Chris Mullan (@ericthecatmk2) reported@Ofcom I had this problem with Virgin Media 4 years ago and told them the reason I'd never go back to them was because how difficult they'd made it for me to leave them. Months of stress
-
Flossie Smith (@LostPigeonPost) reported@virginmedia @Stsantek Virgin has thus customer’s contact details, but as always expects the customer to get in touch with them - which is ALWAYS a waste of hours and hours of the customer’s time. Virgin knows that and everyone else knows that.
-
Symbolism™ (@SymbolismTM) reported@Stsantek @virginmedia all these companies are at it. Mobile phone companies, insurance companies, etc. Customer loyalty used to be rewarded. Now they try to exploit us. Pure greed.
-
faye (@fayfreddie10) reported@virginmedia You're not i get fobbed off all the time. I was talked around into taking out a new contract on the promise that VM would solve the issues or give us the right to leave without charges.. a year in and nothing good has come of it.. even the phone line is unusable.
-
harley ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ (@whisperwoIf) reported@housecatkai @virginmedia i have mixed opinions on them, like they've provided the fastest internet speeds i've had out of other ISPs we've been with (sky, BT and talktalk) but our services always go down at least once a month and it's infuritating 😭😭
-
Steven Porter (@ste_porter) reported@virginmedia I've resigned up for a new 24 month contract on 10th June (contract expiring 5th july). And when I now log in you tell me my contract has expired. Always find your customer services so bad. Please fix - I have my order confirmation and contract details.
-
Blah! Blah! Blah! (@djnikc) reported@ElJaffoGuzman @virginmedia you won't help still waiting for a reply myself
-
Pazuzu (@Craig_Higgins) reportedHey @virginmedia we've recently just renegotiated our internet with yourselves after the price became completely unaffordable but based on the news Ofcom has found you guilty of deliberately mishandling customer calls, was this an unwise move?
-
Shelton (@CBTwizard) reportedGood @Ofcom 28 million fined to the parasites that are Virgin Media. Good. I have been victim to this horrible pass on pass on (6+ hours on the phone) department to department and back to start again, as well as a 2 year new contract without my consent (early termination £500 being chased for, after 2000+ disconnections in a month, email proof, text proof, delayed line fixes) list goes on. Parasites, charging elderly people £70+ for like 100mb Maybe @MartinSLewis applied some well deserved pressure. If I'm not mistaken @dshensmith had issues too.
-
b🍌 (@joonipure) reported@Stsantek @virginmedia Cost me £200 to disconnect! **** virgin media!
