  @virginmedia Yes, the fault dates back from the 25th August and hopefully a fix will be made tomorrow, if not an engineer is booked for next week. When I finally got through the team were very helpful

  @virginmedia I’ve spent the best part of my afternoon trying to cancel my expensive out of contract broadband. Chat just exits without on app and PC and I’ve been on hold for 40 mins on phone no one answers. Do I just cancel the £93 a month DD because that is ridiculous

  @djacid25 @virginmedia In 2019 Virgin started charging me for Internet that I wasn't receiving in December. By the end of Jan I had an engineer admit there was no way I'd have an active service until April and they were planning on just stringing me along until then. Find a different provider ASAP.

  Sorry about no streams . No content . I have no Internet @virginmedia say it will not be back up until the 13th . Its been off since the 5th. No word . No update. Not even a message from virgin media. I dont feel like a customer at this point . Rather just a number. Do better

  @virginmedia - your salesman has sold an Alzheimer’s relative a media package- she doesn’t have mental capacity to consent but your call centre refuses to take our lasting power of attorney so we can’t cancel. She has no paperwork and can’t remember the password set up. Not good!
