    @SimonADouglas @virginmedia We have the occasional internet problem but since the last announced 'update' the hub seems to be resetting itself. Doesn't matter to the 'wired' machines but obviously disconnects the WiFi! Irritating as the restart times are long and inputting the names/password is a pain 🙄

    Virgin Media should be reported to the advertising standards, for lies, what a total load of crap, try getting your customer service telling the truth for a start .

    @virginmedia Yes but I just tells me there are no problems. It did the same thing a few weeks ago but stopped when I held wifi button down - it's now constantly flashing & that wont stop it & web site says in normal operating all green lights should be off.

    Why can’t media providers just get into the 21st century and make it easier for households, by having contracts based on a joint accounts. That way, both home owners can call up about any problems! Data protection my arse @virginmedia @SkyUK

    @virginmedia Cheers for the top. Yes, tv & broadband services issues with an estimated fix time of 23:55. I may have to crack open the Scrabble & the candles. Now I know how people felt in the black outs during the war!

    @virginmedia It is a media issue, I sent off the documents over a month ago confirming new account holder , no reply or confirmation this has been actioned at all. Weeks on end trying to sort one issue that should be easy is unacceptable

    @virginmedia It’s media. I have sent off the details to change account holder name and heard nothing back it has been over 2 weeks, can’t get anywhere when i contact your call centre. I need a change to our services and need support with this

I was able to book an engineer visit at a time suitable for me and he put in a brand new router for me. My only issue with Virgin is the monthly cost, but it does cover very fast broadband.

    @virginmedia internet is still not working as it should, and I have my Ethernet cable connected. Each morning at around 1:30am it disconnects even tho there is an Ethernet cable plugged in. Thiss has happened for more than three consecutive days. What is happening Virgin?

    @virginmedia I can't as my landline which would be free to call from, as I pay for the ability to call such a number, is not working!!!!! As I have no wifi connection.
