@Michaelallen_99 @philell21 @virginmedia Because the stupid rules say that if there’s a disruption to your services (over a specified amount of time), you’re legally entitled to compensation, but ONLY if you contact them to notify them that you specifically are effected, if you don’t they’re not obligated

@virginmedia Held on for 45 mins on Friday and today. Was told there were "communication issues" on Friday and the guy I was speaking to said he'd call me back straightaway on my landline. He didn't. I tried again today to be told they couldn't access the system and that I should call again.

Virgin media sim card is free and it's not worth it. It's really bad. Hardly ever get a signal when out when u do it's about 5mb

@sahinbrum @virginmedia I agree that their compensation policy is bs, I’ve found when I’ve had any outage affect me, they patch it quickly so the service gets intermittent while they work on a full fix, that way they don’t have to compensate, even if service drops out every couple minutes. BS really

@ChasMooney1 @virginmedia 1. You would have also received a new customer offer when you joined. 2. Give them your 30 days notice, ignore the first offer they give you to stay. Wait until you get a good offer, you can always cancel your cancellation the day before the 30 days.

@virginmedia It happens from time to time on other channels but was particularly noticeable on the uhd channel. Internet suggests that this is a long term known issue. Surely not? What can be done resolve? I’m noticing it more on other channels and it’s very annoying/ disappointing!
