  • Rob_Hicks
W1NGNUT (@Rob_Hicks) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Doesn't matter now, we've terminated the contract and joined Three home broadband. I just think it's disgusting that a customer of over 10 years doesn't get offered a deal as good as a new customer.

  • saqibsvideos
ch Saqib (@saqibsvideos) reported from Birmingham, England

Rubbish network is @virginmedia can't recommend to anyone one of the worst customer service

  • redron1975
Ronnie Harris (@redron1975) reported from Walsall Wood, England

@virginmedia so what crap excuse u got today for us in the ws10 area? Internet down again. Honestly if you were a guard dog nothing would be safe. Even less reliable than the weather forecast.

  • steveblyth
Stephen Blyth (@steveblyth) reported from Stockingford, England

Yep. Down twice in one day. @virginmedia

  • meclareyb
Clare (@meclareyb) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia you claim we get 100 whatever’s per second. So tell me. Why my internet doesn’t work. I can’t stay on a zoom as my “internet is unstable” and live tv “jumps” not streams. You sent somebody to resolve last time. It’s now repeated this behaviour again. Why do that?

  • ReissOmari
Gordé 🦩 (@ReissOmari) reported from Birmingham, England

And just like that my @virginmedia is off again, no internet whatsoever. Embarrassing service from them, very disappointed and frustrated.

  • Stephen12857059
Stephen Bennett (@Stephen12857059) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Nobody has called me and the WhatsApp chat is very frustrating and not dealing with the issue. This is very simple, I was sent contract paperwork with an agreed monthly fee of £86.75. Why have I paid two months of excessively higher payments. I should have left VM

  • DeanCondliffe
dean condliffe 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@DeanCondliffe) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Still waiting on a call from 26th April. Spoke to customer services several times. No success. Really annoying that it’s so difficult for somebody to pick the phone up and talk. Perhaps VM know that they are in the wrong. @Ofcom thoughts? Always collect payments in time eh, Dean

  • EvanD
Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia I’ve reordered twice already. The packaging never arrives

@virginmedia here’s my complaint reference .. C-280522210 .. let me know how much of a shite you still don’t give.. you over charged me again after telling me you’re not.. you’re worse the @BorisJohnson #broadband #virginmedia

  • BrianMCape
Brian Cape (@BrianMCape) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Alternatively, if you feel the urge to actually be helpful, you can search my name and location (it's an uncommon name) and ask a complaints manager to contact me. No security issues or breaches, since the notes I've been assured are on file, will be there to check.

  • leomountford4
leo (@leomountford4) reported from Birmingham, England

    @virginmedia @MICHAEL33835551 JUST FIX IT

  • akz147
Aqeel Butt (@akz147) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia What does that even mean .. she cut me off after 2 hours of waiting on the phone.. what type customer service is acceptable at virgin media!!

  • Stephen12857059
Stephen Bennett (@Stephen12857059) reported from Birmingham, England

Once again the Internet Orovider that claims to be the best @virginmedia, has an outage. I bet all my savings there would be significant kick back if the directors didn’t get paid, because the Lady dealing with their account cannot get online. Time has come for change #cancelVM

  • BeardPunk
Beard Punk (@BeardPunk) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Hi. The team have also said that the issue isn’t resolved though? Everything has been reset multiple times this morning and still the same issue.

  • DeanCondliffe
dean condliffe 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@DeanCondliffe) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia No. This whole conversation is about VM saying they will contact me to discuss my complaint and VM thinking it’s ok not to call and the complaint will just fizzle out. Do you have an email address I can write to please?

  • Linnyjolz62
Lynn Jolly (@Linnyjolz62) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Held on for 45 mins on Friday and today. Was told there were "communication issues" on Friday and the guy I was speaking to said he'd call me back straightaway on my landline. He didn't. I tried again today to be told they couldn't access the system and that I should call again.

  • Momrocks50
Yvonne 💙 (@Momrocks50) reported from Birmingham, England

Excuse me we pay enough for a "cough" service where is it? #virginmedia

  • S_Whitchurch
Sharon Whitchurch 🇺🇦 (@S_Whitchurch) reported from Burntwood, England

First World problems. Internet dropping. Or should I say, @virginmedia broadband. Its awful, drops completely three / four times a week. Sometimes several times a day for a few seconds. Can't wait until I can give notice!

    Santhosh🌏🕊️ (@SubraSanthosh) reported

@virginmedia the internet and phone lines have been down in my house since last 2 days and you have an ETC of 2 more days to fix the issue. Will definitely not renew my contract with Virgin Media.

  • globalfireforum
    globalfireforum (@globalfireforum) reported

@obbsie @virginmedia Very strange - must be something behind such an outage? Not seen anything of significance yet

  • JamieDaltry
    Jamie Daltry (@JamieDaltry) reported

@O2 yet again I have to deal with your hateful webpage & app. Since your ill advised tie in with virgin media the whole experience is awful. If it weren’t for your coverage, I would leave immediately. Just signing in is a minefield, gave up on VAT invoice yrs ago, just the pits.

  • StephenOld
    Stephen Old #FBPE (@StephenOld) reported

@virginmedia So, since the technological geniuses who run your company, who don't think they need to provide proper customer service or physical shops, have made changes which mean I can no longer receive blueyonder emails or phone calls - tell them they will have to write 2 me

  • ChiBkSequels
ChildrensBookSequels - Sarah Corcoran (@ChiBkSequels) reported

@virginmedia Using webchat this morning and you've cut me off again! First from chat and now internet not working. Appalling service. All I want is the pods to go with my new router. Can't connect new router without the pods, as old pods/ boosters won't work with this router.

  • Itslimiiited
    Limited (@Itslimiiited) reported

@virginmedia What's the point in paying for a service, when its ****!

  • bling_pot
    @bling_pot (@bling_pot) reported

@virginmedia Can you explain how you can even justify increasing your broadband service to over double for a single household who limits what they use WiFi for?!
