@virginmedia Netflix channel 150 says "Not authorised". Was working ok a couple of days ago. How do I fix this please? Not a problem with my account. Netflix is working fine on my phone.

@virginmedia To be honest this happens too often then often our speeds are not what we pay for. I work from home so costs me business when this happens. Rather then getting me to check things, I just need yo-yo to provide us with a regular consistent service at the speeds we actually pay for

@virginmedia I am currently on 3G and it’s SLOW! So a refund would be the right thing to do. Especially if the money has already come out of my account. I have screenshots to prove it’s not working.

@virginmedia Netflix came back today. Separately, the movie I recorded last night started 30 mins late but the Virgin box didn't adjust for it. So I missed the ending. Pretty poor service, considering how much I pay every month.

@virginmedia Thanks for your reply but it's not good enough. I received the email re. the credit at least a week before the direct debit payment. I don't want a cheque, it's very inconvenient. You also don't have my new address to even send a cheque! 35 days to wait for a refund is poor.

Do the customer care people at Virgin Media know what they are doing? Reduced package yesterday to broadband only but no email yet with new terms etc. just received an email saying they are charging me for my old deal at full rate from 16/5/22 when current deal runs to 24/5/22.

@KillieAndWean @virginmedia So they’ve retroactively billed you and cut off for non payment, or just cut you off saying pay this before service is redone? If the detail is documented they did that, I doubt they can justifiably do that, but I’d trigger the complaints process and then refer it to ADR

@virginmedia Yerp done it twice & nothing happens I can’t even log into the router using the default password it’s never changed as it’s still new & Yerp the times they’ve done it she says no problems when clearly I have one haha
