    @virginmedia But when a contract is agreed like a mortgage or a fixed energy deal surely the agreement should last the full term. I’ve had issues since September & been told I can’t leave due to being under a contract so why should my costs go up when I’ve got an agreement in place until Dec

    @virginmedia a customer of yours for years. Had a cpi increase letter to say leave with out penalty. Competitor massively cheaper than you for faster speeds. Only to be told by a colleague I have to pay £110 to leave today?

    @virginmedia The TV goes all distorted I’ve done webchats phone calls the lot nothing has been resolved was told it was a problem in the area , neighbours have had no issues happened still have issues now but not as often but it’s a bit annoying esp when I’ve not had any money off

    @virginmedia No , when I last spoke to someone on the phone the issue was still happening , it doesn’t happen as much now but still happens at least once a day

    @virginmedia It took me best part of a day Friday 24/3/2023 to contact you to cancel my broadband but since I finally managed to you have been contacting me 4 times a day. We have signed a contract with someone else. Please stop harassing us we have cancelled

    @virginmedia business installation, been given 6 dates since 17th January. 4 no show or wrong booked, 2 attendance but not equipped to extend installation from 1sf floor to 2nd. even billed for a service which is not even installed yet. Nightmare #virginmedia #broadband

    @simonlevans @virginmedia My @virginmedia hasn’t worked at all for 4 weeks. Said they were sending an engineer who didn’t turn up. Call centre totally useless. Complaint raised, still no feedback. Truly awful service.

    @virginmedia @OpenreachHelp Because of that, if I want anything faster than 1mb broadband, it has to be Virgin. But that's fine, if it wasn't for weekly interruptions to service after midnight, after work, that's when I'm using internet.

    @virginmedia There was no outcome, I’ve spoken to one of your agents and raised a complaint. He advised that someone will be in touch, then got an email saying this complaint was closed.

    @virginmedia .... Or its shutdown was nothing to do with the scheduled work. Although it didn't go down the next night as it said it would, just intermittently **** speeds. But every week since changing to VM there's an issue. Every. Damn. Week.
