    @virginmedia I have been but they couldn’t get a good-enough price and directed me to the self-service page but I get “customer-exclusion” at the end of the URL which tells me to use chat.

    CANNOT WAIT until we leave @VirginMedia in a few months time. Non stop internet issues for months now. I’d urge everyone to swerve Virgin Media. Better companies out there who do more and cost less.

    @KellyQuilt @virginmedia Virgin are hopeless for ease of contact. My daughter was with them and the service wasn’t at all good. This nonsense about calling them at a time to suit them is just ludicrous. They need to admit that they (& others) don’t staff adequately to suit their customers convenience. 🤬

    @virginmedia That was the first thing I tried but nothing happened. It’s only when I power off at the wall, wait a minute then power on that it changes. Right now it’s working fine but this has been a recurring problem this week.

    @virginmedia Hi John, my wifi has gone down 4 times since last night, we’ve reset it on the box twice this morning alone and it still keeps dropping … can’t get through to anyone on the phone and website says they won’t send anyone out for another 24 hours and only if the wifi stays down ???

    Very pleased to publicly announce we are leaving virgin media. I have never known such a diabolical internet service - current situation our 100mb per whatever it is means our internet is unstable for any zoom session. Utterly ridiculous. Hoorah for us 🙌🏻

    @virginmedia Doesn't matter now, we've terminated the contract and joined Three home broadband. I just think it's disgusting that a customer of over 10 years doesn't get offered a deal as good as a new customer.

    @virginmedia Everything is running fine then my devices can’t connect. It takes me switching the router off at the wall and on again for the connection to reestablish itself. First world problems but it’s a pain when I’m working upstairs and the router is downstairs. And it should just work!

    @virginmedia you claim we get 100 whatever’s per second. So tell me. Why my internet doesn’t work. I can’t stay on a zoom as my “internet is unstable” and live tv “jumps” not streams. You sent somebody to resolve last time. It’s now repeated this behaviour again. Why do that?

    @virginmedia Having trouble bringing my kitchen and lounge together consistently. Yes, cables checked, rebooted, reset, phoned 3 times. Was told engineer coming, then not, problem in area, then fixed, now it’s “downstream congestion issues”. Had enough, I’m off.

    @virginmedia No. Was told I’d get an email re automatic compensation scheme - never arrived. Anyway, I want reliable internet not compen. Get thrown off Zoom, can’t download things, Ring doorbell (2m from router) goes after person has left - yes reset that too.

    @virginmedia Tried to contact about broadband issue and package changes which escalated to a complaint due to staff being useless and calls being cut off. Brutal! Same thing anytime we try to contact, seriously considering moving to a company that actually handle calls.

    @virginmedia It’s like pulling teeth dealing with you guys, firstly I was give a number to text my postcode to get it collected, that has never happed, then I have spoken to another person in one of you C/C in another country and he said he has organise it to be collected.
