@virginmedia Morning! So I checked the app for status and was fine, but on the website it said known issue all services. So I subscribed to the SMS alerts and it was "back" at 22:03. Hopefully it stays that way!

@virginmedia is trying to charge me an exit fee of £240 because I am changing address. I would continue with their service, except THEY don't supply the new address. How is this OK? How is such a large company getting away with such a brazen scam. Wow!

@virginmedia hi, since we’ve upgraded to 1gb and hub 4 we’ve had problems connecting @Tesla M3 to WiFi. Advised the Plume mesh might fix it and we can receive FOC but been out of stock all year it seems. Any idea when they might be back in stock to try and fix our issues please?

@virginmedia seems to supply only just above half of the country, but if you change address to an area they don't supply YOU have to pay £240 exit fee. Do not use them if you can't see into the future and know for sure that you will never move. Insane!

In addition to the cost of a new home that I have to furnish fully top to bottom, @virginmedia is trying to charge me £240 exit fee when THEY don't supply the new address. This is seriously getting me down. I can't even afford necessities.

@missydebby @virginmedia They farm everything out as it's cheaper not to own or maintain anything. Then, it gets subcontracted many times over. Now, no one will go and fix it until they arrive for work in the morning! It's really bad. It shows what a bad company it is.

@virginmedia how do you define a 'new customer'. I want to put Virgin broadband into two additional properties, they will be paid by the same account, but can be on different email accounts. Is that new enough or do you consider that 'an existing customer'?

@virginmedia ever since we upgraded to your latest box we have not been able to watch TV properly. The box is now frozen on the welcome screen. We have had to reset the box almost daily to get it to work! Shocking service and not worth the money! Can’t seem to get any help!
