    Hi @virginmedia just wanted to get in touch as just got off the phone with the bereavement team. All I wanted is to transfer the account to my mum as my Dad has died. But have been told you have to close the account losing our emails & leaving us without service for up to a week

    @virginmedia your customer service is awful. Emma was damn right rude on the phone and cut me off on purpose. I suggest is retrained on customer service skills as she has none. There is no need to be patronising to a customer.

    @virginmedia Yes it says you are speaking to a landlord as you can’t gain access to your own services :) it changes every two weeks (pushing it back) I’m sorry but a fortnightly update of ‘you have no service for miles we might fix it on a made up date’ isn’t good service

    @virginmedia @VirginRed I have done this before the operator checks the signal and says there’s nothing wrong makes a promise of a new router which doesn’t arrive then a few days later I get an email asking how was the conversation I filled it up once with no response

    Hi @virginmedia - longstanding and longsuffering customer here. Just called one of your agents to renegotiate my offer. Why am I being quoted £38/mo for 300mbps when your website clearly states that I'd get 516mbps for that? Is cheating your customers part of the deal?
