    @virginmedia such bad service from day one, nothing but problems and frustrations, an active complaint now been running for all of 2021 and so far I’ve received no contact, I have called in at least 6 times each time I get promised it will be sorted but still waiting? Shocking!!

    @virginmedia It was a five minute fix, but she lost one month of TV access as a result. She’s a nurse so arranging a daytime appointment took a while because of her work patterns. It’s her first home of her own and I felt she had been treated in a less than respectable manner.

    @virginmedia My daughter had to make 2 phone calls to your customer service department to resolve a problem with her new TV box in November last year. She was almost 2 hours on the phone & then an engineer visit solved the problem. Engineer admitted the setup instructions were at fault.

    @virginmedia by sport one channel not working I’ve rebooted the box and still not getting any signal but all the other by channels are working what’s going on 🤬🤬

    @virginmedia The issue is happening on the app so it looks like it’s duplicated the laptop using chrome 4 times. 3 of those need removing which I can’t do

    Sick of having issues with my Wi-Fi!! At least a couple times a day the router starts flashing and won’t connect anyone in my house to it! Internet speeds are slow all the time 😡 @virginmedia sort it out

    @virginmedia is trying to charge me an exit fee of £240 because I am changing address. I would continue with their service, except THEY don't supply the new address. How is this OK? How is such a large company getting away with such a brazen scam. Wow!

    @coopersalty I strongly suggest you invest in Sky or Virgin media then. Having an old TV with only 5 channels is the problem here!!

    @virginmedia my wifi is constantly going down, it's happened 4 times today, so frustration. Why do I pay £74 pound a month for this service!? Really thinking of switching to @SkyUK

    @virginmedia I’ve called and called l’ve used the chat line numerous times. A agent opened a complaint in early feb l received a letter saying all sorted when it wasn’t there are 2 complaints outstanding and my accounts are still wrong.

    @virginmedia The first agent was so rude the second very helpful said she hoped she had sorted the dates of my contract and the bill. But as yet the bill for March hasn’t changed l have no idea what is happening with the complaints. I’m so worn down by it all.

    @virginmedia That might require quite an extensive overall of your infrastructure and servers however you could maybe start by answering the telephone - you are a telecoms company. Or does customer service fly out the window once the direct debits are set up?

    @virginmedia Yes, everyone is sorry and everyone understands but no one wants to help. I still haven’t cancelled and you ask me to pay early cancellation fees after raising the prices. If not talking about the current contract I stayed a customer for almost 4 years even with the abuse I got.

    @virginmedia Does anyone know how to get through to virgin? Made 2 complaints and have two fault reference numbers made online as not been able to speak to an operator for over 5 months now. No response whatsoever! Terrible Customer Service!

    @virginmedia Weak signal in various places throughout the house causing devices to not work including the 360 box. I need some WiFi pods which I understand are out of stock. Understandable but in the meantime I’m paying for a poor service and un-useable equipment

    @virginmedia So good of you to let us leave as you have welched on an agreement. My colleague had been a customer for 4 years compared to my 10 years, yet he hasn’t had a price increase. New customers also get the same offer as him. You are targeting older, loyal customers. Please explain
