@virginmedia It's my media service to many price hikes been with you for 8years and new people get a deal for a quarter of the price I pay I want out way to expensive paying for a land line I dont use just because VM wont let me out of LL service

So I left @virginmedia over 18 months ago as they tried to rip off a loyal customer and had no customer service experience or knowledge at all. I thought I'd give them another chance just by grabbing a sim only deal as the offer was attracting. say no more, Sim cancelled!

@virginmedia Yes, my app tells me there’s an issue. It’s not acceptable. Problem began on Friday and it’s expecting a fix on Monday. Unacceptable for the money I pay. I’ll be putting in yet another complaint. The last two are still to be answered.
