@virginmedia your online service status says there are no known issues in my area. However when I called just with a broadband issue I was told there is a fault in our area. If your website was up to date I would not have needed to call and queue for 30 mins.

@VirginMobile @virginmedia proved to me that they don’t do customer service. We waited a month for a phone sent to a wrong address, & then had to collect it ourselves. We also proved the phone had a fault from the start, but now we’ve been told to claim on insurance and pay £125!

@virginmedia We have the £37 a month fibre broadband deal. The virgin installer has put the hub in the living room rather than in the hallway which we previously had with sky. I believe this is why the wifi signal does not work upstairs. Sky originally gave us a wifi booster box which worked

@virginmedia Yeah, we paid off the phone after his death and asked to cancel the sim, money was obvs taken to pay off the phone but sim was left active. All money was from our account as we set it up for him, just feel like virgin quick to take money bot to cancel stuff
