    @virginmedia We had issuse with our service, and was told we would need new cables. We the new cables installed. They left cabels hanging in the garden which has since been removed. Our grass is ruined (I have photos) it looks like next doors cable are also under or grass????

    It looks like @virginmedia name servers are not accessible so no DNS records can be resolved. A major outage for their services. Seems to be no comms from them. @BBCNews are you aware? #VirginMediaDown #VirginMedia

    @virginmedia Alternatively, if you feel the urge to actually be helpful, you can search my name and location (it's an uncommon name) and ask a complaints manager to contact me. No security issues or breaches, since the notes I've been assured are on file, will be there to check.

    @virginmedia I called 150 today to speak to a Supervisor regarding my bill. I was told I would receive a call within the hour. NOTHING. I agreed a contract 18/8/22 and the last two payments have been £65 & £75 more than agreed. This is shocking customer care and service.

    @virginmedia another estimated fix date for WD3 been and gone and still no resolution. It’s now been down for over 2 weeks. When will it be up and running. Don’t tell me to DM. I’ve tried countless times but get no response. Can I purchase a TP link and sim and get refunded

    @virginmedia Oh it's eligible when the internet has been literally off for days and still says no fix. There was two weeks of up and down. Then it went off for half a day as you were "fixing it" now tis completely been off for days. Like come on now what am I paying for?

    @botbusta999 @virginmedia @EE when you join EE for their "internet", you'll be complaining you're being scammed, fact is aside from Virgin, noone can come close to the speeds they provide. Dont get me wrong, im not praising Virgin, their customer service is AIDS

    I need a new broadband provider, so fed up of dealing with daily outages with @virginmedia Never known a company to be this terrible. Paying for Gig1 Volt yet I can barely even get 50mbps download speed. Engineer visit booked, wait in and no one turns up or even communicates

    @Ofcom @virginmedia love this!!! They’ve been at this for years!! Hanging up on customers! I hope it affects their staff now. Because ultimately it’s the company that gets fined for this, not the rude, stuck up staff they’ve got working for the company

    Good. This is the WORST telecoms company. I’m still reeling from the bad service i endured in Nov, Dec 2025. @virginmedia. I have said that I will write to Ofcom but tbh…I feel worn by them. There is a whole industry and profits based on BAD customer service.
