    @Bluhawk1875 @vmbusiness Hope not! Maddening thing is they were working next door to tidy up the awful cabling job they'd done when they replaced our cable, the guy rang his boss about what to do with the badly installed cable and was just told to cut it! No check to see if it was live!!!

    @virginmedia Yes but I just tells me there are no problems. It did the same thing a few weeks ago but stopped when I held wifi button down - it's now constantly flashing & that wont stop it & web site says in normal operating all green lights should be off.

    @SimonADouglas @virginmedia We have the occasional internet problem but since the last announced 'update' the hub seems to be resetting itself. Doesn't matter to the 'wired' machines but obviously disconnects the WiFi! Irritating as the restart times are long and inputting the names/password is a pain 🙄

    @virginmedia Thank you, yes, I just called them after it happened again! They are sending a technician out to see if the area fault from last Sunday has caused an issue on my line, as this issue only started then, a tech is coming out on Tuesday

    Why can’t media providers just get into the 21st century and make it easier for households, by having contracts based on a joint accounts. That way, both home owners can call up about any problems! Data protection my arse @virginmedia @SkyUK

    @virginmedia Unbelievably poor service! My broadband and phone line cut off by your contractors without so much as a basic check that the cable was providing service. Now got to wait days for service to be restored.

    @virginmedia I have reported it at about 11.45 this morning. Wasn't given a fault reference, told a ticket had been raised and I would get a message to my mobile from field support engineers but it might be days before anything can be done. Heard nothing yet. Also raised a complaint as this..

    @virginmedia It is a media issue, I sent off the documents over a month ago confirming new account holder , no reply or confirmation this has been actioned at all. Weeks on end trying to sort one issue that should be easy is unacceptable

    @virginmedia yes, it was auto cancelled because of an outage. However, I'd already explained that it was the hub that was the issue, not a network fault. Now I've been sent to the back of the queue for an engineer.

    @virginmedia Hi, the status online says it will be fixed by 11th Jan by 9am, still nothing, any accurate updates? The status site has given yp even estimating a time to fix now, yesterday it kept getting lager now its not updated at all.

    @virginmedia Signed up for the 1GB package TV & O2 SIM for £39.99 the SIM wasn’t initially sorted & when it was we were billed separately for it we were told there’d be an ongoing credit of £10 applied to equal this out it’s never been done until we chase, @hoLMZ_wz is the acct holder
