It sees my address from the postcode & gives me the house number and street to choose, then asks me to complete a form for you to contact me to tell me within 10 days if the service is available in my area. It used to be instant, but no-one ever did contact me.

Also have an outstanding contract issue since March 23rd. Promised call back by managers but never comes. Avoid them!!
