    @virginmedia Broadband issues since May 2018. Multiple calls to customer service with no permanent fix. Last time I called I was asked the same questions repeatedly then cut off. Want a new hub that works and a bill review as it’s gone from £65 to £79 since Sept 2018!

    @MingSwift The TV service is great but if we can’t rely on our WiFi in a connected home, it’s not worth it. Have made a complaint. If they don’t offer an upgraded hub (which they’ve not before) and compensation/reduced bill (gone up by £14 since Sept), we’ll be gone. @virginmedia

    And once again we are unable to use our @virginmedia wifi. When I called customer services today they took nearly 10min to answer, asked the same basic questions repeatedly and then cut me off without even starting to resolve anything! Bloody useless. Issues since May 2018.

    @virginmedia I took a walk to clear my mind and decided all the hassle isn’t worth it. So I just rang to cancel the TV order. If you’d honoured the original request, you’d be getting an extra £7/month from me (and probably more if I upgraded my channels). I can live without it though

    @virginmedia No, I do cover other sites but do not take my phone to work so not sure whether it works at them. I only cover sickness so I am mainly based at one site. Others have the exact same problem so have changed to Vodafone, as that works perfectly

    @virginmedia There is no network coverage where I now work apart from Vodafone. I leave my phone at home, turned on just I case I get calls. It has only been a problem since I started this job on the 1/10/18. If you check my CALL usage you will see none registered
