@virginmedia My tv service stopped working in Dec’. When I eventually had time to book a tech’ in Jan’ I got a tech’ visit. He arrived swapped the box 4 times & said he’ll come back in 2 days. He didn’t. I chased and eventually got another tech’. He said he’ll book urgent re-pull but didn’t.

@virginmedia can you let me know how I would go about activating a Virgin coaxial wall port? I have tried to plug my new 360 box in to an unused port and it is not working. I have tried talking to customer services but they weren't helpful with it.
