    @virginmedia up to their scams again and when you get through all the button pressing on the phone and are past from one to another then when you start asking questions they hang up .

    @virginmedia Hi, I'm a new customer, installation is this Saturday (24th). Our friends have recently joined you and they were offered multi-room (1 extra box) with no 'set up' costs. So I inquired and was told the same (just £7.50pm) put through to another department and told no, its £49.95.

    @Cee_langie8852 @virginmedia Yes, they are useless. No service most of yesterday and as of 0530 this morning, no service again. I’ve spent hours waiting to get through to the technical team. It’s time @ofcom got involved.

    @ChrisScottBtn I’m fed up of this process year on year with an ongoing problematic service. Three complaints, two left unanswered. And then the onus is on you to chase! I cannot be bothered with them anymore. That’s the level customer service I’ve come to expect from @virginmedia now.

    @_gl_lxuise @SkyUK @virginmedia Same problem here. They keep saying they have fixed the issue when they clearly haven’t. They are good at putting prices up but not at fixing issues. I’m going back to Sky.

    @virginmedia I understand there is an activation fee, when I asked, as a new customer if it could be waiverd and was told yes, I didnt then expect in another department to be told no!! One main reason we are leaving Sky is because of this of inconsistency in customer service. Poor start!

    @virginmedia Your an absolute joke of a company, you charge me £50 a month for broadband and it hasn’t worked for the last 2 months, 4 people in our street have the same problem but yet when an engineer comes out they claim they’ve fixed it when they havent,sort it out,disgrace.

    @virginmedia Understandably, I was very annoyed after being on hold for 'god knows' how long to be told yes, the activation cost, £49.95 would be waived as a new customer. Then to be put through to the installation team and told NO!!! the activation cost would stand!!! Bad customer service.

    @Poxo01 We have been battling rising costs and poor service with @virginmedia for years. Have argued down the contract repeatedly due to issues. Just got the internet and home control stable again and then get another price increase letter. Fed up with them.

    So, I'm switching from Sky Tv/Broadband to @virginmedia. A friend of mine who is a new customer got multi room with no activation cost. I phone for the offer and the lady said no fee, yayyyy, I go through to another department and its £49 Being fobbed off already!!😡😡 NOT HAPPY!

    @MrCMorley @virginmedia If it’s anything like the ongoing outage in Four Oaks they won’t bother to contact you. I checked they had my correct details and I’ve had no updates. I’ve now cancelled my contract.

    @virginmedia I've had this router like this since installation (over 2yrs) and have never had this issue before. Also I ran the diagnostic tool on the router. Telephone service & WiFi connections both had red exclamation marks next to them.

    @virginmedia my TV box has a hardware fault. I've only been a customer 2 weeks and been told there is no replace in the UK. I've tried to speak to a manager, told they were all in a meeting and couldn't be disturbed. Really poor service and wish i’d remained with @Sky @Ofcom

    @virginmedia No sound. Have rebooted the box approximately 8 times on the last 3 days. Has fixed the issue until today when 3 reboots have done nothing. I need a new box. Very simple fix. Indian call centre have put me on hold to speak to a senior team but no response after nearly 40 minutes.

    Complaints virgin media @virginmedia how shocking is your service? Moved into our new home on 18th November and looking forward to our promised “lightening fast broadband” well... a month later and we still have NO service at all and continue to be billed!! Get your act together!
