Watching @virginmedia engineers install cabling to a property opposite. Residents moved in yesterday. They’re not in, nor is their neighbour. Didn’t stop the engineers lifting the neighbour’s lawn to drill and feed through cabling. Terrible.

No sound on my TV for 4 days, tried all the usual re boots and resets, countless calls to virgin on hold for over an hr only to be cut off, am now waiting for a callback off them that probably won’t come, disgraceful service,can anyone help @virginmedia

@virginmedia Lichfield area having problems. I’ve gone from 600mbps this morning to less than a meg. According to online no know issues. Connect app and your online diagnostic tool doesn’t support Hub4 so can even test that way. Done a rest of hub. Nothing. Help!

@keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

@virginmedia Parents experiencing continual issues with their Virgin services... have tried contacting Virgin for over month and continually on hold. Now on hold again and this issue needs to be resolved. Elderly parents and no mobile. Any help as this is disgusting service!!

Pretty shoddy treatment from Virgin media. Had their top broadband but got better deal from sky, rang to cancel and they gave me a good deal to stay reducing my monthly bill by around £50. Staying as it is, today everything dropping out and now we’re on the 50 mbs not the 200mbs

Awful customer service from @virginmedia. Sent a letter recorded delivery on the 11th to close my account but it’s still not been processed! Operator I spoke to today says they can’t verify I did this so charged me notice from today. What a joke! Glad to be leaving!

@virginmedia The rep said that was fine, the proceeded to tell me how virgin speeds were faster etc. I said I still wanted the 30 days to stand but I would get in touch if I changed my mind. Now I find out the notice period was never logged and I face a huge bill for a service I had cancelled
