@virginmedia Ok I did that a optimised then signal. So I will give that a go for now and hopefully it won’t kick me out again. I though it was the online meeting platform but it happened across multiple sites (teams, Skype etc...)

@CliffHague @virginmedia If you have not already ring to disconnect then tell retentions you need 2nd line support. They should be in Scotland or North East and really know their stuff I have Virgin but use gmail as a preferred option Good Luck!

You literally can't make this up. Working from home today and @virginmedia goes down again. Jinxed, every time I have important work to do from home the net drops. I would phone customer service but I know from past enquires they are completely useless.

@VirginMediaIE Hi Brian, another issue, when I add my payment details on IE and click pay I get redirected to a virgin media page saying Service Unavailable, although it would appear the payment went through. I normally should be redirected to a Thank You page with a transaction ID.
