    @virginmedia I’m absolutely disgusted with the mobile messaging chat. I have been trying since 11:30am to speak to an advisor and still not getting anywhere. I’d now like to cancel my new order as I am disgusted with the customer service for a new mobile customer!!!

    @virginmedia I've been on for nearly 9 hours trying to complain or cancel. Nobody answers the phone. I got put through to retention at 1030 am still no reply on chat and its now disconnected me. I'm cancelling my direct debit.

    @virginmedia Yes there are issues but seriously everyday issues with your service. Clearly I am not getting the service I am paying for it what what promised when I switched to you. I would like a call and a solution to this problem

    @virginmedia I called 2 days ago, saying I wanted to leave, lady tried to say due to COVID other co. Not going into homes. First co.Called can fit when needed. Told only way to cancel contract is to call- last two days called about 10 times all staff busy call. How do I cancel?!

    @virginmedia and the broadband has gone down again. Every day around midday. Phone app has problems reaching servers, web service status says my broadband is good. Router flashing or sorts of green lights.

    @virginmedia It’s not the WiFi, I am hard wired into to the router. So there is no excuse for this poor service.

    @virginmedia You can stick that. I suggest you fix the connection I’ve been having for weeks now, I can’t even load anything on my phone in the rook directly below. Before you ask I’ve done all the tests too then never heard back from you.

    @virginmedia My main issue is that I need to speak to someone!! How do I do that? The line is constantly busy and won’t even put me on hold, the website says I need to speak to someone to deal with my requests! Can you see my problem? It’s appalling.I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving

    @Ofcom how do I lodge a complaint against @virginmedia they're making it almost impossible to cancel with them, I'm out of contract but where do I stand on just cancelling my DD payment ?

    I think @virginmedia are attempting to outdo @TUIUK for the worst customer services . I’ve spent 45 mins on hold so far waiting to speak to a human . Doesn’t beat 3 and half hours trying Tui but bless Virgin they’re trying. Just appalling 👍

    @richardbranson @virginmedia I want to port my contract, Virgin cannot provide the service and are now telling me I have to pay for the remaining 10 months of a contract I can’t use!! It is Virgin who are unable to fulfill their part of the contract, why am I being penalised?

    @virginmedia WiFi keeps dropping. As you know we’re all working from home and being schooled at home, this is where your quality of service should have proven itself. Your rep, Nihal, thought that waiting till the 16th of March was acceptable as a fix.

    @virginmedia Since I switched to #VirginMedia , my WiFi has dropped everyday, sometimes for hours. Customer Service was supposed to send me a new router. Nothing still received after over 10 days. Problems persist. #Unreliable

    @virginmedia SK56EN broadband crap. Mobile signal crap. Four of us switching network and broadband immediately. Shite service and doing nothing to help. Bring on better networks.. anything you can do, probably not. Oh and have new phones and a week old new sim cards...
