@virginmedia It's been 2 months when I moved from @SkyUK to @virginmedia and its been an absolute joke of a service. I probably called Sky about 3 times in the 15 years I was with them. I called you guys about 50 times in the space of 2 months. Great service to customers.. Awesome

@OffMyNoodles @virginmedia Only after a total meltdown to the person on the phone did I get some “real” service. I hated myself for doing so but I had no option. Broadband was down, router fkd and they wouldn’t send another. I now use the new router as a modem & linked it to an ORBI system. 200+Mbps now!

@virginmedia Yes, it says there's no issues in our area, we've tried everything now, restarted the hub, resetting the hub, but our connection is still dropping or very poor, so the issue is on your side but you're not picking up there's any issue at all.

@virginmedia I called on Friday night but the only time I got through to someone he was unable to forward me to the right department due to system issues. I would have assumed that once the systems were fixed you would have chased up the people affected but it appears not.
