@virginmedia good work 👏🏼 issues with WiFi being down constantly as soon as £7.50 monthly bill increases comes in! Currently on hour 5 of no internet and not due to be fixed before 1am 🙃

@virginmedia Think we need to call an engineer out anyways, before the outage I was only getting 600mbps max when my package is the 1Gig.

@matt_hanson70 @virginmedia Intermittent for 2.5 days, Sunday always v poor the worst is 0.4mbs with a 250mbs supply. VM's script always saying reboot etc.. Funny though following reporting an issue a week ago I suddenly recorded 256mbs for an hour then it slowly drops to normal! First ever hitting supply.

@b_e_s_s_ @virginmedia It's bizarre that Virgin Media knows there is a similar issue affecting many, many customers but instead of sending clear information to all via email and social media, they are addressing customers individually and giving the impression they are unaware of the issue. Mental.

@virginmedia virgin media you need to sort out your customer service they are absolute incompetent. we was meant to have an engineer to come and install an upgrade and they haven't turned up. We've had issues with customer service since Wednesday last week

@virginmedia This is a problem affecting many customers and has been ongoing for over a week. Virgin Media are aware of the problem so why are they not proactively reaching out to customers and issuing guidance for everyone? This would be better than you social media guys having to help.
