@alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia I sincerely hope you don't end up with a fault. I was with @TalkTalk for many years until a fault last year. Quite honestly the worst company of any description I have ever dealt with. Totally failed to resolve, now much happier on @virginmedia

@virginmedia OK thanks for that and the screen has gone away after I clicked on the sea terms link but I still have the problem of not being able to swipe to delete on individual programs within a folder as this was possible before the update

@virginmedia thanks for looking into this in great detail and I only wish that I could go back to the previous version which was fully accessible and user-friendly unlike this version of the app. They shouldn't of updated the app because it wasn't broken in the first place.

@VirginMobile @virginmedia proved to me that they don’t do customer service. We waited a month for a phone sent to a wrong address, & then had to collect it ourselves. We also proved the phone had a fault from the start, but now we’ve been told to claim on insurance and pay £125!

@virginmedia I'm an existing customer, I've been with you for coming up 2 years. The colleague I dealt with was so unhelpful and just told me to call back on the 16th. I have a back up plan anyway as I've just spoken to sky and can get a 80mb for £25. I can afford the 20mb loss for £34 saving

@BluenoseBeau @virginmedia I have 100mbs supply, over 6 months max received 76.4 for one test soon back to mid 20-30 worst being 0.7 I wouldn't mind so much if it was running at Ave 75%, not when it's seems to be around 35% mark. Oh it's constantly dropping the wifi too!

@virginmedia I have already called that number this morning. They told me there was no available deals. I've put a note in my diary to call back on the 16th. I'm not holding out much hope though considering the poor experience I've had today. I wanted to sort it today on my day off.

@virginmedia As we had to relocate due to our place being flooded - we tried to transfer our service to the new place but Virgin didn't have a network connection there. Rich told us it was our choice to move there (despite being flooded out) and were liable for the cancellation fee.

never use @virginmedia cable, get disconnected every so often, it will be very frustrating if you are in the middle of a game or even a trade when that happens. Just spend a little more to go for a more reliable provider

@virginmedia The call concerned ordering a second WiFi pod. I have had to speak to 9 people over 2 days (3+hrs) to get my WiFi to work in my house. But I would like someone to look into the lack of customer service. Its enough to make me leave
