  @Tilton247 @virginmedia I had the same for 2 years. Constantly disconnecting on a daily basis . Changed the Hub and it worked straight away. No issues since. Good luck getting a new hub off them though.

  @virginmedia No. Already done it about 7 times without any luck. I refuse to waste more hours in queues, only to rehash my issues to another anonymous operator. I've been assured that this is in the hands of a named handler, who didn't call me back as promised and is ignoring my emails. Fail

  @PharmacistExpat @virginmedia They could - but their website states broadband is only an issue when it’s broadband only deals, it’s it’s broadband and tv - it says any broadband, therefore anything that’s in the “not eligible” below, doesn’t count for them
