I think @virginmedia are attempting to outdo @TUIUK for the worst customer services . I’ve spent 45 mins on hold so far waiting to speak to a human . Doesn’t beat 3 and half hours trying Tui but bless Virgin they’re trying. Just appalling 👍

Can anyone tell me how you get @virginmedia to respond to and deal with complaints? I am at the end of my tether with them! I have raised 4 complaints now and they have unsatisfactorily responded to 1 which I called back about to keep the complaint open only for them to close...

@virginmedia Absolutely atrocious customer service! Waited for my Hub 4 to arrive as we are now paying for highest broadband, it arrives and has wrong power cable inside, phoned to sort, on hold for 20 mins then speak to someone who has IT issues and has put us on 40 mins hold!

@LoneSpinster @virginmedia Ignore any pages that virgin suggest you check for outages If it’s a virginmedia website then it going to be a lie. They don’t like to admit they are at fault. Try Googling “virgin media outage” and include your area. Click on any website that isn’t virgin to get an honest answer

What can I do if they yet again say a manager will call me back to provide this, as that is a key part of my main problem? Their avoidance in responding is what has held this entire process up

@Aruuj_x @virginmedia @O2 Hi Aruj, if you have difficulty obtaining a deadlock letter, you will have to wait eight weeks since raising the complaint before referring it to CISAS. If we believe that a service provider is not sending deadlock letters when they should be, we may look in to this further.
