    @virginmedia It wasn’t me it was my sister. She spent 3hrs 10 minutes on the phone to customer services and still didn’t get her issue sorted. Its not great customer service really, oh well.

    First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

    It came back on for about 15 minutes, then went LOLZ jk c ya. I really love this service, we're definitely going to stay with Virgin Media when the contract is up. LOLZ jk c ya.

    So @virginmedia @virginhelp I have spoken to the webchat who told me to call the helpdesk. Helpdesk have told me to write a letter. WILL ANYONE HELP ME!??? I will write to Rachel Barrass but not going to really help when the debt collectors arrive.

    @virginmedia bit annoyed at the service I’m receiving. I am trying to speak to someone about an order which is “parked” says someone will be in touch but no one has been? Can’t find an online chat and phone I give up being on hold!!!

    @virginmedia Ok I did that a optimised then signal. So I will give that a go for now and hopefully it won’t kick me out again. I though it was the online meeting platform but it happened across multiple sites (teams, Skype etc...)

    You literally can't make this up. Working from home today and @virginmedia goes down again. Jinxed, every time I have important work to do from home the net drops. I would phone customer service but I know from past enquires they are completely useless.

    @CliffHague @virginmedia If you have not already ring to disconnect then tell retentions you need 2nd line support. They should be in Scotland or North East and really know their stuff I have Virgin but use gmail as a preferred option Good Luck!

    Not only that, when speaking to a manager he has proceeded to cut me off and hang up after a 50 minute phone call. What kind of **** show are you running over there ? This is disgusting customer service! @virginmedia

    Call number 25 with @virginmedia after the service desk hung up on my after I waited 30 mins to connect and then when I did get through put my on hold and then hung up 😭😬😬 on your call number 26

    @virginmedia After waiting 28 minutes I got through to someone on the Helpdesk, who told me there was no problem. I asked to book an engineer, I was told as there was no issue an engineer was not required.

    @virginmedia Had a reply, had to go through the process several times because I kept getting the bot. even when I did get an agent they didn’t know what the issue was! they just offered the same £12 discount & said there was nothing else they could do. Like I say you don’t value loyalty

    So @virginmedia, I’m a new customer. Caller ID doesn’t work, spent hours on the phone trying to fix, you sent an engineer who couldn’t resolve, 2hrs on phone yesterday passed around the call centre. Last person said VM doesn’t have caller display. How do I get this fixed?

    @virginmedia I'll be calling later, but I expect the same message I get every time I call (after running the same few tests) - "The engineers are working on it. Nothing tech support can do." As I've said, this has been going on for 6 months, and it's the same broken record every time!
