    @virginmedia Hi Michael from your team telephoned me on wednesday regarding the complaint i made about the way i was treated by your collections agent after speakibg to michael he said that i would receive a call within 24 to 48 hours from either himself or one of your team with a resolution.

    @virginmedia The complaint should not be closed down as ihe said that a team member would get back to me with a resolution to the complaint and a gesture to me, and then if i was happy with the outcome the complaint would then be closed.

    @virginmedia Have to assume the cold-calling up-selling team aren't aware when customers have canceled their cable TV just a few months ago with notes to say they're only watching Netflix and want to pay less than £30. I try not to be rude, but seems a bit unfair on the team.

    @virginmedia Ok i think there has been a loss of communication from a customers point of veiw why would you say someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hours if they aren't, it makes me wonder why im still with virgin , as customer care is so poor i await some anwsers from you guys.

    @virginmedia Yes it states there is a connection issue which if not resolved in the next 15hrs then an engineer visit will be arranged. Can you advise what the issue is and if there is work ongoing to resolve this as a matter of urgency? I will be withholding my bill payment until its sorted

    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply but it's not good enough. I received the email re. the credit at least a week before the direct debit payment. I don't want a cheque, it's very inconvenient. You also don't have my new address to even send a cheque! 35 days to wait for a refund is poor.

    Do the customer care people at Virgin Media know what they are doing? Reduced package yesterday to broadband only but no email yet with new terms etc. just received an email saying they are charging me for my old deal at full rate from 16/5/22 when current deal runs to 24/5/22.

    @virginmedia Just spoken to your customer service department and I am supposed to pay a bill for an account I thought had been closed and evidently it is all my fault for not checking up in you and @OpenreachHelp to make sure you’ve all done your jobs. Silly me!

    @KillieAndWean @virginmedia So they’ve retroactively billed you and cut off for non payment, or just cut you off saying pay this before service is redone? If the detail is documented they did that, I doubt they can justifiably do that, but I’d trigger the complaints process and then refer it to ADR

    @virginmedia Yerp done it twice & nothing happens I can’t even log into the router using the default password it’s never changed as it’s still new & Yerp the times they’ve done it she says no problems when clearly I have one haha
