    I’ve now had two messages from @virginmedia threatening to Charge us for equipment WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY RETURNED! There is no way to respond to the message and I don’t like being threatened! You customer service is getting worse!

    @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Virgin Media is the worst broadband and TV provider i have ever dealt with! Customer service is petulant and intentionally left me on hold until after closing hours the company over charged me by £30 and refused to give it back! I am disgusted

    @PatchworkBoyPW @virginmedia They wont have a clue. I had issues for about 6 months and I was constantly trying to sort it out. Engineers are great but the "customer service" team are based in India and have no customer service skills 🤙

    @pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

    @virginmedia #whatcustomerservice well after my last tweet regarding virgin media TV and the worse than poor service, we are still wiating for a call back it's only been 3 weeks! How can you call this customer services? If I was 3 weeks late with my payment you would cut me off!!

    @virginmedia I have a finite amount of time, I have no annual leave left apart from what I’m on this week. If you can’t help get it installed by the end of this week then we cancel. I don’t mean to be dramatic but the nhs can’t spare a single body for any longer than necessary
