When I called customer services today they took nearly 10min to answer, asked the same basic questions repeatedly and then cut me off without even starting to resolve anything! Bloody useless. Issues since May 2018.

If they don’t offer an upgraded hub (which they’ve not before) and compensation/reduced bill (gone up by £14 since Sept), we’ll be gone. @virginmedia
