@virginmedia No tried again and unable to send an engineer because the fault is not happening .. I did try to explain it's intermittent 😡😡but with the language barrier she couldn't understand .. I will try and cancel my account later because I'm not paying for a service that has issues

@CapnKink @virginmedia They don’t even respond when you complain. I haven’t got the patience to keep phoning to get a temporary fix. Just gotta decide which service to switch to and they’re gone.

@virginmedia Broadband issues since May 2018. Multiple calls to customer service with no permanent fix. Last time I called I was asked the same questions repeatedly then cut off. Want a new hub that works and a bill review as it’s gone from £65 to £79 since Sept 2018!

@virginmedia 8 conversations to cancel our service and cxl confirmed by virgin. Cancellation first made on 28 Feb. Just received a bill and you have billed for April and May. What a shambles you are! Get your act together now! I have paid final balance & no more is due!

@MingSwift The TV service is great but if we can’t rely on our WiFi in a connected home, it’s not worth it. Have made a complaint. If they don’t offer an upgraded hub (which they’ve not before) and compensation/reduced bill (gone up by £14 since Sept), we’ll be gone. @virginmedia

Made a complaint to @virginmedia 10 days ago via their online service with a 7 day anticipated response time and yet have heard nothing since the acknowledgement of my complaint. This basically sums up my experience over the past year of ineffective response to our issues.

@Firesnapper999 @virginmedia Tbh, I've been with them for 12 years and apart from slower speeds in the evenings when gamer neighbours get home from work, I've had few problems. I had my router replaced last year after multiple signal dropouts and it's been pretty good since. 🤞🏻

@virginmedia The hub is NOT 'fine', John! The reception around the house is ****! You practically need to be sitting on the hub to get anything from it. We want a new hub. You need to arrange an engineer out here and provide the service we pay for.
