@virginmedia Nobody has called me and the WhatsApp chat is very frustrating and not dealing with the issue. This is very simple, I was sent contract paperwork with an agreed monthly fee of £86.75. Why have I paid two months of excessively higher payments. I should have left VM

@virginmedia Alternatively, if you feel the urge to actually be helpful, you can search my name and location (it's an uncommon name) and ask a complaints manager to contact me. No security issues or breaches, since the notes I've been assured are on file, will be there to check.

  • EvanD

@virginmedia 2/ Despite that issue being due to a junction connection in the cabinet in the street, the op seems to refuse to look at that and just wants to reboot my router. Also claims it is due to my use of Modem Mode. Is there anyone in the UK I can contact regarding this?

  • BrianMCape
Brian Cape (@BrianMCape) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia @TelfordMemories Mine went down last night and despite it coming back on today the speed right now is 146mbps when I pay for a gig.

  • Jess_Simpson645
    Jessica Simpson 😺🐶🐾 (@Jess_Simpson645) reported

@virginmedia just trying to cancel an engineer appointment by phone. The amount of questions I am being asked to verify it’s me is absolutely ridiculous. They are wanting information that I will have to look up on my computer which is not to hand, so unfortunately they will have to turn up at my house and I will have to tell them they are not needed and I will tell them why.

  • harrewis
    Paul THORNE (@harrewis) reported

@virginmedia brilliant…received new 360 remotes. Zero instructions in box so have to find instructions online. Cannot connect remote to tv after MANY attempts. No way of getting help! Why no clear instructions in the box on how to pair??!!

  • rolo852010

@virginmedia Can you not just reply on here and just explain ? There is nothing secret about this post there’s nothing to hide it’s a general question regarding the cool down period.

@virginmedia Hi. We are having broadband issues in our area. It says fixed date 17th April. Surely that can’t be right? A week away to fix it??

@virginmedia can you explain to me how the cooling down period works, I got a broadband and tv package last year and I got a new tv box a few days ago but I’m not happy with the tv box am I in the cooling down period on cancelling my contract as it’s a new device I received ?

@virginmedia @El_Lloydie Dont bother. You wont get any satisfaction. I sent a webform complaint in 27 march and an email to the CEO last weekend. Still waiting for a response

  • shauny67
    Shaun (@shauny67) reported

@virginmedia @itswesty Is this WiFi or ethernet if WiFi will be a device issue. Turn all devices off, restart the hub then bring one device up at a time until the internet drops then will know which device has the issue.

  • shauny67
    Shaun (@shauny67) reported

@virginmedia @sharonmariahall Yes excellent internet speeds & the only provider you can put the router into modem mode & add your own kit. 9 times out of 10 any WiFi issues are down to devices or where you have the router not the service. If you have a WiFi pod ensure you set up WiFi back haul.
