    Mad that I pay £71 a month for 350mbps a month for @virginmedia for them to only supply me with 40mbps, internet is barely moving, can’t even load basic web pages on my MacBook or phone. Problems in the Birmingham area??

    @virginmedia no broadband since yesterday afternoon, told engineers were on route but still no update. Your offshore call centre is also unhelpful and not able to offer any further information. Please can you help?

    Seems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.

    Hi @virginmedia, I am in Kidderminster, Worcestershire (DY11) and my Virgin Media broadband connection is very poor this week. I have checked your website & apparently there are no issues in my area. I have also restated my access point/router twice but no improvement.

    @virginmedia haha you mean the same forum where they didn’t answer me for days last time, and they didn’t resolve anything???? waste of time. they told me to check the speed and check for area issues. absolutely awful customer service when i’ve been complaining about this for WEEKS now.

    @virginmedia 1/2 No, I did have a tech booked, but as an area issue, they moved it forward, in case it resolved when it was fixed (today) but the issue still happening, it was booked for 28th, but i was able to move it forward to 25th, the issue is I'm struggling to prove they're an issue,

    @virginmedia Just a question, I use to have the router downstairs, but had it moved up to my room, they did new cable from downstairs to my room, but disconnected downstairs, I know we have rat/mice problem as we can hear them in wall cavity, is it possible they might have chewed on cable?

    @virginmedia Helpful, apologetic, understanding. I've been with you for over 10yrs, I've tried to manage for a few months but needed to know why I've had issues since my upgrade but to fix the issue would cost £5 extra pm. I will try the pods with the understanding you get what you pay for.
