    @virginmedia So what do I need to do as I have NO service, 5 days a week. I am the emergency contact for my rider ly parents and last week she was rushed into hospital but couldn't contact me. I feel that my contract with virgin is not being met.

    @virginmedia No, I do cover other sites but do not take my phone to work so not sure whether it works at them. I only cover sickness so I am mainly based at one site. Others have the exact same problem so have changed to Vodafone, as that works perfectly

    @virginmedia No I have reported it a couple of times, but they say that I had internet usage on there. This is because the background app refresh was on. My issue is no phone coverage between 7am - 4pm.

    @virginmedia There is no network coverage where I now work apart from Vodafone. I leave my phone at home, turned on just I case I get calls. It has only been a problem since I started this job on the 1/10/18. If you check my CALL usage you will see none registered

    @virginmedia Yes we do but this again is a complicated part because I myself have an account and so do my parents , but I have never set up an account in terms of passwords or log in details etc. But I’ve been using my connection for over a year now with no issues.

    Mate it’s absolutely shocking service. I’m having the same issue with @virginmedia I wish I never left sky. Terrible service, faulty tv box internet constantly down and they tried to charge me double on my bill (£232) in which they calculated it wrong. @virginmedia are a shambles

    I'm beging to think it would be quicker to just sign up to @virginmedia than wait for @TalkTalk to fix my broadband had nothing since Wednesday but just been told its still not been reported to @OpenreachHelp who are the ones who need to fix it apparently. Only in Britain.

    @dilan_ipekx @JackofallReeds @virginmedia The planned disconnection was to a Virgin Media box which was requested from VM. The work was done earlier than originally scheduled therefore causing the issue as everything hasn't been transferred to a new unit. We are now working closely with VM to rectify the issue.
