We waited a month for a phone sent to a wrong address, & then had to collect it ourselves. We also proved the phone had a fault from the start, but now we’ve been told to claim on insurance and pay £125!

Andy Rossiter (@andy_rossiter76) reported@virginmedia When we call, we just get told that an engineer will need to come out, this doesnt explaint why the street is also having issues. Just asked my brother who's further down the street & his internet is the same. So it seems its an area fault.
