  Mad that I pay £71 a month for 350mbps for @virginmedia Broadband for them to only supply me with 40mbps, internet is barely moving, can’t even load basic web pages on my MacBook or phone. Problems in the Birmingham area?

  @Benleo Some years back I was having awful issues with VirginMedia. On one visit my then 3yr old son looked at the engineer and said in a super clear voice - Sky is even better - the tag line at the time. The chap and I stopped arguing and just started laughing our asses off!

  @Benleo @virginmedia Wait wait I can top that, daughter has sky broadband, it went off about 2 months ago, she's rung & rung, told they can't check her service or book an engineer, took the payment last month, this month took 2. Still say they can't check anything. OMFG what a load of rubbish!!

  @Benleo @virginmedia @virginmedia are terrible, I stopped the television & phone package years ago because of bad customer service. I only have the broadband now & although the broadband is really good the price is extortionate if you don’t keep signing up to a contract, so I’ll be cancelling that.

  @Benleo @virginmedia You should speak to @dshensmith about this, he's had some issues himself with these companies but to do with phones. He might be able to give some advice obviously not legal or watch his videos if you haven't very good information in them
