    @virginmedia Yes, it has since been resolved. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue and frequently not getting the speeds I am paying for. Not your happiest customer by any stretch of the imagination!

    @virginmedia I have just switched my parents over to you for broadband along with their 2 mobiles and I have a pending broadband order to be installed next week for my new house. So I’m extremely disappointed in how I’m being treated, I may have no option to cancel the lot.

    @virginmedia It always used to. It sees my address from the postcode & gives me the house number and street to choose, then asks me to complete a form for you to contact me to tell me within 10 days if the service is available in my area. It used to be instant, but no-one ever did contact me.

    @virginmedia why am I not getting any help for the past 4 weeks for intermittent broadband when I call all I get is monitor for the next 24 hours I am getting no help whatsoever but you will want me to pay my bill on time your service and customer service is disgusting

    @virginmedia Our virgin has been down for 2 days. When phoning, all we get is a message saying 'Sorry the service in your area is intermittent, our engineers are doing their best to fix it. Intermittent???? I wish! We've had no telephone, internet or TV continually for 2 days, 😡

    @virginmedia Sorry my tweet mentioned I contacted customer service via text. Asked for my complaint to be raised to a senior manager to discuss the upgrade process and wording, but was just offered a deadlock letter within 15 days! Not your procedure in your complaints code of practice..

    @virginmedia I haven’t really got anywhere, I wanted ideally to discuss the process I went through and what I was advised online placing my upgrade. I have contacted CD via text but i have just been told nothing can be done and pick a new tariff! Struggled to try raise a complaint also...

    @Moneybox there are only 2 ways to cancel a @virginmedia account; a cancellation letter, which can and is ignored or a pay 9p a minute full on sales call. After 10 years of giving VM my custom they ignored my letter. Then used that to extend the cancellation date by 3-4 months 🤯

    @anthonyrjones @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia I have left sky broadband for this reason because of their appalling customer service how they blame the home for their device issue. I now have an issue with my sky TV yet I have a feeling they will blame my brand new TV yet I can use my smart TV apps and ps4 on my TV just fine

    @virginmedia there are builders in our area installing the cables for your services, and they’ve put the black boxes on mine and my neighbours properties? Surely this isn’t allowed? Also to mention they’ve done a terrible job because it sticks out and moves in the stones

    @virginmedia It's fine through the day (when at work my son tells me) but about 6pm onwards is the issue through to very late at night. Which means we are unable to watch streaming services. It's poor and I'm a 25+yrs customer (ntl) who is looking to move provider..fed up
