@virginmedia signed up for your new broadband and still waiting for the stuff to arrive. Apparently parcel is still at @YodelOnline main hub. This is the SECOND day I've cancelled things and waited for it to arrive as yet to no avail. WTF is going on!?! 🤬

@virginmedia I’m currently on hold. My mum is in her 70’s and waited in for an engineer only for them to send a text 10mins before to say you were coming in the 26th. The original appointment was the 21st and her TV service has been down for well over a week.

@virginmedia That's for getting back, yes I have run a virus and malware scan and cleared all malware from a recently purchased Windows laptop. The issue now seems to be with companies blocking my IP address
