It's actually tragic how bad @virginmedia broadband has gotten over the last few days. Hope we are refunded for this period of shocking internet coverage. Still think it's the best service but need to sort out current issues.

Wow...!! This appears to be B90, B91 & B92 - @virginmedia you need to get this fixed ASAP - this is no doubt human error to cause issues at this scale - either that or you need some help with your network topology - let me know 😉

@virginmedia She has forgotten her email address (and is struggling to get access to her acc & not getting much help when she phones up) she uses on her mobile acc as she is looking to cancel or update her mobile phone contract.
