@virginmedia I’ve been trying to tell @virginmedia but the process is so complicated I was losing the will to live. Staff #rude and #persistent
-
Ben Limehouse (@BenLimehouse) reported from Redditch, England
@virginmedia I have already called that number this morning. They told me there was no available deals. I've put a note in my diary to call back on the 16th. I'm not holding out much hope though considering the poor experience I've had today. I wanted to sort it today on my day off.

Andrew Evans (@evansaviography) reported from Solihull, England
@virginmedia @siandsal Well here in Solihull 120miles north no one on Virgin has a mobile signal either!!!
-
Phil Tonks (@PhilTonks2) reported from Dudley, England
@alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia I sincerely hope you don't end up with a fault. I was with @TalkTalk for many years until a fault last year. Quite honestly the worst company of any description I have ever dealt with. Totally failed to resolve, now much happier on @virginmedia
-
Phil Tonks (@PhilTonks2) reported from Dudley, England
@alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia If they mess me about, I'll simply move. I was lied to, ignored and never resolved with @TalkTalk - and they have the cheek to send me rubbish about how they "miss" me. Try doing anything with 0.3mbs.

Carol Herbert (@violah31) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia has terrible customer service. I’ve spoken to 3 people and still can’t leave #cancelation #held_hostage 😡
-
Ben Limehouse (@BenLimehouse) reported from Redditch, England
@virginmedia I'm an existing customer, I've been with you for coming up 2 years. The colleague I dealt with was so unhelpful and just told me to call back on the 16th. I have a back up plan anyway as I've just spoken to sky and can get a 80mb for £25. I can afford the 20mb loss for £34 saving

Saqib👨🏽🦯 (@Saq5000) reported from West Bromwich, England
@virginmedia thanks for looking into this in great detail and I only wish that I could go back to the previous version which was fully accessible and user-friendly unlike this version of the app. They shouldn't of updated the app because it wasn't broken in the first place.
-
Saqib👨🏽🦯 (@Saq5000) reported from West Bromwich, England
@virginmedia OK thanks for that and the screen has gone away after I clicked on the sea terms link but I still have the problem of not being able to swipe to delete on individual programs within a folder as this was possible before the update
-
Caitlin Wilson (@Caitlin__Wilson) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia is actually the worst. Imagine paying money for WiFi which goes off multiple times a day and is slow even when it’s running well🥴

-
Simon Banks 🦁 (@sjbanks47) reported from Tamworth District, England
@virginmedia your online service status says there are no known issues in my area. However when I called just with a broadband issue I was told there is a fault in our area. If your website was up to date I would not have needed to call and queue for 30 mins.
-
John McKeon (@goingabitgrey) reported from Birmingham, England
@brumcyclist It’s a good haggling tool when trying to get the price down with virgin media
-
Chris (@ChrisPresslie) reported from Wednesfield, England

-
Rich Pemberton (@rich_pemberton) reported from Solihull, England
@virginmedia land line and internet is fine however we have 2 mobile phones and neither can make a call can you confirm if there is an issue as there is no answer from the call centre
-
Simon Banks 🦁 (@sjbanks47) reported from Brownhills, England
@virginmedia once again your online service status tells me there are no known issues in our area. I call to report I still have the intermittent fault I have had for over a week and told there is a fault in the area which may not be fixed until 12th March.
-
Karen Tomalin (@BigBraLady) reported from Dudley, England
Intermittent broadband, no phone line and unable to log into the @virginmedia on line account as we don’t exist. Puts the tin lid on A completely crap day.
-
Louis @ MyBusyMind (@ManStickCar) reported from Birmingham, England
@VirginMobile @virginmedia proved to me that they don’t do customer service. We waited a month for a phone sent to a wrong address, & then had to collect it ourselves. We also proved the phone had a fault from the start, but now we’ve been told to claim on insurance and pay £125!

Robyn Jankel (@RobynJankel) reported
@virginmedia I've finally got through to online chat & booked an engineer. But they told me I needed to register total loss of service for compensation. There is literally nowhere online to do this. It talks about it but there's no link to click. Where is the link to register loss of service?
-
Tiny Trucka (@TruckaTiny) reported
@virginmedia been a customer since telewest days. Nothing but problems since 1g Internet speed and new router for over 2 weeks now. Have to go over and over the same thing every time I phone customer services. Had enough now.
-
Umario (@Umario35833388) reported
@virginmedia They said it’s a known issue with old email addresses - but I’ve not heard and it’s been a week now. Can’t get the virgin go up and running to watch stuff on the iPad or activate the Netflix
-
Colin (@CSW59577690) reported
@virginmedia Appalling Customer Service, had internet that kept dropping out for months, my contract was changed without my authority, customer services pass you pillar to post, nothing gets resolved, my requests ignored, as a goodwill gesture you should waiver disconnection fee
-
elaine cruise (@elaine_cruise) reported
@virginmedia Called over 20 times absolute horrific service - will be raising with @Ofcom
-
james bremner 🇬🇧🏴 (@rfcbremner) reported
@virginmedia The technician was only given a 20 min window to solve the messy cables, install a box on the wall, put a new cover on the box at the front. He couldn’t finish it let alone look in to connection issues. Another engineer visit booked for the 20th. It’s just not good enough imo!
-
Moe (@supre_mo88) reported
@virginmedia what has happen to your customer service? Used to be what made you stand out from the competitors. I’ll be leaving as soon as my contracts up. So poor!
-
Markie Mark (@MTimperley) reported
@virginmedia Internet and tv down for hours. Any chance of this being fixed for football at 3 #Uesless

@virginmedia @NatGeoUK Hi Virgin Media, there’s been terrible intermittent connection in BS6 all week. I’ve tested all my equipment multiple times but this must be a fault for you guys to solve now. Can I be refunded on my bill please? Please can this be issue elevated up and someone contact me?
