    @virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

    @virginmedia Sorry my tweet mentioned I contacted customer service via text. Asked for my complaint to be raised to a senior manager to discuss the upgrade process and wording, but was just offered a deadlock letter within 15 days! Not your procedure in your complaints code of practice..

    @virginmedia upload 0.5 Mbps (Vs. a 30Mbps + promise) since 13/11. No fix in sight in spite of @virginmedia having acknowledged our pb, at a time where having a decent internet service in your home is a matter of life & death.

    @virginmedia I didn't get notified about this, thanks for replying. My broadband is shocking, dropped packets and slow internet. Price increase is since moving off offer rate. I want to leave and move to @SkyHelpTeam. How can I leave when I can't get through on phone?

    @virginmedia What is happening? The issue was finally resolved yesterday around 10pm, had intermittent internet since then. Now no internet, just checked area, now it says there is a fault and will be fixed tonight’s routine 7pm. Unbelievable!!! That’s 3 days without internet, ridiculous!
