@virginmedia But when a contract is agreed like a mortgage or a fixed energy deal surely the agreement should last the full term. I’ve had issues since September & been told I can’t leave due to being under a contract so why should my costs go up when I’ve got an agreement in place until Dec
-
SorachiTim (@PolymathTim) reported from West Bromwich, England
Zero Internet connectivity from @virginmedia now for pushing 12 hours. Resetting and/or powering down the hub does nothing, the diagnostic and fault tools just go round and around in an ever more boring circle. #LightningSpeedFarce

@virginmedia Yup! You guys never put in the correct disconnection date so rather than disconnecting us on 1st April you disconnected us today! Someone from your customer care team has said she has resolved it. Fingers crossed she has done it correctly! Would be a first for us if she did!

Eb (@Ebb1) reported
@bgrbandit @virginmedia Best way to cancel is send a letter to their complaints dept, Sunderland, send it recorded delivery, and then cancel direct debit in 30 days time. You have done your legal duty to cancel. They then have no leg to stand on. Meantime arrange to switch providers. Hope that helps.

@virginmedia service. His package (he only uses the phone to call friends as he can’t see tv or internet) costs him £50/mo. No luck from customer service.
-
Michael Bailey (@jollybeggars) reported
@AnnCleeves @virginmedia The problem with Virgin is that while the actual connection is generally the fastest and most solid you can get, the Superhub 3 router is absolute junk, and will fall over at the drop of a hat. Get powerline WiFi extenders and it'll probably be great.

Yu Hsuan Yang (@yangzyylhr) reported
@virginmedia Sorry but I am in overseas now. Might not be the most practical thing to go back and forth on texts I am afraid. I have made a complaint about this, the complaint reference is C-260321963, but still haven’t heard back from you. Do you have any access to complaints please?
