@virginmedia I am now being told despite u having no reason or right to take this money I need to wait 45 days for u to send me a check, I was spoken over and mailed to feel like an idiot, no mgr would come to the phone as it was near the end of the day and they had all gone home.

@virginmedia no broadband since last Thursday, can’t get through to your customer service. Engineer came last week as we’ve struggled with your service for months, he put a new hub in and guess what.... it worked for a day! Now waiting for another engineer to come. Not happy 😡

@virginmedia Hi, yes but unfortunately the service was awful and has made a bad situation worse. Gave 30 days notice to end my contract when the deal finished which was sorted and confirmed by a really helpful colleague in Nov, husband took a new deal. Paid my last payment in dec covering
