@Damien_Clyburn @virginmedia They're appalling. I've had business version for 10 years. BT never miss a beat. Outstanding. Get rid of them.

  • measlewolf
Steve Lees (@measlewolf) reported from Dudley, England

@virginmedia I’m currently on hold. My mum is in her 70’s and waited in for an engineer only for them to send a text 10mins before to say you were coming in the 26th. The original appointment was the 21st and her TV service has been down for well over a week.

  • measlewolf
Steve Lees (@measlewolf) reported from Dudley, England

@virginmedia I understand that your systems were down last night, which happens, but I’ve been on hold for 30 mins this morning. We have a text to say it’s resolved but it isn’t. I just need to speak to someone please.

  • nealesj
Simon Neale (@nealesj) reported from Swindon, England

It looks like @virginmedia name servers are not accessible so no DNS records can be resolved. A major outage for their services. Seems to be no comms from them. @BBCNews are you aware? #VirginMediaDown #VirginMedia

  • kevmaslin
Kev Maslin (@kevmaslin) reported from West Bromwich, England

@virginmedia The ideal resolution would have been for VM to return the document as originally promised. We have dealt with other companies in this regard and all have been prompt and professional. Even the DWP accepted a photocopy of the POA. Why VM couldn't is entirely beyond me.

  • jordyanslow1
jordy (@jordyanslow1) reported from Dudley, England

  • Stephen12857059
Stephen Bennett (@Stephen12857059) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Nobody has called me and the WhatsApp chat is very frustrating and not dealing with the issue. This is very simple, I was sent contract paperwork with an agreed monthly fee of £86.75. Why have I paid two months of excessively higher payments. I should have left VM

  • stumccullagh
Stuart McCullagh (@stumccullagh) reported from Swindon, England

@virginmedia No , when I last spoke to someone on the phone the issue was still happening , it doesn’t happen as much now but still happens at least once a day

  • ReissOmari
Gordé 🦩 (@ReissOmari) reported from Birmingham, England

Mad that I pay £71 a month for 350mbps a month for @virginmedia for them to only supply me with 40mbps, internet is barely moving, can’t even load basic web pages on my MacBook or phone. Problems in the Birmingham area??

  • nippa77
Neil Simpson (@nippa77) reported from Swindon, England

  • PolymathTim
SorachiTim (@PolymathTim) reported from West Bromwich, England

Zero Internet connectivity from @virginmedia now for pushing 12 hours. Resetting and/or powering down the hub does nothing, the diagnostic and fault tools just go round and around in an ever more boring circle. #LightningSpeedFarce

  • BeardPunk
Beard Punk (@BeardPunk) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia any updates on the VPN issue?

  • robchippyman
Rob Chipman (@robchippyman) reported from Birmingham, England

@Tilton247 @virginmedia I had the same for 2 years. Constantly disconnecting on a daily basis . Changed the Hub and it worked straight away. No issues since. Good luck getting a new hub off them though.

  • ReissOmari
Gordé 🦩 (@ReissOmari) reported from Birmingham, England

Ended up just reconnecting my TP Link router, it seems the problems were with my Hub 5 because everything seems to be working fine now. Not great @virginmedia

Just spent best part of day trying to sort out issues with @British_Airways & @virginmedia Both seem to be competing for ‘Worst Customer Service’ award although BA winning because I’m at least speaking more or less real time with a human at VM, albeit making little progress!

@virginmedia @virginmedia Can you please confirm whether the Sky Sports+ TV fault I reported on 15th August has now been fully resolved? I want to watch @ColU_Official tonight on Sky Sports+ through my Virgin TV service, so I need to know that the previous problem has been fixed.

  • Kiai_Kas

Why are the match streams not working for tonight's matches @SkyFootball @virginmedia People pay a lot of money for this so-called service. It's not good enough

  • Bigdeano88

Anyone else watching Sky Sports News on Virgin Media channel 509 having problems? The picture is flickering/bouncing and the text at the bottom is really blurry. Every other channel, including the other Sky Sports channels, is absolutely fine. Anyone else getting this? @virginmedia
