    @virginmedia internet down again, youd think I'd be used to this by now 🤣 always an excuse and never get anything back for the lack of usage. I'm barely in the house using it so dread to think how many times it goes down when I'm not in potentially using it 🤙

    @virginmedia Shocking customer service signed up a few weeks ago for fibre given an installation date called the day before to ask me when I would like to book the install then telling me they have a problem on the site and will get in touch in 7 days.

    @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Virgin Media is the worst broadband and TV provider i have ever dealt with! Customer service is petulant and intentionally left me on hold until after closing hours the company over charged me by £30 and refused to give it back! I am disgusted

    @PatchworkBoyPW @virginmedia They wont have a clue. I had issues for about 6 months and I was constantly trying to sort it out. Engineers are great but the "customer service" team are based in India and have no customer service skills 🤙

    @virginmedia Yes and all it did was tell me that our kitchen is a WiFi dead zone... The main issue is that we have loads of devices and I think we are overloading our hub’s capabilities.

    @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia So 5 hours later and the rearranging of my house move has produced a "mismatch" on ur system meaning I have to wait 24hrs to ring u again and start over. What a terrible service!

    @virginmedia c130 issue is the name of my life. No network issues in my area, restart the box, every week anything longer than an hour on Netflix is unwatchable 😫

    @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph virgin media had me on the phone for one and a half hours And approximately fifty minutes of that was on hold of good as far as to say that virgin media is the worst large company I’ve ever dealt with

    I’ve now had two messages from @virginmedia threatening to Charge us for equipment WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY RETURNED! There is no way to respond to the message and I don’t like being threatened! You customer service is getting worse!

    @pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

    @virginmedia No. I am desperate to speak to someone in the local pre-install team (area code 22) who can arrange this ASAP. Offshore customer service cannot help.
