dean condliffe 🏴 (@DeanCondliffe) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia Poor internet. 500+ disconnections in a week when I’m paying for the highest package. Tried to downgrade package to save money, told I can’t. List is endless & all on file, supposedly!
-
Paul M Crowley (@crowley1959) reported from West Bromwich, England
@virginmedia The link you sent me only covers complaints about your services not account payable or refunds. I feel someone needs training. Awful service, I am going to this in the hands of a debt collection agency.
-
dean condliffe 🏴 (@DeanCondliffe) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia Still waiting on a call from 26th April. Spoke to customer services several times. No success. Really annoying that it’s so difficult for somebody to pick the phone up and talk. Perhaps VM know that they are in the wrong. @Ofcom thoughts? Always collect payments in time eh, Dean
-
Scott badham (@scbadham) reported from West Bromwich, England
@virginmedia Engineer visit happened last week and I was told I need a new cable fitting outside my property when I have said this to your fault Steen I have tried charging me £25 and now they are just sending out an engineer to look for problems yet again

Aqeel Butt (@akz147) reported from Birmingham, England

-
dean condliffe 🏴 (@DeanCondliffe) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia No. This whole conversation is about VM saying they will contact me to discuss my complaint and VM thinking it’s ok not to call and the complaint will just fizzle out. Do you have an email address I can write to please?
-
Steve Whittington (@stevewhittbrum) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia still not received service. Cut off twice in last two calls having waited a long time to get through. How can you resolve please ?

-
AJKearney (@aquaticsmum64) reported from Aldridge, England
@virginmedia Sorry but it’s Wednesday - not a weekend or a bank holiday yet! With the catalogue of issues I’ve had with your company I think it’s pretty appalling and next time my contract ends I won’t be fooled into renewing by empty promises
-
Steve Penn (@pennwba) reported from West Bromwich, England
@virginmedia Thank you. Never for one minute did I think he was from Virgin Media. He ended up after 7 minutes saying he'd cut off my Internet for 21 days. Thought I'd let you know as he's using your name
-
dean condliffe 🏴 (@DeanCondliffe) reported from Birmingham, England
@Kimothy_roll @virginmedia @Ofcom It’s just really poor customer relations. To not respond to a complaint. Only interested in taking your money, once they have that they no longer care.
-
Sharon Whitchurch 🇺🇦 (@S_Whitchurch) reported from Burntwood, England
@virginmedia I assume as you know there is a problem in my area and we have no TV services or wi-fi that we will automatically be compensated? Many of us are still working from home and this is a massive problem for us!!! #badcustomerservice
-
leo (@leomountford4) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia help
-
dean condliffe 🏴 (@DeanCondliffe) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia They lied and told me that they had called the house phone. They hadn’t. They updated my contact number to my mobile. I chased this 4 days later and was told my number had been updated and the complaint was still open and I will receive a call. Guess what?
-
Neil A (@Neil982) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia hi Virgin, I've come to the end of my 18 month broadband/TV contract and I'd like to cancel please. How do I go about that? Thank you.
-
Sharon Whitchurch 🇺🇦 (@S_Whitchurch) reported from Burntwood, England
First World problems. Internet dropping. Or should I say, @virginmedia broadband. Its awful, drops completely three / four times a week. Sometimes several times a day for a few seconds. Can't wait until I can give notice!
-
Aaron (@AaronAlluyn) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia @itsonlymegs virgin says tv had issues but nothing about internet.. Our internet has been unusable all week, I've been unable to attend any work meetings due to the extremely poor internet quality.. So what's up with that, whole week of trouble but guess I'll just pay as usual..
-
Steve Penn (@pennwba) reported from West Bromwich, England
@virginmedia I had a call today from a man pretending to be from & trying to sell VM service. He got increasingly rude & aggressive when I said not interested. I'm sure he wasn't from Virgin Media but if you'd like the number he called from I will happily send it to you.

-
Kirsty Richards (@82ladyK) reported
@virginmedia the network is down in my area but instead of alerting me, I had to call in and get an automated message! How am I supposed to work?!! Mega stressful Monday morning. #finchley #N12 #fail
-
Jason Woods (@jason84woods) reported
@virginmedia The service is really reliable! It’s only ever down on days that end with a “Y” then they try to justify saying it’s not their fault as it’s an area outage like we’re supposed to tolerate losing tv and broadband a couple of times a month!
-
Jackie (@sarahlex1827) reported
@virginmedia I've done that already. It's not 'just 'due to this issue' It's your attitude as a company in general. 18 yrs I've been with you and its getting worse.
-
Belle Taylor (@Bellelctaylor) reported
@virginmedia It's 03454541111 (followed by choosing (or being transferred to) accounts/renewal). I have still yet to be able to talk to someone who can help. I was on hold for so long, they said they'd ring me back. I admittedly missed this call but have had no more attempts since.
-
Sam Heath (@SamHRH) reported
@virginmedia guys! AGAIN I’m in the middle of working from gone and your net dies! What am I supposed to do?! Who pays for the loss of earnings? For the stress of arguing with the boss?! FIX. IT. You’re paid enough.
-
Chris Green (@chrisgreen) reported
It’s now 25 days since I suffered a total loss of all @virginmedia services. Virgin Media has done NOTHING to repair it, provided ZERO proactive updates, LIED repeatedly to me about when it will fix things, I’ve spent 7hrs & 53mins on the phone chasing for information #EpicFail
-
kaley 🏁 (@kayldavenport) reported
@virginmedia There has been a concurrent outage in this area since Wednesday. You keep saying it’s fixed- it’s not! Very inconvenient when people have work/things to do. At least advise us what the issue is so we can make alternate plans instead of playing dumb and pretending no issue.
-
Eleanor O’Connell (@e_oconnell) reported
@virginmedia Yes every single day since last Tuesday it has said it will be fixed by 4pm and it’s still not fixed. Will not be staying with Virgin Media after this, unacceptable service.
-
Helen Randall (@helenrandall110) reported
@virginmedia I'm not interested in excuses, if you need work permits then you must be aware and have advance knowledge of when the work will be carried out. Good customer service would dictate you advise your customers of any planned work that affects the ability to work from home
-
Mark Barnett (@mbarnett87) reported
Can a day go by without @virginmedia going down / not working. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
