Virgin Media customer service is non existent. 6 times today I’ve called to make changes to my package. I’ve waited on average 50 minutes each time only to be cut off each time. You can add to your package on line but you can’t remove anything. Just wait till normality returns...

@virginmedia That’s says no known issues. So I think there’s an issue with that too. Broadband doesn’t appear on any searches it’s like it’s disappeared . There’s an engineer coming tomorrow

@virginmedia No I am not aware that the issue has been identified yet after one week. So far the time given indicates the time at which a new time is given. The time has been changed once or twice a day for a week so has no actual meaning at this point.
