@virginmedia To be honest this happens too often then often our speeds are not what we pay for. I work from home so costs me business when this happens. Rather then getting me to check things, I just need yo-yo to provide us with a regular consistent service at the speeds we actually pay for

@virginmedia Netflix came back today. Separately, the movie I recorded last night started 30 mins late but the Virgin box didn't adjust for it. So I missed the ending. Pretty poor service, considering how much I pay every month.

@virginmedia I am currently on 3G and it’s SLOW! So a refund would be the right thing to do. Especially if the money has already come out of my account. I have screenshots to prove it’s not working.

@virginmedia Yeah funnily enough checking service status lies and says all is fine. That needs updating. I have to ring to get an automated message saying its down. With no further details. Then I have to run through hoops to get to speak to someone to say it may come back on the 6th!!!

@virginmedia Upload speed is trashed again, normally 25 but down at 5 right now. Restarting hub didn't help. Phoned about this issue last week and they got it going again, but without fixing anything, just restarts.

@robotnikhottake @virginmedia Contractors? Why? And whys it down? I've had constant problems with virgin media going down the last few months, but this is an extreme now. Potentially a week with no Internet. Il be cancelling first opportunity. What irks me is the service status still saying all is fine.
