garden which has since been removed. Our grass is ruined (I have photos) it looks like next doors cable are also under or grass????

  Millions of mobile phone users face data rationing and price hikes after Rachel Reeves excluded telecoms firms from a major energy discount scheme. Chancellor Reeves left VodafoneThree, Virgin Media O2 and EE out of the British Industrial Competitiveness Scheme which gives a 25% cut on electricity bills to thousands of other businesses. Telecoms firms are now facing full 33% energy price rises triggered by the Iran war and are drawing up emergency plans including slowing speeds, restricting data during peak times and charging premiums for heavy usage. One network warned up to 9,000 jobs could be at risk and 5G rollout plans shelved. VodafoneThree said it is “disappointed” and urged the Government to protect the critical digital networks the country depends on. Virgin Media O2 added that if the Government wants growth it cannot overlook the networks Britain relies on.

  @FuzziePieRat @virginmedia Mate, we had exactly the same same thing. Tried to reduce packages down (we were paying £131 a MONTH at the time) and we were assured our package had changed and we were paying SIGNIFICANTLY less. Our bill came through, no change…

  @spudbishop666 @virginmedia I was a VM customer for 30 odd years but ditched them recently because of price and customer service. Last price hike took me package to £235 a month. Now with EE at £86 a month for similar TV and broadband package but no landline phone which we didn't use anyway.

  Lost my blue tick due to a banking error. I absolutely ******* hate virgin bank. Never had these issues when it was Yorkshire bank. Had virgin media payment bounce back for 3 months, octopus energy almost 2 month. Money went out then came back again. I didn't realise at the time.

  @entrustTMF @virginmedia I got a ‘3’5g router that pulls down the 5g signal, it was as fast as my Virgin Media 200+gbps and more reliable. £25/month. If you’ve no 5g coverage starlink is offering £35 a month.

  @virginmedia hi there last few days my Internet has cut off between 3 to 7 when its been really warm this has happened before and yous have let me leave free of charge as it was never sorted out now its happening again been since Dec but was ok intill the good weather.
