    @virginmedia Yes this was after I reset. I have been trying a hub reset regularly and it doesn’t help. How do I check the package I am on? Im not sure.

    I think @virginmedia are attempting to outdo @TUIUK for the worst customer services . I’ve spent 45 mins on hold so far waiting to speak to a human . Doesn’t beat 3 and half hours trying Tui but bless Virgin they’re trying. Just appalling 👍

    @virginmedia Absolutely atrocious customer service! Waited for my Hub 4 to arrive as we are now paying for highest broadband, it arrives and has wrong power cable inside, phoned to sort, on hold for 20 mins then speak to someone who has IT issues and has put us on 40 mins hold!

    @virginmedia I’m absolutely disgusted with the mobile messaging chat. I have been trying since 11:30am to speak to an advisor and still not getting anywhere. I’d now like to cancel my new order as I am disgusted with the customer service for a new mobile customer!!!

    @virginmedia You can stick that. I suggest you fix the connection I’ve been having for weeks now, I can’t even load anything on my phone in the rook directly below. Before you ask I’ve done all the tests too then never heard back from you.

    @virginmedia Regarding my speeds. I was getting well over 100mbs then I get email saying you upgrading me to 200 speed but all I get now is speeds between 2 and 20. Been on phone finally and no help l. Saying I need to buy a pod for £5 a month. Cant do anything to help me apart from that

    @virginmedia Your signal noisy they fixed, worked for an hour each time before the problem resumed. 2nd gave number to ring if problem occurred, phoned said issue would be fixed firmware 15/2. Came and went still issue. Third came laughed that 2nd engineer had fobbed us off with firmware fix

    @virginmedia On Friday service status reported issues, no broadband/wifi between midnight and 8am, status clear since then but TV has been pixellating and broadband/wifi dropping Saturday and Sunday mornings. At time of this reply service working ok.

    @virginmedia Help! How do I block phone numbers on my landline? I keep getting calls from the 01450 region. CS advised me its not possible to block them yet website says about adding numbers to a blacklist.

    @virginmedia furious 😡 rang up the other day to cancel subscription ad coming to end of contract, was offered a deal so opted to stay and told nothing would change. Now I put on the TV to find most of the channels I watch aren’t available anymore 😡 sort it!!!!!!

    @virginmedia Have posted there multiple times, all advise having and engineer visit. Which I’ve had 3 times, none of which have resolved the issue that’s been ongoing since the first week of January. Patience is something I believe I’ve demonstrated and that I’m currently out of.
