@virginmedia Really poor service today. Loyal customer, since day 1 Spent over an hour on the phone and still paying a lot of money for equipment that doesn't work. Solution, just reset everything, switch it off and on again! Really??? TV box 8 years old! Not a valued customer.

@virginmedia are an absolute disgrace. The broadband has been down more than in use over the last 12 months. My 1 year old would do a better job in the call centre they use.

Hey @virginmedia Had a contract with you for years but the TV service is terrible. Called to sort - gave details including PW for account via auto system (all correct). Person said the name on my AC is different??? My bill is in my name! Left hanging on for 28 mins then cut off!

@virginmedia Held on for 45 mins on Friday and today. Was told there were "communication issues" on Friday and the guy I was speaking to said he'd call me back straightaway on my landline. He didn't. I tried again today to be told they couldn't access the system and that I should call again.

@paullewismoney @virginmedia In 30 years of mobile telephone ownership and subscription my rates have only gone up so I can’t compare if my provider would be as coy, or more or less coy were the rates to come down. Mobile telecoms providers are about as brazen as train operators when it comes to pricing.

If you are thinking of signing upto @virginmedia for internet, please don’t. They will happily leave you with no internet for 3 months, and cancel any installation dates. Their customer service is abysmal and they do not try to rectify their mistakes. Be warned! #virginmedia
