    @virginmedia my new tv box has arrived today and I can’t use it as our area is still down. Our broadband was down yesterday. At least it’s only the tv today it’s not as if we are without power or heating like some parts of the country. Customer services were helpful

    @virginmedia new tv box Friday as mentioned before didn’t work Friday started working yesterday now today it’s off again! Done the status check says no problems said box was on standby. I did get a flicker of a program for less than a minute then no signal.

    @Michaelallen_99 @philell21 @virginmedia Because the stupid rules say that if there’s a disruption to your services (over a specified amount of time), you’re legally entitled to compensation, but ONLY if you contact them to notify them that you specifically are effected, if you don’t they’re not obligated

    Gutted that I’ve renewed my mobile contract with @virginmedia I don’t think I’ve ever had such bad customer service before. I’m still waiting for transcripts from my chats yesterday to complain to the Ombudsman about them. I will not be renewing with them again!

    @sahinbrum @virginmedia I agree that their compensation policy is bs, I’ve found when I’ve had any outage affect me, they patch it quickly so the service gets intermittent while they work on a full fix, that way they don’t have to compensate, even if service drops out every couple minutes. BS really

    @virginmedia Another lie I was told then! Apparently they were sending transcripts from 2 online chats yesterday and 1 from today. I’m really disappointed with Virgin, I expect better customer service from such a big company.

    Misled to signing a long term contract with @virginmedia during my 6 month rental agreeing the contract would carry on in the new place, now I’ve found out they don’t offer service in my new neighbourhood & are charging a £200 cancellation fee. Anyone else thinks this is unfair?

    @virginmedia appauled at the service my grandfather is receiving. No TV, phone or WiFi for third time since Xmas. Tonight I’ve called as the tv is telling me i need a pin and the woman I spoke to eventually hung up due to me being unsatisfied with her lack of help. Disgusting!

    @virginmedia I have it says engineer is working to fix the problem. Fix estimate 30 March 20.30 - I'm sure you'll agree that this is insufficient details for a paying customer particularly when this is happening on a regular basis. Everything down ALL day = very unproductive and stressful day

    @virginmedia There was an issue.... but then again, there seems to be issues almost weekly if not daily. Like I said, I never know from one day to the next the level of service I’m going to get. Then that connection will be dropped, when the service slows RIGHT down etc

    @virginmedia Virgin said buy a booster DONE, virgin said reset the hub we've DONE that numerous times, what are you expecting us to do buy a industrial network tower to make sure all devices are wired? It makes no difference because the service you provide isn't what you promise
