@keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

@virginmedia Oh right I've always been told it was via the PC or laptop. I'll download the app now. What do I do from there though. £25 isn't a bad price. But the whole connection box etc is located upstairs in our room and last time round I was told it was a lot more expensive than that
