    @virginmedia Another lie I was told then! Apparently they were sending transcripts from 2 online chats yesterday and 1 from today. I’m really disappointed with Virgin, I expect better customer service from such a big company.

    @virginmedia new tv box Friday as mentioned before didn’t work Friday started working yesterday now today it’s off again! Done the status check says no problems said box was on standby. I did get a flicker of a program for less than a minute then no signal.

    @virginmedia Is there an email address I can use instead? I can just tell them the address and send the photos and explain the problem. They turn up whenever and fix it (its on the street, so no one needs to be home) I’ve taped up the lower parts, but up higher it is hanging over a shop sign.

    Gutted that I’ve renewed my mobile contract with @virginmedia I don’t think I’ve ever had such bad customer service before. I’m still waiting for transcripts from my chats yesterday to complain to the Ombudsman about them. I will not be renewing with them again!

    @virginmedia poor doesn’t come anywhere near the description needed for the service you provide for a long term customer who simply needs the OLD Superhub 2ac router replacing. I simply need a replacement sent quickly but must wait for an engineer on Tuesday 4th January.

    Virgin media sim card is free and it's not worth it. It's really bad. Hardly ever get a signal when out when u do it's about 5mb

    @sahinbrum @virginmedia I agree that their compensation policy is bs, I’ve found when I’ve had any outage affect me, they patch it quickly so the service gets intermittent while they work on a full fix, that way they don’t have to compensate, even if service drops out every couple minutes. BS really

    @virginmedia I even had customer service staff lie to me and tell me it was because roadworks were taking place that the pre-install work was being delayed. To then be told that a wayleave form had not been processed, 3 months after being told the work was complete, is ridiculous.

    @virginmedia Simply changing account holders and setting a direct debit. After "waiting to be transferred twice" I assume he thought I'd give up and hang up, he said there was a problem on his end and then hung up on me.

    @virginmedia Pre installation work was supposed to be carried out on December 7th. I received a message this had been completed on December 8th. An engineer came to install on December 18th, bit found the work had not been done. Since then, it has not been done, and I'm left without service

    @umwhoslouise @virginhelp @virginmedia I finally got a call back and they claimed there was no area-wide issue because not enough people had complained about it! I suggested that might be because we're all frantically trying to work at home and don't have an hour to wait on hold only to be hung up on.
