@virginmedia Think we need to call an engineer out anyways, before the outage I was only getting 600mbps max when my package is the 1Gig.

@matt_hanson70 @virginmedia Intermittent for 2.5 days, Sunday always v poor the worst is 0.4mbs with a 250mbs supply. VM's script always saying reboot etc.. Funny though following reporting an issue a week ago I suddenly recorded 256mbs for an hour then it slowly drops to normal! First ever hitting supply.

@virginmedia once again your service fails the basics. after your ‘we will call you in 24/48 hours’ which you didn’t I chase to be told another 24 hours. Only been 164 plus hours already. So as I get half a service is it ok I pay half the bill? Seems fair.

@virginmedia But that’s the point, I’m not confident. I need an explanation of why I wasted 3 hours of my life yesterday thinking there was a problem with my home kit whereas in fact there may have been some sort of outage. Some forums have reported outages in neighbouring areas.
