@virginmedia are the phone lines down in the Sa10 area. Both myself and parents who live in the same street don't have a ring tone on the home phone. Your status checker says no issue, there clearly is.

@virginmedia Hi, i had an engineer out for half an hour on wednesday to fix the wifi, he changed the face plates all the connecting wites and this morning its out and everything flashing on the box again. Any ideas? This has been going on weeks now!
