    @virginmedia Yes,rebooted hub plenty of times. Lights flashing randomly. Registered for text service for service issues and just received one saying useage outing registered and est repair time now 26/09/19.another 2 days of problems. This affects my work at home. Need to cancel and go to Sky

    @virginmedia No difference at all when hub rebooted, Broadband still off and no way of getting through to your teams either by phone or via website to report ‘total lack of connection ‘ ! REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. 😡

    @Matey30 @virginmedia Nothing less than I’ve come to expect from them. Service has been so bad which is why we’ve left their tv service. Had to keep the broadband for now due to limitations of other local providers. Now watching freeview…

    @virginmedia Used to work for the company know all about rebooting after a fix. Just done *** and TiVo box again whilst still waiting for someone to answer the phone and it still doesn’t work. Absolutely shocking

    @virginmedia I appreciate your reply and I've done everything - its says no issues in the area but it said that yesterday and there was - I've had wrong service text come thru and all sorts- it's just not good enough

    @virginmedia No it just rebooted, I thought it only reboots itself for updates etc when the box isn’t in use or after 11pm or something when not many people are using their boxes, the box is very slow at times as well when flicking through tv guide

    @virginmedia I’m having issues other user seem to be having with VM and Sky (glass in my case). Both wired and wireless connections to the internet not working via the sky device. Connecting to the router fine. All other devices on the network are connecting to the internet fine.
