It's actually tragic how bad @virginmedia broadband has gotten over the last few days. Hope we are refunded for this period of shocking internet coverage. Still think it's the best service but need to sort out current issues.

Loving all the people moaning their virgin media being down. Most being paid for by their parents! Stop moaning! Either they’ve had a major piece of equipment fail or they’ve been hacked. Be patient, and it will be sorted. Or move to another and only get slow 30mb broadband!

Hey @virginmedia, when your customer service rep says "I'll transfer you to the bereavement team" and then a recorded message says "Sorry we're closed right now, goodbye"... that's pretty poor form. Oh well, I did my best to let you know your customer had died.

@virginmedia my installation date is meant to be today however just been emailed saying its now the 20th. Not really acceptable as I work from home so need it done by Monday at 8am.. Not really a great start for a new customer.
