    @virginmedia Havent spoken to anyone since my post there are issues in my area which means I have no internet and no TV, during lockdown this is not the most ideal situation 2 nights in a row after finishing work! Been down for over an hour so far that I know of as thats when i got home

    @virginmedia There are known issues in my area. Apparently 2 days in a row at, what i would imagine, are peak times. I seriously need to consider a new provider. This is getting beyond a joke for the money that I pay

    Thanks for the reply @virginmedia but in your instructions following your system check on your site it states you will be sending a signal to my hub to improve something. Nowhere does it date for me to do a pinhole reset. So which is correct because you need to correct something

    @virginmedia Not officially complained as hoped it would be resolved due to repeated reassurances I’ve had! Shouldn’t have to log a complaint for your error (verified by your engineers)! Cost of GP Partner husband (&my) time far exceeds cost of line rental we are paying for no landline!

    Had v patchy internet, when @virginmedia resolved it in April, they connected the wrong cable, cutting off our landline for pt calls (mobile blackspot) Numerous promises frm managers @virginmedia & “urgent service requests” since. Last engineer visited yest. Still not resolved😡

I am aware of how to report issues and how to check for them without making contact, when call always same response of the script they have in front of them. No human aspect to the cal

    Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

    @virginmedia are the worst I’ve known them in 15 yrs! I’ve had no tv for the last few days and an engineer coming in a week! Really! Also have an outstanding contract issue since March 23rd. Promised call back by managers but never comes. Avoid them!!

    @virginmedia Any advice on why our virgin media boxes have just decided to stop showing some channels. It says error code (W02) and this is on TLC which we used to watch daily?? Joke. What’s the point in paying for for a service which isn’t being provided?

    @virginmedia I tried to cancel my two TV boxes but keep the Internet and landline. After 1 hour and 30 minutes of miscommunication and several long periods of holding, I had to hang up because I had other things to do. Infuriating!!

    @virginmedia Yes. They booked an engineer for next Tuesday, but now it’s been cancelled as said it’s a wider issue. But when I followed the steps online it said I needed an engineer and now the earliest appt I can get is Wednesday. So I’m really confused. Do you know if there’s an issue B91?

    @virginmedia In the current issue of the Irish Independent Weekender the listing for Virgin Media 3 is not included on the TV pages which cover the whole week. VM 1 and VM2 are included but VM3 is not. This is a great inconvenience to viewers, I hope they are not going to continue like this.
