    @MingSwift The TV service is great but if we can’t rely on our WiFi in a connected home, it’s not worth it. Have made a complaint. If they don’t offer an upgraded hub (which they’ve not before) and compensation/reduced bill (gone up by £14 since Sept), we’ll be gone. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia been hounded with call for 2 weeks finally answer to be offered disgusting customer service and when I ask about the offer on the Martin Lewis website told can’t have it please call me or I will be leaving and going to sky

    @CapnKink @virginmedia They don’t even respond when you complain. I haven’t got the patience to keep phoning to get a temporary fix. Just gotta decide which service to switch to and they’re gone.

    @squelchuk @MingSwift @virginmedia We have a good box. That took long enough to get upgraded. I would try a superhub3… but I want a signal that gets around the house too, as well as reliability!

    @virginmedia No tried again and unable to send an engineer because the fault is not happening .. I did try to explain it's intermittent 😡😡but with the language barrier she couldn't understand .. I will try and cancel my account later because I'm not paying for a service that has issues

    Made a complaint to @virginmedia 10 days ago via their online service with a 7 day anticipated response time and yet have heard nothing since the acknowledgement of my complaint. This basically sums up my experience over the past year of ineffective response to our issues.

    @virginmedia 6 week a ago we lost all service, finally got an appt for yesterday to have cable dug up and reconnected. Engineer rang twice to check contractors had done street work - no. Assured by CS it would be done, it wasn't. Now another 2 weeks! You just don't care!

    And once again we are unable to use our @virginmedia wifi. When I called customer services today they took nearly 10min to answer, asked the same basic questions repeatedly and then cut me off without even starting to resolve anything! Bloody useless. Issues since May 2018.

    @virginmedia What would really help is a separate sales number to call and to speak with an agent straight away with no ‘system’ to navigate and who understands my disability and can help me to sign up if I want to :~}

    @virginmedia Broadband issues since May 2018. Multiple calls to customer service with no permanent fix. Last time I called I was asked the same questions repeatedly then cut off. Want a new hub that works and a bill review as it’s gone from £65 to £79 since Sept 2018!

    I have spoken to customer support @virginmedia but they had no clue as to what the issue could be despite the connection error message asking me to contact my service provider. This used to work seamlessly for me. PS: The issue is not isolated to one specific station or device

    @virginmedia more incredibly awful broadband service and customer service is even worse. and still trying to use Covid as an excuse for your incompetence, we pay for your service and you provide a fraction of it. And then your engineers pass blame to me xD

    @VirginMediaIE Guys it's been days of bad or inexistent connection. I have no internet at all in D7 since yesterday. But still no reply from Virgin Media There are dozens of people reporting issues and still Virgin Media makes no statement on its website or Twitter page.

    @virginmedia Now it's updated and showing a general outage. Luckily I am an Oomph customer and the mobile internet is still working and I'm using it as Hotspot. But still not ideal. Hopefully this gets solved sooner than the 6.50 pm time slot.

    @virginmedia worst company going. over a week with no tv , wifi constantly disconnecting. I am paying over £40 a month for what ?!?! No sound on any of the tv channels.

    @virginmedia really appalled with our experience as a new customer (15years with previous supplier). Mix ups with installation. Overcharged. Waiting in for installers not turning up. Closing of a complaint that was escalated. Chasing. No resolution. Want to leave already!
