    @virginmedia absolutely disgusted with Virgin media’s service and customer service. Bill jumps up £20 form last month and been on the phone trying to speak to someone about it for 52 minutes now. Roll on July 12th when my contract finishes.

    @virginmedia Chat session indicates there is still a fault, with an estimated fix of the 26th. So basically I can expect very poor broadband for over a week.

    @virginmedia I've already tried calling. The agent wouldn't accept what I was saying and basically called me a liar so I tweeted you & you advised me to file a complaint on the website to which I've received no response at all. I feel my only chance of a result is to take it to CISAS.

    @virginmedia not a happy customer at all. My phoneis not working at all, not turning on. I pay insurance thru virgin. I called them 2day to see if it could be repaired, they said no and Ive gotta pay £80 excess for a replacement. It doesnt state this in my contract.

    @virginmedia Bedroom installation contracted weeks ago for ill person. Didnt happen. Scant, apathetic apology, told new date might now be few weeks. Was held up collection from hosp awaiting techs that never came. We've no clue what's happening when, nor the effort to keep trying for it.

    @virginmedia Yes the whole service is down and I’ve already registered the faults over the phone and I’ve used the app to get text updates. But the resolve time keeps changing and there no description to the fault itself.

    Starting to have all the same Connectivity problems with @virginmedia as before even now we have their “best” hub. Fed up of having connectivity issues with our supposedly connected home. One minute it works, the next it stops for no reason. All settings checked and correct.

    @virginmedia I'm trying to get our bill down paying 134 a mouth is to much got the VIP package the first caller said could get it down to 99 then said no because we can't get 500 mb in our area got cut off now been on phone another 50 mins

    @virginmedia After an hour in a chat session, which involved factory reset of hub, the problem persists. Agent then goes and checks to advise a fault in my area - estimated fix this evening. Wondering if I am now back into the old fortnightly failure cycle..

    Hey @virginmedia I'm desperate to throw money at you for broadband yet every time I try to, it takes weeks of delayed and cancelled appointments, tens of lengthy calls to support, and no effort to improve the situation from your side. Where is the customer first approach?

    @virginmedia Thanks for not making the call, please can you confirm I can cancel my contract? I’m currently sat watching a buffering screen- absolutely awful service, I’ll contact ombudsman tomorrow…. It will go like “hello, I was told and promised….. worse provider ever

    @virginmedia Hi. Our services (broadband/phone) have been intermittent since Friday and mostly off for most of today. The service status checker gives a 404 error. Can’t call as the phone is not working. Please can you check for issues in my area PE19 and reply. Thanks
