    @virginmedia Everything is running fine then my devices can’t connect. It takes me switching the router off at the wall and on again for the connection to reestablish itself. First world problems but it’s a pain when I’m working upstairs and the router is downstairs. And it should just work!

    @virginmedia That was the first thing I tried but nothing happened. It’s only when I power off at the wall, wait a minute then power on that it changes. Right now it’s working fine but this has been a recurring problem this week.

    @virginmedia The ideal resolution would have been for VM to return the document as originally promised. We have dealt with other companies in this regard and all have been prompt and professional. Even the DWP accepted a photocopy of the POA. Why VM couldn't is entirely beyond me.

    @virginmedia My internet has been atrocious for several weeks now, and continually drops connection as well as having low speeds. I have gone through all troubleshooting steps including resetting the SuperHub 3. The performance is still bad, even worse than Hub 2ac!

    @virginmedia my wifi has been acting very bad for nearly 2 months so i’ve been having to use my data but last night it took it to a whole new extreme my connection said my wifi was on full but it wouldn’t connect to anything. I tried to turn it off and on again and again but nothing.
