    @virginmedia once again on demand not working. How are you supposed to watch a sky movies film when it stops every 10 seconds to spin a wheel for 10 seconds. Service checker says its fine and the box has been rebooted.

    @virginmedia They lied and told me that they had called the house phone. They hadn’t. They updated my contact number to my mobile. I chased this 4 days later and was told my number had been updated and the complaint was still open and I will receive a call. Guess what?

    @vmbusiness Every morning around 9:30 this week, our business broadband has stopped working. Lights look normal and we need to power cycle to get service back. What's going on? Postcode B90 3BD Do you have a back up option available as this affects card payments.

    @virginmedia Engineer visit happened last week and I was told I need a new cable fitting outside my property when I have said this to your fault Steen I have tried charging me £25 and now they are just sending out an engineer to look for problems yet again

    @virginmedia Still waiting on a call from 26th April. Spoke to customer services several times. No success. Really annoying that it’s so difficult for somebody to pick the phone up and talk. Perhaps VM know that they are in the wrong. @Ofcom thoughts? Always collect payments in time eh, Dean

    @virginmedia our broadband is down flashing green light. The service page has a fault shown but check status says its working fine. You need diagnostics for your diagnostics...

    @virginmedia by far the worst customer service I have ever received from a company. I have tried once been on hold for 57mins then got cut off. 2nd time got through only to be cut off when speaking to someone. Now the everyone is busy and I should call back later!!

    Trying to leave @virginmedia is an absolute nightmare. Got through yesterday to only speak to someone who told me they couldn't complete the cancellation as their system had crashed. I'm now an hour in waiting on the next person inline to talk too to cancel.

    @virginmedia Just had it replaced, same issues. Had issues for over a year now. Drops out devices randomly, it’s a lottery as to which device will work well that day. Not slow at all, just stops Internet while still connected. Other devices can be fine at the same time.
