@virginmedia good work 👏🏼 issues with WiFi being down constantly as soon as £7.50 monthly bill increases comes in! Currently on hour 5 of no internet and not due to be fixed before 1am 🙃

@matt_hanson70 @virginmedia Intermittent for 2.5 days, Sunday always v poor the worst is 0.4mbs with a 250mbs supply. VM's script always saying reboot etc.. Funny though following reporting an issue a week ago I suddenly recorded 256mbs for an hour then it slowly drops to normal! First ever hitting supply.

@virginmedia Morning, guys. It’s a nightmare & feels like torture. The fix-time moved more than a dozen times & It moved again. Wi-Fi is on for a minute and down for a few hours & so on. I expect £9.98p/d since 8.7.25 (-2 first days) compensation as per your T&C.
