    Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

    Thanks for the reply @virginmedia but in your instructions following your system check on your site it states you will be sending a signal to my hub to improve something. Nowhere does it date for me to do a pinhole reset. So which is correct because you need to correct something

    @virginmedia There are known issues in my area. Apparently 2 days in a row at, what i would imagine, are peak times. I seriously need to consider a new provider. This is getting beyond a joke for the money that I pay

    @virginmedia Not officially complained as hoped it would be resolved due to repeated reassurances I’ve had! Shouldn’t have to log a complaint for your error (verified by your engineers)! Cost of GP Partner husband (&my) time far exceeds cost of line rental we are paying for no landline!

    @virginmedia Havent spoken to anyone since my post there are issues in my area which means I have no internet and no TV, during lockdown this is not the most ideal situation 2 nights in a row after finishing work! Been down for over an hour so far that I know of as thats when i got home

    @virginmedia have the worst customer service in the world. Reported a fraud case to them 2 months ago and they have done nothing with it. You call there call centre and they just hang up on you. Great work guys 👍🏻

    @virginmedia are the worst I’ve known them in 15 yrs! I’ve had no tv for the last few days and an engineer coming in a week! Really! Also have an outstanding contract issue since March 23rd. Promised call back by managers but never comes. Avoid them!!

    @MrDKOz @virginmedia I asked Virgin's technician about the business package when i joined and he specifically said I wouldn't need it because their fibre service is so reliable it'd be a waste of money to go for the business package. I remember that vividly and it turned out to be terrible advice.

I am aware of how to report issues and how to check for them without making contact, when call always same response of the script they have in front of them. No human aspect to the cal

    Had v patchy internet, when @virginmedia resolved it in April, they connected the wrong cable, cutting off our landline for pt calls (mobile blackspot) Numerous promises frm managers @virginmedia & “urgent service requests” since. Last engineer visited yest. Still not resolved😡

    Been trying all morning to cancel my @virginmedia contract all morning, as it’s at the end and I can get a better deal elsewhere. Tried calling six times, to each time getting through to the cancellation team. To only be CUT OFF each time! How is this good customer service?!

    @virginmedia spent nearly 40 minutes on hold to cancel our broadband, got through to someone only for them to promptly hang up on me the second I said I’m cancelling. Your service is shocking

    @virginmedia I am no longer a Virgin Media member. Hurrah!! Yesterday, I called your company to switch off just my TV services. My intention was to retain your wifi . But once again due to incredibly poor handling by your company, I decided to cancel everything. Happy days!!

    @virginmedia I’ve tried and each time I’m told either ‘no managers available’ to complain or the call drops when being transferred, or can’t complain as not a media customer!

    @virginmedia And the problem is, I was told 48 hrs total on Friday. Today I find out the #netflix #virginmedia is a known problem and as you say up to 5 days for IT. Why has it taken (me 5 hours including waiting over) 5 days to be told this. It’s no wonder it causes complaints!
