@virginmedia This happens every single time, my complaint has been closed, no one has contacted me. D even the contact number for me attached to the complaint isn’t my mobile number. I’ve had to explain my complaint to outside of UK contact centres over 20 times and I am not getting anywhere

@virginmedia Yes I have done all that! Area check, restart hub, check connections, etc etc, finally got through on the phone and the guy even said my fish tank could be an issue…I don’t own a fish tank 🤔 Hub is back to factory settings and it’s still a bit dodgy so what next?

@virginmedia The issue is, you advertise benefits of an upgrade to next speed broadband, then when I requested it you (virginmedia) said "it doesn't apply if you're an Oomph customer, only standard package customers get a free broadband speed upgrade". Doesn't say that in your advert does it!
