    1/2.The @virginmedia saga continues... honestly, trying to leave you is proving to be a very boring, annoying process. I cancelled my service with you a month ago, was told to cancel my direct debit (which I did), now you send me an email asking for overdue payment!!

    @virginmedia why does Virgin never answer emails? Have foreign call centres whose staff doesn't understand the word CANNOT and repeat the same question and get the same reply CANNOT. Then charge £35.00 for an engineer to call.
