@virginmedia no broadband since yesterday afternoon, told engineers were on route but still no update. Your offshore call centre is also unhelpful and not able to offer any further information. Please can you help?

Mad that I pay £71 a month for 350mbps for @virginmedia Broadband for them to only supply me with 40mbps, internet is barely moving, can’t even load basic web pages on my MacBook or phone. Problems in the Birmingham area?

@virginmedia what is going on B31 5 still without Broadband & TV from 11am and now being told fix is 12pm tomorrow. I have been unable to work all day & now problem is going in to tomorrow. This is unacceptable & I hope refunds for loss of service will be applied to all accounts.

Once again the Internet Orovider that claims to be the best @virginmedia, has an outage. I bet all my savings there would be significant kick back if the directors didn’t get paid, because the Lady dealing with their account cannot get online. Time has come for change #cancelVM

@virginmedia Hi, after raising 2 complaints for being missold my contract, no investigation done by virgin, no outcomes received. i am now bing asked to request my data (dsar), investigate the issue myself listenening to the recordings and send proof to virgin to review. shocking cust service

@virginmedia I called cust serv today after logging complaint on 26th Nov and hearing nothing back. cust serv asked me to request my data and voice calls. listen to it myself and then send proof of being missold a contract/virgin error, so virgin can then resolve the matter and complaint

What on earth is going on @virginmedia? Our internet and TV keeps going and when we call customer service is rude, puts the phone down on us, and keeps changing the engineer slot and refuses to pass us to a manager saying there is none. This is embarrassing.

I implore & recommend anyone with a broadband contract with #VirginMedia who keeps experiencing connection dropouts to cancel their contracts and leave this crap ISP. "Reliable Internet service for everyone" is a lie. This ISP is absolutely disgusting with its issues. #VMdown
