    @virginmedia It wasn’t me it was my sister. She spent 3hrs 10 minutes on the phone to customer services and still didn’t get her issue sorted. Its not great customer service really, oh well.

    @virginmedia Nope; as above I have just been sabotaged and sent a ‘booster’ for the signal I don’t receive anyway. And now you are trying to charge me even more for the privilege; despite already paying 37 which is enough for the 220mb package with a free phone sim, while getting 50 :)

    First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

    @virginmedia It keeps flashing up as avaliable as a WiFi network then disappears on my phone. It works for a few minutes then cuts off completely. It's weird. Not sure what the box says as it's showing as working now 🤔. ( always the way ). When it goes again I will look and update.

    @virginmedia I have done the test that was on the virgin media app and that says it is okay, i have resetted the router and turned it on and off but it still keeps flashing and turning off every so often. The website says no problems either

    @lauraroachbiosi Huzzah indeed! Virgin Media finally got my service going after two weeks and five engineer visits, so I'm still sticking with my original plan of switching to BT.
