    @virginmedia Yes, I did this and it hasn’t reset, the wifi name is coming up the same as well as the guest network I set up, and I can’t access the website for the hub either, it won’t load at all! Ran a test and it says theres a problem and that you’re working on it but not what or how long

    @virginmedia After more than FOUR HOURS on the phone I eventually got someone competent from billing to confirm I am eligible for one free booster and someone else to talk me through fixing the security issue. You seriously need to prioritise vulnerable customers!

    @virginmedia Network security warnings, poor speed (even on direct cabled link to router), and we need a wifi booster which with the broadband, phone and tv package I believe is included. Still on hold after two hours! Wasted yesterday waiting for a response on so-called ‘live chat’!

    @virginmedia Doesn’t work says account question is wrong so can’t change password and can’t access account think it’s hacked 1 hr waiting on phone your service is poor

    @virginmedia hello. Since I signed up in may I have never been able to log into my account. I never received the welcome email etc so don’t know my account or customer number. I have tried calling and they said they resent the email but nothing. What can I do?

    @virginmedia it's the same old excuses. Told it would improve but still the same old inconsistent service I've received during the whole of the summer. Can never get through to anyone, complete waste of time today. Shocking customer service!

    Well after 2 months of broken internet, it was fixed for almost 2 weeks now it's gone again. Fix date is 16th Nov and yet they still charge full price... @virginmedia

    @virginmedia are absolutely useless. Have over 100 properties with Virgin Media Broadband, and you’d think they’d attempt to fix issues and keep our future custom. Safe to say we’re looking for another supplier if there are any recommendations...

    @virginmedia Every time I see these adverts I just laugh, but the sad thing is it isn’t funny paying for a service that constantly disconnects, stutters or is generally inconsistent. Your latest ad slogan ‘stay connected’ is a joke, and your email security is archaic, it’s equally laughable.

    @virginmedia First thing I did, and I run them regularly. Only 53.46 Mbps download and just 9.99 upload on a supposedly 100Mbps service! On a wifi laptop right next to the router it’s just 23.43 and 10.08

    @virginmedia we had to log a complaint earlier as we’ve been without wifi for over a week, keep being promised technicians will come out and they never do. We were told someone would call by 5 today, they haven’t. Who can I actually talk to about this?

    Got a call from a pushy @virginmedia sales rep who led me on about a free speed upgrade to my broadband, before quietly mentioning it will be more money. I barely get the speeds I'm meant to, and constant service interruptions 4 - 5 times a day.

    @virginmedia I have just received a new contract from Virgin Media for 18 months and I never asked for it. All broadband, tv and phone are no longer working. Confused and cannot get through to customer services - trying 45 mins!!! Anyone experienced this. Thanks

    @virginmedia our install date was today. Technician came and installed box / router, but says a cable needs to be ran to the house and left. No idea when this is going to be sorted and our app implies our service is up and running. How can we get confirmation of a new technician?

    @virginmedia Not any more, someone came out to ‘fix’ our wifi on Monday, found an issue with the cable outside. We have been told someone will come back every day this week and no one has. They fixed the cable we are just waiting for someone to come and connect to the house again.

    So I sure as hell am not paying MORE for the shoddy service @virginmedia already provides me. I've been a customer for over 5 years and my complaints are constantly ignored. Maybe it's time to move. Hell, Sky has much better prices. All cheaper than my current package.

    @virginmedia No, all devices connect then disconnect straight away. The engineer that came said there was a loose wire in the box across the road and fixed it but still having issues! This has gone on for over 2 weeks! We have to use phone data and our landline doesn’t work
