    @virginmedia Held on for 45 mins on Friday and today. Was told there were "communication issues" on Friday and the guy I was speaking to said he'd call me back straightaway on my landline. He didn't. I tried again today to be told they couldn't access the system and that I should call again.

    @virginmedia Is there an email address I can use instead? I can just tell them the address and send the photos and explain the problem. They turn up whenever and fix it (its on the street, so no one needs to be home) I’ve taped up the lower parts, but up higher it is hanging over a shop sign.

    Virgin media sim card is free and it's not worth it. It's really bad. Hardly ever get a signal when out when u do it's about 5mb

    @virginmedia Yes I did, I lost connection to the chat, was unable to reconnect to it again and so spoke to your call centre again. Please provide me the complaints details. I was told by them that I was unable to make a complaint. If that is true then I’ll contact the ombudsman instead.
