    Why did I swop to #virgin? 2 months ago and nothing but problems @virginmedia it took over 20 days to get my tel no changed then you change again why did you not tell me! How do you expect anyone to contact me V useless biggest mistake and very £xpensive one with poor WiFi too.

    @virginmedia To be honest this happens too often then often our speeds are not what we pay for. I work from home so costs me business when this happens. Rather then getting me to check things, I just need yo-yo to provide us with a regular consistent service at the speeds we actually pay for

    I've never had a more frustrating ISP than @virginmedia support lines provide no help and we're stuck in a loop of disconnects whilst being told nothing is wrong.

    @virginmedia please explain why my wifi is so slow. It’s less than 5 Mbps around 11pm-7am. Usually 100 Mbps during the day. It also stops working for about 30 seconds and then starts up again every few minutes between these times. There’s no reason for it. What’s the issue?!
