Not surprised re @virginmedia especially on the TV side - my issues remain unresolved following my attempts to reduce my tv package without being given the assurances or certainty of what channels would actually be removed and what would remain!

@virginmedia "No network issue found". We always reboot the hub first, but it doesn't make any difference. We get little coverage outside the room where the router is situated, which makes me think it's an issue with the device itself, and why it needs to be replaced.
