@virginmedia The '**** of back to America'. 😱

  • robbiederby Robin Palmer (@robbiederby) reported from Birmingham, England

First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

  • omarqureshi Omar Qureshi (@omarqureshi) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia looks like there is an outage in the B24 area for broadband.

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • CSR_Michael Mike Rogerson (https://bhre.social/@CSR_Michael) (@CSR_Michael) reported

@virginmedia We've discussed the package more than enough, thanks. You offered a better rate to another customer clearly in the same position as us and then rudely and repeatedly dismissed our attempts both to get a fairer offer and to cancel.

  • CodeBeard Phil Harvey 😷 (@CodeBeard) reported

@virginmedia It is poor customer service because you are telling me (a customer) that it’s policy and not thinking about the impact of the service disruption on customers. Not providing the service paid for (including intermittent) should be compensated for.

  • traceydavis20 tracey davis (@traceydavis20) reported

And virgin media don’t real care told us to cancel if not happy

  • micklyttle81 Micky Lyttle (@micklyttle81) reported

Hello @virginmedia can someone contact me please? We have no internet and apparently I cant speak to anyone until tomorrow to restore my service's? Customer since day 1 and due now looking to renew.. you can't disconnect our internet on a day no one is available to chat to. help

  • lendowska Ela (@lendowska) reported

@virginmedia Virgin doesn't care if I am online or not - you are the service provider of internet which hardly ever works. I am usually online for 10-15 min and after that the connections is gone.

  • jsishodia Jenander Sishodia (@jsishodia) reported

@virginmedia Hello ..my broadband is down and am unable to report fault because it keeps asking for pressing the keys from the password which I haven’t set and there is no option to chat and no email address to report fault.

  • jsishodia Jenander Sishodia (@jsishodia) reported

@virginmedia Its HUB 3 and till now was Solid & Flashing Green but its Solid Orange and yes I have checked there is no service outage in the area..I have checked the physical connection many times and have also rebooted multiple times

  • vossyan_ David McGurk (@vossyan_) reported

@virginmedia I was promised to get Netflix as a free sign-up bonus a few months ago. Netflix was listed in my confirmation email but the email with my activation code never arrived. I've tried contacting through other methods but it's been no use, is there anything you can do?

  • jasonbushell86 Jason Bushell (@jasonbushell86) reported

@virginmedia Hi there, no lights(does the hub4 have lights other that the ring?; which is lit white) carried out the reset and now my Ethernet connected devices cant find the hub at all. Wifi working albeit slow using the default pass after reset.

  • jasonbushell86 Jason Bushell (@jasonbushell86) reported

@virginmedia No lights, did a reboot and 1 port found the hub again. giving me a speed between 5-18mbps, a few weeks ago it was over 150 (i'm on 250 but I was ok with 150). I've tried using different Ethernet cables on different devices so i dont think it's a cable issue
