    @virginmedia It wasn’t me it was my sister. She spent 3hrs 10 minutes on the phone to customer services and still didn’t get her issue sorted. Its not great customer service really, oh well.

    First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

    So #VirginMedia I report a fault this morning, you say repaired by 6pm. 7pm I called as still not working despite txt/email says fixed. 50 mins of listening to music then, "the other person has cleared" Really don't like being lied to. Not good enough, valued customer, my arse!

    @virginmedia hello! our wifi has been down all day. i factory resetted it, turned it on and off, checked if all the cables were plugged in etc. nothing. all the lights are green (there's the wifi symbol and two arrows flashing) and it's online - just not connecting. help

    Hi @virginmedia I want a second TIVO box but wondered if I can run cables from the external brown box OUTSIDE to connect rather than cables inside the house as they are not close. Spoke to your technical help but couldn’t understand their accent (Far East). What do I do?

    @virginmedia Just because its always been your policy to take money electronically for services not provided, hold onto it for 35 days and then send out a paper cheque doesnt mean it the correct thing to do or meets customer expectations!
