@virginmedia To be honest this happens too often then often our speeds are not what we pay for. I work from home so costs me business when this happens. Rather then getting me to check things, I just need yo-yo to provide us with a regular consistent service at the speeds we actually pay for

@_adam_cohen_ @virginmedia Adam. Story of my life complaining to VM! I’ve had 7 engineers to fix the same problem and then today some little **** called Melissa told me she has already been on the phone for 30 minutes with and put the phone down!

@virginmedia Hi please see thread of conversation it will tell you re manager I have asked twice to speak to a manager once about a month ago and again on Sat 18 July I have never had a manager ring me yet 😒 on 18th I was told they would today 20 July

@virginmedia Can't we have no land line And your other number costs us far too much Maybe you set up calling us and actually fixing the issue instead of ignoring it for months? Took months for you to even admit there was one We are contacting watchdog about this as well
