    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @virginmedia Nothing reported. I have a hub 4 your msg says can’t run test on this hub. My service goes down EVERY DAY. I’m fed up with Virgin. Take my money and offer rubbish device.

    @virginmedia Didn’t get a response then told another dept would contact. All we want is the service we are paying for. We need a new v6 box the replacement sent doesn’t work properly(set top box) we cannot use catch up and the picture is intermittently pixilated.

    @virginmedia That they can't setup their service due to a dodgy telegraph pole. As a result that order was cancelled and the account closed. We want to open another account for my mum with virgin but are told we cannot do so until the phone line transfer is complete, but it's been weeks 2/2

    @virginmedia This is as pointless as the phone calls. Your team state “it’s a known issue affecting the area” they have stated all checks are irrelevant as it’s an issue in the area! So why not put it on status page? I’ve done all checks and they have confirmed. TF4 postcode, nothing on page.

    @virginmedia I've checked every time, no outages. I phoned at the weekend "no outages in your area". Told I should reboot my hub 3 times a week. Had VM for years, never been told this before, never had to before. These last 2 weeks have been awful

    @virginmedia nothing but intermittent disconnects over the last two weeks. Causing work calls to be dropped and various other issues. I shouldn't have to keep rebooting my hub every couple of hours during a day to get stable network guys. This is beyond a joke now
