@virginmedia i logged another complaint 1 to 2 weeks prior and heard nothing back. i was advised by cust service a month ago not to log a formal complaint and log an internal complaint instead

  • redron1975
Ronnie Harris (@redron1975) reported from Walsall Wood, England

@virginmedia so what crap excuse u got today for us in the ws10 area? Internet down again. Honestly if you were a guard dog nothing would be safe. Even less reliable than the weather forecast.

  • BrianMCape
Brian Cape (@BrianMCape) reported from West Bromwich, England

Quite possibly the worst onboarding and customer 'care' experience I've EVER had @virginmedia Unfulfilled promises, failure to deliver contract as agreed and now I'm 'lost' in the system and being ignored. I'm left with no choice other than to 'out' you. #CaveatEmptor

  • MartinWilko
Martin Wilkinson (@MartinWilko) reported from Birmingham, England

Virginmedia down Sutton Coldfield. National outage . Their website down, unable to report status. No reports or statements from Virgin media. Price rise of 13.8% #VirginMediaoutage @virginmedia

  • BeardPunk
Beard Punk (@BeardPunk) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Rebooted several times. Wi-Fi works fine, it’s just the VPN. Automated message says there’s still an issue.

  • timhazelwood2
Tim Hazelwood (@timhazelwood2) reported from Bewdley, England

@virginmedia Hi, following on from the resolution of the issue outlined above. My dad has received a full bill despite being assured by every employee we have spoken to that he wouldn't be charged for the period he was without service (more than two months). Please advise

  • BrianMCape
Brian Cape (@BrianMCape) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia And this is why, I'll be reporting you to trading standards for fraudulent misselling/misrepresentation and then abdicating ALL responsibility/accountability to resolve. There's no security/DPA issues in you giving me a direct dial number via DM. You just don't want to resolve.

  • ________Danny
Satish Danny Paul (@________Danny) reported from West Bromwich, England

@virginmedia Hi, after raising 2 complaints for being missold my contract, no investigation done by virgin, no outcomes received. i am now bing asked to request my data (dsar), investigate the issue myself listenening to the recordings and send proof to virgin to review. shocking cust service

  • kevmaslin
Kev Maslin (@kevmaslin) reported from West Bromwich, England

@virginmedia your treatment of us over a Lasting Power of Attorney issue has been appalling. Your people have actually SHREDDED a document costing hundreds of pounds despite us being told it had been returned. CISAS has been invoked and your CEO will be told . @MoneyTelegraph

  • kevmaslin
Kev Maslin (@kevmaslin) reported from West Bromwich, England

@virginmedia The ideal resolution would have been for VM to return the document as originally promised. We have dealt with other companies in this regard and all have been prompt and professional. Even the DWP accepted a photocopy of the POA. Why VM couldn't is entirely beyond me.

  • SusieWJr
Susan Johnson (@SusieWJr) reported from Himley, England

@virginmedia @WaynesWorld20_ How many areas have this 'intermittent' loss of service? O have it in DY6 too.

  • stumccullagh
Stuart McCullagh (@stumccullagh) reported from Swindon, England

  • saqibsvideos

@virginmedia It’s ok thanks, one of your team rang me, was extremely rude then hung up.

  • robchippyman
Rob Chipman (@robchippyman) reported from Birmingham, England

@Tilton247 @virginmedia I had the same for 2 years. Constantly disconnecting on a daily basis . Changed the Hub and it worked straight away. No issues since. Good luck getting a new hub off them though.

  • MariannexS
Marianne Sommerville 🌻 (@MariannexS) reported from West Bromwich, England

@virginmedia red button for the football not working again. @SkySports

  • SusieWJr
Susan Johnson (@SusieWJr) reported from Swindon, England

@virginmedia @ste1984r But YOU say 'intermittent' loss when it isn't. It's FULL loss of service. And to only compensate after 2 days is crazy.

  • SusieWJr
Susan Johnson (@SusieWJr) reported from Himley, England

@virginmedia The status checker says intermittent signal in your area. It's disgusting with how much I pay for broadband.

  • OpiniatedOne1
Pretentious Opinions (@OpiniatedOne1) reported from Walsall Wood, England

@virginmedia its nice you’re offering new customers ridiculously cheap deals but charging prices through the roof for an inferior service for a customer of nearly 20 years #CostOfLivingCrisis

  • nealesj
Simon Neale (@nealesj) reported from Swindon, England

@virginmedia Dear ‘RP,’ I find your tone unacceptable. I don’t care how many times you’ve had to repeat the statement; customers are paying for a service they’ve not been getting, so dial down your level of obnoxiousness please.

@virginmedia Don’t go to Virgin there internet has been **** for weeks I have got in contact with them and they have done nothing what a ******* joke (stay away)🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

  • SprocketEtQuill
    Sam Greenland (@SprocketEtQuill) reported

This week I’ve learnt a lesson. Resilience in AI Agents isn’t just about model provider Vs local hosting. This week @virginmedia accidentally cut my internet connection and it’ll be a week before they can fix it. I’m buying a 5G router so the baby monitors still work because that’s a safety concern! The router will also bring the Mac Mini back online so two of my three agents will be back. The third agent is on a laptop at work so they’re still up anyway. Resilience baked in was a good strategy, but it will get better still. There’s always room for improvement?

  • Brutha_bear74
    Chris (@Brutha_bear74) reported

@virginmedia I’m trying to login to my account but I’m getting an error code of IDF-12B, how can I pay my bill or get in the app? It’s not recognising my email even though I’m getting my email bills from you

@entrustTMF @virginmedia BT are woeful too. Over 20 years of misery at 2 different premises. Starlink now - exceptional in every way except for one 3hr occasion with a world wide outage. AMZN also getting into satellite broadband soon. US extreme tech beating UK cables buried in the ground !
