    @virginmedia @m1kewh1te83 Well you see i have asked multiple times for a replacement HUB and told i was not allowed a HUB 4 unless i bought your 1Gbps service. Now why would i buy that if your current services are down regularly and wont replace my hub? Twice in the same week it has been down!!

    @virginmedia for 3 days now after 9pm internet keeps dropping, keep having to reset the hub 4 in the last hour it has occurred 4 times, run tests no issues in the area apparently yet on local fb group loads of people having same issue in B24 Birmingham !

    @virginmedia Superhub 3.0 , it has been giving me grief for years, and had dns / ip resolving issues and so many others. All fixed with a hard reset, don’t wanna be resetting my router constantly

    @virginmedia Morning! So I checked the app for status and was fine, but on the website it said known issue all services. So I subscribed to the SMS alerts and it was "back" at 22:03. Hopefully it stays that way!

    @virginmedia hi, since we’ve upgraded to 1gb and hub 4 we’ve had problems connecting @Tesla M3 to WiFi. Advised the Plume mesh might fix it and we can receive FOC but been out of stock all year it seems. Any idea when they might be back in stock to try and fix our issues please?

    In addition to the cost of a new home that I have to furnish fully top to bottom, @virginmedia is trying to charge me £240 exit fee when THEY don't supply the new address. This is seriously getting me down. I can't even afford necessities.

    @virginmedia Why? I already know I will be offered a pittance of a sweetner to keep me locked in. I have played that game before. I don't want that. I want a smaller bill for just the level of service I require and no more. So I'm looking for a better service, and when I find it I'm gone.

    @virginmedia As has been explained there is an issue with sending emails via wifi. Devices do not seem connect to the Virgin server for outgoing mail. Emails can be sent when wifi is switched off and from non-Virgin email addresses, so the issue is clearly related to Virgin

    @virginmedia Sorry virgin, you have had multiple opportunities to rectify this. I’ve been lied to, I’ve been cheated out of money. It’s an absolute disgrace so I need active effort for someone to resolve this. This forum will not get to the route of my issue. A complaint is needed.

    @virginmedia This is not what happened. It was taken away by the engineer who came to uninstall it 6 months ago! He also cut through the phone line and we have had 6 months of issues trying to get phone line installed. Open Reach have been amazing! I am disgusted with the attitude of VM rep

    @virginmedia I took out a mobile phone contract with this company and it’s the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I was left without a mobile for 3 week as I could not get incoming calls. I have just got my phone back and have the same issue. Avoid!!!!!!

    @virginmedia I've been having WiFi issues for months. Very disappointing since I pay for 600mb fibre broadband. I've phone customer service multiple times. I've been promised a call back to solve the problem as they "needed to investigate further" but I've never received a call back lol.
