    @virginmedia It wasn’t me it was my sister. She spent 3hrs 10 minutes on the phone to customer services and still didn’t get her issue sorted. Its not great customer service really, oh well.

    So #VirginMedia I report a fault this morning, you say repaired by 6pm. 7pm I called as still not working despite txt/email says fixed. 50 mins of listening to music then, "the other person has cleared" Really don't like being lied to. Not good enough, valued customer, my arse!

    First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

    @virginmedia My bill has charges for phone calls I have not made. I don't have a phone connected to my land line. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I'm unable to wait on hold for 1 hour and your messaging service has not worked for me at all. How can I get this resolved?

    @virginmedia Yeah my on demand service is lagging constantly and keeps buffering or playing without sound, got sent a new router and the same issues are occurring.

    @SLo157 @virginmedia Fix times have kept changing from 10am to 8pm for the last few days which is ridiculous. Virgin don’t seem to be bothered to sort this issue out in the UB5 area

    @virginmedia I’ve left virgin media after months of problems and waiting on the phone for hours for help. Now I’ve received a bill for £60 for unreturned equipment, even though I never received the return packaging for the WiFi booster. Hours on the phone and no resolution! Awful
