    @virginmedia The broadband has been off two or three times today again and is off at the moment. I’m sick of this now as both myself and the wife work from home. I’m currently looking at cancelling and alternate providers. The service was fine until Wednesday last week when you did an update

    @virginmedia Didn’t get a response then told another dept would contact. All we want is the service we are paying for. We need a new v6 box the replacement sent doesn’t work properly(set top box) we cannot use catch up and the picture is intermittently pixilated.

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @virginmedia I’m trying to watch virgin tv through Firefox on my Amazon fire stick, but I keep getting an error message ‘sign in failed’ although it doesn’t even give me the option to enter an email address to attempt to sign in?

    @virginmedia It does. The internet will randomly cut out then come back on 2/3 minutes later. I’ve factor reset it via the router setting and a manual factory reset with no luck.

    No sound on my TV for 4 days, tried all the usual re boots and resets, countless calls to virgin on hold for over an hr only to be cut off, am now waiting for a callback off them that probably won’t come, disgraceful service,can anyone help @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Sadly no. we admitted defeat, we were on hold for 1hr 50 mins. Got through the next day, the equipment sent does not work properly now have been advised to call after the new year to chase it again. We are paying for a service we aren’t receiving this is really disappointing

    @virginmedia Parents experiencing continual issues with their Virgin services... have tried contacting Virgin for over month and continually on hold. Now on hold again and this issue needs to be resolved. Elderly parents and no mobile. Any help as this is disgusting service!!

    @virginmedia I think its our router etc we have poor Internet speed all the time no Internet in certain rooms i actually have better signal with next doors Internet, I've been ringing up for months with no help!

    @virginmedia We tried the messaging service thank you that didn’t help either. To be honest we are dreading trying to contact you again in the new year to get this sorted another 2 hours on the phone! I would have thought it your responsibility to sort this out but apparently not!

    @virginmedia I dont use a cable, that's the whole point in me having WiFi so I don't have to, I pay for a bb speed wether it be wireless or not and I'm not getting that! You can assess speed as it is, as I use it, before I cancel as I'm entitled too if I'm cont not getting the speed I pay for

    @coophos @virginmedia Nar that's rubbish your boxes don't need to be switched on for the Internet to work your router should be always on for your on demand services to work if there not working then it's either your Internet or faulty box.

    Hi @virginmedia - you have sent me a mobile phone SIM I didn't order.. I'm not even with Virgin for my mobile account. Bit baffled! Can you help? Don't want to spend hours in a phone queue trying to sort something that is clearly your mistake.
