    @virginmedia No it doesn't feel hot it randomly starts the fan really loud and doesn't stop its on top of a cupboard not close to any walls ect it's cleaned still have the problem at least twice a week

    @virginmedia And this is why, I'll be reporting you to trading standards for fraudulent misselling/misrepresentation and then abdicating ALL responsibility/accountability to resolve. There's no security/DPA issues in you giving me a direct dial number via DM. You just don't want to resolve.

    @virginmedia No. Already done it about 7 times without any luck. I refuse to waste more hours in queues, only to rehash my issues to another anonymous operator. I've been assured that this is in the hands of a named handler, who didn't call me back as promised and is ignoring my emails. Fail

    @virginmedia Rebooted several times. Wi-Fi works fine, it’s just the VPN. Automated message says there’s still an issue.

    I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

    @virginmedia Everything is running fine then my devices can’t connect. It takes me switching the router off at the wall and on again for the connection to reestablish itself. First world problems but it’s a pain when I’m working upstairs and the router is downstairs. And it should just work!

    @matt_hanson70 @virginmedia Intermittent for 2.5 days, Sunday always v poor the worst is 0.4mbs with a 250mbs supply. VM's script always saying reboot etc.. Funny though following reporting an issue a week ago I suddenly recorded 256mbs for an hour then it slowly drops to normal! First ever hitting supply.

    @virginmedia what is going on B31 5 still without Broadband & TV from 11am and now being told fix is 12pm tomorrow. I have been unable to work all day & now problem is going in to tomorrow. This is unacceptable & I hope refunds for loss of service will be applied to all accounts.

    Had an @virginmedia broadband outage on Sunday for 2 hours. Since then, connection so spotty that I'm getting 10 seconds of completely dropped packets followed by 20 seconds of slow-as-molasses ping times once every 10 minutes.

    @virginmedia We had issuse with our service, and was told we would need new cables. We the new cables installed. They left cabels hanging in the garden which has since been removed. Our grass is ruined (I have photos) it looks like next doors cable are also under or grass????

    Hi @virginmedia, I am in Kidderminster, Worcestershire (DY11) and my Virgin Media broadband connection is very poor this week. I have checked your website & apparently there are no issues in my area. I have also restated my access point/router twice but no improvement.

    @EdnaKrabapple1 @virginmedia There was a Virgin 'outage ' yesterday which caused a lot of problems including pixilating. Most channels are now fine except for BBC 3 and 4. I've not phoned 150 cos I know its not just me and i know I'm not the only one.

    @virginmedia Regardless of the actual problem, it seems the company is totally inept. Why was your incoming call message not working, why was the on hold musac playing the same one track for an hour. Why did it take so many hours for any public announcement?

    @ArmchairAdml Just give notice or switch to a different provider. I had similar with Virgin media recently and literally had to have my wife try and open a new account at the address before I got a deal comparable to the new customer one.

    @virginmedia Been off nearly 24 hours. My nannan is elderly and she cant watch anything. She lives alone and pays a lot for this service. Its ridiculous.

    @virginmedia your V360 upgrade system is broken. It took me 3 days of chat to arrange my upgrade and I’ve ordered it for my dad and he’s not received the remotes despite ordering on 2 May. I can’t face the pain of going through a chat and details authorisation again.
