    @virginmedia Parents experiencing continual issues with their Virgin services... have tried contacting Virgin for over month and continually on hold. Now on hold again and this issue needs to be resolved. Elderly parents and no mobile. Any help as this is disgusting service!!

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @virginmedia It does. The internet will randomly cut out then come back on 2/3 minutes later. I’ve factor reset it via the router setting and a manual factory reset with no luck.

    @virginmedia Had probs for 8 weeks trying to get engineer out! Still taking £96 a month though Poor internet speed Wifi isn't working Spent 3hrs on phone Sat Currently on hold (3rd time today) cut off twice! On demand stopped working

    @virginmedia I don't think the issue is with the router (neither did your own technician who came to my home) but I understand you might not have any other advice to offer in your position. We will pin reset again and wait for the problem to happen again and then report it again, I guess...

    @virginmedia so I pay £85 a month for a service to be down for 24 hours. No tv or internet. Was told it would be fixed by 7:10pm yesterday and now looking online now apparently 3pm today what on earth has caused this! As there’s been no explanation on why everything’s down!

    Not a day goes by without Virgin Media wifi issues and since they are the only supplier in our area that can provide “fast” broadband we are stuck paying for bad service. Tell me again how “private” is best bc competing suppliers drive quality of product up and prices down.

    @virginmedia Your none uk agents aren't aswell trained as they don't understand basic English as it's not on the script that you give them you take them off the script and get scared and put the phone down A problem like this will not be sorted as it is not straight forward
