    @AksTailor @virginmedia When I had some issues like that I haggled a month or two of free Internet from Virgin until the issue was resolved. Convincing them to do that took an infuriating number of phone calls but it was a satisfactory outcome, I've stuck with them.

    @virginmedia It's not an issues according to the site. It's working on wired connections. I'll be looking for compensation after this. If the costomer tells you there's a problem then take their word they're the ones paying you, why would they spend money other than to get what they pay for.

    @virginmedia Friday I booked an engineer as the WiFi on our hub keeps dropping. At the same time I upgraded my package. This includes tech help. Since Friday I've had no WiFi. I tried website chat but got dropped I've tried calling but was waiting too long. I'm getting bored!

    @virginmedia the image shows the problem..I am on gig1 fibre and barely get over 100mb upstairs. I have 2 pods as well! The internet in my bedroom is absolutely awful..stops and starts. Isnt always a crisp image either all pixelated etc

    @virginmedia Having been a business customer since Sept 19 (Accounts, 981308201 & 981331301) I was dismayed to be told today it is a 3 month notice period to cancel. I was never originally informed this either verbally or in writing. This is a shoddy underhand business tactic!

    @virginmedia dialling your team currently been on hold for 25 mins not spoken to anyone. Trying live chat at the same time get a bot who wants to use WhatsApp. I want to use my laptop and chat with an agent Going around in circles unhappy customer here.

    @virginmedia My issues have now been resolved. I’d like to praise the customer service agent I spoke to, Adeeb who was just superb. Acknowledged the issues and corrected everything and upgraded my services correctly. If there’s any way of formal praise and recognition for Adeeb, please do so.
