@virginmedia I called cust serv today after logging complaint on 26th Nov and hearing nothing back. cust serv asked me to request my data and voice calls. listen to it myself and then send proof of being missold a contract/virgin error, so virgin can then resolve the matter and complaint

  • kevmaslin
Kev Maslin (@kevmaslin) reported from West Bromwich, England

@virginmedia The ideal resolution would have been for VM to return the document as originally promised. We have dealt with other companies in this regard and all have been prompt and professional. Even the DWP accepted a photocopy of the POA. Why VM couldn't is entirely beyond me.

  • TheShannimal_
TheShannimal๐Ÿ”œ#i70 (@TheShannimal_) reported from Kidderminster, England

@Cplcash @virginmedia Problem is other providers are so slow at installing fibre cables that most have no choice but to go with VM

  • Momrocks50
Yvonne ๐Ÿ’™ (@Momrocks50) reported from Birmingham, England

Excuse me we pay enough for a "cough" service where is it? #virginmedia

  • stumccullagh
Stuart McCullagh (@stumccullagh) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia But when a contract is agreed like a mortgage or a fixed energy deal surely the agreement should last the full term. Iโ€™ve had issues since September & been told I canโ€™t leave due to being under a contract so why should my costs go up when Iโ€™ve got an agreement in place until Dec

  • robchippyman
Rob Chipman (@robchippyman) reported from Birmingham, England

@Tilton247 @virginmedia I had the same for 2 years. Constantly disconnecting on a daily basis . Changed the Hub and it worked straight away. No issues since. Good luck getting a new hub off them though.

  • CaseyRain
Casey Rain (aka S-Endz) (@CaseyRain) reported from Birmingham, England

Had an @virginmedia broadband outage on Sunday for 2 hours. Since then, connection so spotty that I'm getting 10 seconds of completely dropped packets followed by 20 seconds of slow-as-molasses ping times once every 10 minutes.

  • BrianMCape
Brian Cape (@BrianMCape) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia No. Already done it about 7 times without any luck. I refuse to waste more hours in queues, only to rehash my issues to another anonymous operator. I've been assured that this is in the hands of a named handler, who didn't call me back as promised and is ignoring my emails. Fail

  • EvanD
Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Yes Iโ€™ve done that. My connection drops out for a minute or so every 30-60 mins. Hard to replicate. My account has notes regarding the reason why the credit was given last time. Ideally I donโ€™t want to wait so long for the same issue to be fixed.

  • JazbaEnt
Jazba Entertainment (@JazbaEnt) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia business installation, been given 6 dates since 17th January. 4 no show or wrong booked, 2 attendance but not equipped to extend installation from 1sf floor to 2nd. even billed for a service which is not even installed yet. Nightmare #virginmedia #broadband

  • HJMKent
Howard Martin ๐Ÿ’š (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England

@virginmedia Can you please explain why, when I renewed my package in March you reduced my last invoiced bill to reflect the change & took by DD what you said you would! Now you say you will suspend my service because I underpaid? You took what you wanted!

  • iamscorchy
iamscorchy (@iamscorchy) reported from Wednesfield, England

Virgin media is literally dog! Worst thing I've done is keep renewing with you every year next year 100% going with bt! Forever dropping out reconnecting utter pointless meant to be 1gig complete waffle! @Virgin #virginmedia
