    @Poxo01 We have been battling rising costs and poor service with @virginmedia for years. Have argued down the contract repeatedly due to issues. Just got the internet and home control stable again and then get another price increase letter. Fed up with them.

    Waiting over 22 minutes thus far for @virginmedia to answer phone, as I have no broadband service. Service suddenly went when watching catch up tv. 🙄

    @stephanemassey @VirginMediaCorp You should leave Virgin Media, I can pretty much guarantee the service won’t improve and you’ll be left with no internet on a regular basis.

    @virginmedia Your an absolute joke of a company, you charge me £50 a month for broadband and it hasn’t worked for the last 2 months, 4 people in our street have the same problem but yet when an engineer comes out they claim they’ve fixed it when they havent,sort it out,disgrace.

    @ChrisScottBtn I’m fed up of this process year on year with an ongoing problematic service. Three complaints, two left unanswered. And then the onus is on you to chase! I cannot be bothered with them anymore. That’s the level customer service I’ve come to expect from @virginmedia now.

    @_gl_lxuise @SkyUK @virginmedia Same problem here. They keep saying they have fixed the issue when they clearly haven’t. They are good at putting prices up but not at fixing issues. I’m going back to Sky.

    @iwkya1 @virginmedia I have had intermittent service for 3 days - today no service at all. Spent 45 minutes on phone being told it was my equipment finally for someone to admit it's an area outage which they hope will be fixed by sometime tomorrow. I am now looking for another provider.

    @virginmedia The technician td me you KNEW the problem was not my equipment but because you are lazy and/or incompetent you did not refresh your service updates for the past 3 days, I guess you were all in mourning for a stranger when people like me still have to work.

    @CBLG7 @virginmedia It's not your hub. Virgin Media is not sending a strong enough signal to your hub for you to have service. It is their fault. Demand compensation, report to Ofcom and change provider.

    @virginmedia @iwkya1 Online says no issues but I just spoke to your technical dept who said there has been an issue for 3 days and only now you're trying to fix it and that your service update is BS. Lying to your cus to get them to book £25 service visits. Reporting you frauds to Ofgem!

    @virginmedia Yep. All checked an no issues reported. We've tried another corded handset and it's the same issue. No dialling tone. It's definitely something wrong with your service I'm afraid.
