I have been unable to work all day & now problem is going in to tomorrow. This is unacceptable & I hope refunds for loss of service will be applied to all accounts.

Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.

My mum is in her 70’s and waited in for an engineer only for them to send a text 10mins before to say you were coming in the 26th. The original appointment was the 21st and her TV service has been down for well over a week.
