    @virginmedia OK thanks for that and the screen has gone away after I clicked on the sea terms link but I still have the problem of not being able to swipe to delete on individual programs within a folder as this was possible before the update

    @BluenoseBeau @virginmedia I have 100mbs supply, over 6 months max received 76.4 for one test soon back to mid 20-30 worst being 0.7 I wouldn't mind so much if it was running at Ave 75%, not when it's seems to be around 35% mark. Oh it's constantly dropping the wifi too!

    @virginmedia Sorry for my delay as I'm being treated for a heart attack I had on Valentine's day. When I tested and found v low speeds I could not connect to any internet, so I used my mobile 3g service to check for Virgin internet issues, which came back no issues in my area.

    @virginmedia Surely everyone is interested in cheaper prices so thats a cop out. I mentioned multiple times about moving house but 30 day option never brought to my attention. Let’s see what @Ofcom say. Out of interest are 30 day contracts rewarded with commission or 18 month only?
