  @matt_hanson70 @virginmedia Intermittent for 2.5 days, Sunday always v poor the worst is 0.4mbs with a 250mbs supply. VM's script always saying reboot etc.. Funny though following reporting an issue a week ago I suddenly recorded 256mbs for an hour then it slowly drops to normal! First ever hitting supply.

  @virginmedia Yes I’ve done that. My connection drops out for a minute or so every 30-60 mins. Hard to replicate. My account has notes regarding the reason why the credit was given last time. Ideally I don’t want to wait so long for the same issue to be fixed.

  Telefónica and Liberty Global are looking at ways to bring down the £22bn debt pile at Virgin Media O2, their UK joint venture, after a sharp sell-off in the company's bonds. A roughly $925mn unsecured note fell to as low as 57 cents on the dollar this week, down from about 78 at the start of July, and even the senior secured paper slipped.
