My account has notes regarding the reason why the credit was given last time. Ideally I don’t want to wait so long for the same issue to be fixed.

Both the staff members I spoke to could barely communicate in English, and the line kept breaking up... until it died altogether. Wasted time, no resolution, and huge frustration. I'm stuck not renewing my contract. If they mess up again, I end up paying even more but on a new contract or accidentally disconnected.
