  Day EIGHT of my complete broadband outage with @virginmedia 😡 However there IS hope. Today an engineer from them is supposed to be arriving-so trying to be positive What a complete nightmare of an experience this has been, so I'm REALLY hoping this will be the turning point🤞

  @virginmedia Where on your site do you list prices for existing customers once I’ve signed in,that link doesn’t take me to it. I just get view your offers and that says chat to us. 29 years a customer and I’m expected to 60% more for the same. Prices for new customers are clearly listed
