@virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

@virginmedia Fingers crossed I hear back today. I have broadband currently with Sky who won’t resolve the problem I have with poor WiFi. I’ve called, emailed, text and contacted via social media and not one person will send me a Sky broadband booster to resolve the issue. @SkyHelpTeam

@DeclanROwen @virginmedia I’ve been with them the same time. I don’t use the landline and the TV is mostly crap. I’ve only stayed with them for the broadband and now the service can’t be relied on so what’s the point? Mind you BT is worse. My mum’s WiFi is always going down.
