-
Brian Cape (@BrianMCape) reported from West Bromwich, England@virginmedia Just to let you know, I've taken the time to write out another complaint via the link. I've submitted and it says 'nothing to see here'. The link says response within 7 days, and the submission says 28 days, and then my portal says I haven't raised a complaint. ANOTHER FAIL
-
Gordé 🦩 (@ReissOmari) reported from Birmingham, EnglandMad that I pay £71 a month for 350mbps a month for @virginmedia for them to only supply me with 40mbps, internet is barely moving, can’t even load basic web pages on my MacBook or phone. Problems in the Birmingham area??
-
Susan Johnson (@SusieWJr) reported from Himley, England@virginmedia @WaynesWorld20_ How many areas have this 'intermittent' loss of service? O have it in DY6 too.
-
Brian Cape (@BrianMCape) reported from Birmingham, England@virginmedia Another fail. I've reached out in exasperation since my chase-ups of 14th, 19th and today have been ignored. As have my 5 messages to your local rep who promised to be on hand. If you can't be bothered to help me, I'll just escalate via another route @richardbranson
-
Dani Grim (@RefinedSavage) reported from Dudley, EnglandSeems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.
-
Simon Neale (@nealesj) reported from Swindon, England@virginmedia Dear ‘RP,’ I find your tone unacceptable. I don’t care how many times you’ve had to repeat the statement; customers are paying for a service they’ve not been getting, so dial down your level of obnoxiousness please.
-
Yvonne 💙 (@Momrocks50) reported from Birmingham, EnglandExcuse me we pay enough for a "cough" service where is it? #virginmedia
-
iamscorchy (@iamscorchy) reported from Wednesfield, England@virginmedia Experiencing issues in your area there is a technician in the area but still doesn't explain why my routers fans go really loud and disconnected from everything I have to keep resetting to get it back to normal then on top get "issues in my area" like always

-
Brian Cape (@BrianMCape) reported from Birmingham, England@virginmedia Alternatively, if you feel the urge to actually be helpful, you can search my name and location (it's an uncommon name) and ask a complaints manager to contact me. No security issues or breaches, since the notes I've been assured are on file, will be there to check.
-
G 🇯🇲 (@ethnicalien) reported from Wolverhampton, England@virginmedia Not at the moment no but it's a common issue👀

-
Liam Higgins (@LiamHiggins5) reported@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia @MartinSLewis honestly think you should help put more pressure on broadband providers. The fact this person has been without broadband for several weeks and can't leave without paying a exit fee is ridiculous.
-
Danger Mouse 🏴 (@stewiejohn2) reported@Tony_Minter @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Yes you are correct. I was thinking of a delay to service starting. The latest increase means that providers will now need to pay out £10.34 per day for delayed repairs, £32.31 for missed appointments and £6.46 per day for a delay to the start of a new service.
-
Ali@Makely (@MakelyStudio) reported10 years. 50M+ users. £11M+ revenue impact. Citibank. Mercedes. Sky. Virgin Media. NatWest. I spent a decade fixing conversion problems at companies most startups would kill to work with. what I learned: the same broken patterns show up everywhere - onboarding that loses people in the first 60 seconds, pricing pages that confuse instead of convert, signup flows with friction nobody ever fixed. now I build the same systems for funded startups.
-
Tom Pickering (@TomPickering) reportedIt's crazy that 10 years on, @virginmedia are still throttelling people's internet for no reason. Or, I guess this time it's because we're leaving them so they've said a nice **** you to us :)
-
bammo (@garryba66) reported@virginmedia @UHD4k When will I get compensation for.loss of service of a week

-
Danger Mouse 🏴 (@stewiejohn2) reported@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia They should pay you automatic compensation thru the Ofcom scheme, it is about £6 a day. If they do not agree to pay it, then take them to an Ombudsman service.
