    @virginmedia hello. Since I signed up in may I have never been able to log into my account. I never received the welcome email etc so don’t know my account or customer number. I have tried calling and they said they resent the email but nothing. What can I do?

    @virginmedia Yes, I did this and it hasn’t reset, the wifi name is coming up the same as well as the guest network I set up, and I can’t access the website for the hub either, it won’t load at all! Ran a test and it says theres a problem and that you’re working on it but not what or how long

    Well after 2 months of broken internet, it was fixed for almost 2 weeks now it's gone again. Fix date is 16th Nov and yet they still charge full price... @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Every time I see these adverts I just laugh, but the sad thing is it isn’t funny paying for a service that constantly disconnects, stutters or is generally inconsistent. Your latest ad slogan ‘stay connected’ is a joke, and your email security is archaic, it’s equally laughable.

    @virginmedia it's the same old excuses. Told it would improve but still the same old inconsistent service I've received during the whole of the summer. Can never get through to anyone, complete waste of time today. Shocking customer service!

    @virginmedia are absolutely useless. Have over 100 properties with Virgin Media Broadband, and you’d think they’d attempt to fix issues and keep our future custom. Safe to say we’re looking for another supplier if there are any recommendations...

    @virginmedia Yes there's no issue on the checker. The connect app says it's fine except for a few times it's said the connection is poor. But 1mb some nights is ridiculous...

    @virginmedia had a broadband outage yesterday and now my tv connects to the internet, my amazon devices connect to the wifi just fine, but my phone and tablet won’t connect, keeps saying the password is wrong, but my echo is connected fine using the same password!!

    @virginmedia appalling service from you!!! My internet hasn’t worked properly since it was installed in October. I’ve tried to get boosters to no avail. I’ve received a letter saying my complaint is resolved...NO IT IS NOT!!!! And now on top of that WiFi is off 90% of the time 😡

    @virginmedia This is my issue though, that number is just a central number. Which department am I supposed to go to or do I just click random buttons until I reach someone? Why give a complaints reference out but no details on who is managing it?

    @virginmedia I’ve been on the phone 4 times with ur consultants,my mum is being charged for £24.50 for the same package and refusing to charge me below £40.50 I’ve lodged a complaint last night to be told it wasn’t logged I rang up today as my mum sent me the email to confirm the price.
