@virginmedia I called 2 days ago, saying I wanted to leave, lady tried to say due to COVID other co. Not going into homes. First co.Called can fit when needed. Told only way to cancel contract is to call- last two days called about 10 times all staff busy call. How do I cancel?!

I think @virginmedia are attempting to outdo @TUIUK for the worst customer services . I’ve spent 45 mins on hold so far waiting to speak to a human . Doesn’t beat 3 and half hours trying Tui but bless Virgin they’re trying. Just appalling 👍

@virginmedia and the broadband has gone down again. Every day around midday. Phone app has problems reaching servers, web service status says my broadband is good. Router flashing or sorts of green lights.

@virginmedia I've been on for nearly 9 hours trying to complain or cancel. Nobody answers the phone. I got put through to retention at 1030 am still no reply on chat and its now disconnected me. I'm cancelling my direct debit.

@virginmedia To register an outage to get a refund for Virgin Media’s automatic compensation scheme you have to be able to get to talk to someone or use the website, both of which seem to be impossible, as the TV service has been down for 6hrs how can you report lack of service?
