    @virginmedia It does. The internet will randomly cut out then come back on 2/3 minutes later. I’ve factor reset it via the router setting and a manual factory reset with no luck.

    No sound on my TV for 4 days, tried all the usual re boots and resets, countless calls to virgin on hold for over an hr only to be cut off, am now waiting for a callback off them that probably won’t come, disgraceful service,can anyone help @virginmedia

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @virginmedia @SkySports @SkySportsBoxing £26 for HD and so far the picture quality has been garbage. Pixilated every 5 seconds or so. Sort it out or refund everyone affected.

    @virginmedia have the virgin connect app.... however it will not let me sign in. Have changed password etc and it still says ‘wrong username or password’. Driving me mad!

    @virginmedia Lichfield area having problems. I’ve gone from 600mbps this morning to less than a meg. According to online no know issues. Connect app and your online diagnostic tool doesn’t support Hub4 so can even test that way. Done a rest of hub. Nothing. Help!

    @virginmedia Last Saturday another Technician came. Replace the cables from the wall box to the set top box. Checked the connections from the box in our room to the green cabinet in the road and replaced some connections that were bad. HD Picture on TV a lot better now. Thanks @virginmedia

    Hi @virginmedia switched to you on 22ndDec.Should have been Nov 24 but a **** up at your end re installation delayed it by a month.Broadband went down last night and now cant be fixed till 4thJan .Not a great start.V.unimpressed
