    @virginmedia I called 2 days ago, saying I wanted to leave, lady tried to say due to COVID other co. Not going into homes. First co.Called can fit when needed. Told only way to cancel contract is to call- last two days called about 10 times all staff busy call. How do I cancel?!

    Anybody else have constant problems with @virginmedia ? Paying £80 a month, our upstairs box works when it wants, the Internet is temperamental and we can occasionally watch on demand. If we had known they were this bad would have never gone with them! #virginmedia #poorservice
