@virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

@virginmedia Sorry my tweet mentioned I contacted customer service via text. Asked for my complaint to be raised to a senior manager to discuss the upgrade process and wording, but was just offered a deadlock letter within 15 days! Not your procedure in your complaints code of practice..

@virginmedia I have just switched my parents over to you for broadband along with their 2 mobiles and I have a pending broadband order to be installed next week for my new house. So I’m extremely disappointed in how I’m being treated, I may have no option to cancel the lot.

Classic Virgin Media experience this week. Organising the internet to move to new house, asked if we could switch at midnight between Friday and Saturday so we had internet for work on Friday. Reassured it was fine. Woke up this morning and internet cut out midnight last night.

@virginmedia They advised that your CEO was not allowing this work to take place although all other engineers from other organisations are carrying out work. Our alternative maybe to switch to Sky as a new customer but as longstanding loyal customer we would prefer to stay with Virgin Media
