Hey @virginmedia Had a contract with you for years but the TV service is terrible. Called to sort - gave details including PW for account via auto system (all correct). Person said the name on my AC is different??? My bill is in my name! Left hanging on for 28 mins then cut off!

@virginmedia Hi LS. I didn't know Virgin provided internet service in Taiwan! If I was back in the UK I wouldn't willingly use any Virgin/Branson product unless there was absolutely no other choice tbh no offence to you. Looking forward to when his trains get renationalised + he's out of NHS.

@virginmedia Called technical support again, twice I was cut off when explaining my issue and then 3rd time was told a supervisor would call me back, still waiting. Is there not an escalations team who can take ownership of my issue? Not asking for much, just for my issue to be resolved.
