@virginmedia It says no known issues but there is one as it is exactly the same problem we have had for a week. We were promised it would be fixed by 09:00 today

@virginmedia Done that. I was told service drop outs in the early hours was to be expected. That’s why the U.K. infrastructure needs an overhaul. You don’t get those drop outs elsewhere.

@virginmedia @BickleySteve They've designed their whole customer service set up to be the most painful, slow and tedious thing possible so that once you are signed up they can increase the cost and you can not get out of it without hours and hours of msgs and calls.

@virginmedia Hi - can't get through to your company via your own website. Had an engineer out as there were faults with the service - just noted I have a 'guarantee' to be paid £100 if download speeds fall - no one has mentioned this to me but I did provide you with the evidence.
