    @virginmedia Held on for 45 mins on Friday and today. Was told there were "communication issues" on Friday and the guy I was speaking to said he'd call me back straightaway on my landline. He didn't. I tried again today to be told they couldn't access the system and that I should call again.

    Hey @virginmedia Had a contract with you for years but the TV service is terrible. Called to sort - gave details including PW for account via auto system (all correct). Person said the name on my AC is different??? My bill is in my name! Left hanging on for 28 mins then cut off!

    @virginmedia Really poor service today. Loyal customer, since day 1 Spent over an hour on the phone and still paying a lot of money for equipment that doesn't work. Solution, just reset everything, switch it off and on again! Really??? TV box 8 years old! Not a valued customer.

    @virginmedia I was at Guys hospital where a previous sim worked. I have not tried it at home. It is not even recognised. As before it offers three other service providers and ‘other’ upon which if selected I am asked three questions that I cannot answer correctly.

    @virginmedia Just spent an hour waiting to speak to someone in your team, who then transferred me and the call dropped. Your company is an absolute joke. It is not an outage in our area. It is as simple as I have not had internet for 6 weeks and I am supposed to have 1Gbps
