Hi @virginmedia any issues I B14 as my Internet is not working. I've done diagnostic tests etc & it reports no issues. My Hub has been flashing green for an hour, the Internet kicks in & then drops out again. I am a home worker and have lost an hours working time so far. Help.

  • TimEvans1503 Tim Evans (@TimEvans1503) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia yet again last night and now this morning your service is t working despite the large amount we pay you every month. The two of us work from home - you are costing us business. If you can’t provide a decent consistency service then admit it and we’ll change provider

  • chadlymasterson Chad Masters (@chadlymasterson) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia @m1kewh1te83 Well you see i have asked multiple times for a replacement HUB and told i was not allowed a HUB 4 unless i bought your 1Gbps service. Now why would i buy that if your current services are down regularly and wont replace my hub? Twice in the same week it has been down!!

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?

  • TimEvans1503 Tim Evans (@TimEvans1503) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia big thanks for your rubbish service that meant I dropped out of giving a lecture part way through - we pay a small fortune and expect decent service

  • chadlymasterson Chad Masters (@chadlymasterson) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Superhub 3.0 , it has been giving me grief for years, and had dns / ip resolving issues and so many others. All fixed with a hard reset, don’t wanna be resetting my router constantly

  • tweet_estaa Adwoa Agyeiwaa (@tweet_estaa) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia That’s not what my issue is. WHY IS THE INTERNET SO INCONSISTENT??? - and threatening to charge a £240 to cancel the contract for wifi that does work is very poor customer service!

  • tweet_estaa Adwoa Agyeiwaa (@tweet_estaa) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia They said they’ve run diagnostics and found no issues so basically I’m making it up in my head ???? Tbh this is terrible and a waste of time paying my bill

  • JohnBroadbent3 JohnB (@JohnBroadbent3) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia @vmbusiness What's the betting VM blame covid for pathetic support

  • tweet_estaa Adwoa Agyeiwaa (@tweet_estaa) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia I’ve been having issues with my wifi since I got it last year and now we’ve been talked into getting a “pod” for an extra £5 p/m only for the guy to say it still doesn’t guarantee wifi speed. Whatever you lot are smoking please quit.

  • chadlymasterson Chad Masters (@chadlymasterson) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia so how many times do i need to contact customer support about my router to be eligible for a new one ?

  • SwannTara Tara-Louise Swann (@SwannTara) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia for 3 days now after 9pm internet keeps dropping, keep having to reset the hub 4 in the last hour it has occurred 4 times, run tests no issues in the area apparently yet on local fb group loads of people having same issue in B24 Birmingham !

  • tweet_estaa Adwoa Agyeiwaa (@tweet_estaa) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia If these pods don’t work, I’ll back with more reasons for why people should avoid using your rubbish service. It’s pathetic really that I have to come on Twitter to do this for you to be bothered just because of reputation. Disgraceful

  • TimEvans1503 Tim Evans (@TimEvans1503) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Would it be ok to not just send me the same message each time but tell me how you’re going to make sure the service what it should be? Both my wife and my work is utterly dependent on good internet access

  • Jonesy2310 Chris Jones (@Jonesy2310) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia It was an issue other people i. The area also on @virginmedia as well. Your initial troubleshooting script to question my connection speaks volumes though

@virginmedia I suggest you take notice as 5 schools are on this route ...social media is full of complaints about how poorly planned this work is and poor traffic management. Not good PR for a large organisation.

  • TheChatterbox16 The Chatterbox KPSS (@TheChatterbox16) reported

@virginmedia Your worker admitted that I’d have no chance of getting in touch by phone, if trying to cancel my contract. I will left with no choice but to lie about moving house, then suddenly it wasn’t a problem. I’ll never sign up with you again.

  • JacquiAnimator Jacqui (@JacquiAnimator) reported

The service from Virgin Media is so bad, when we called to cancel, they couldn’t access their own server to find our account. Getting good internet in this country is a constant tale of incompetence and heartbreak.

  • Ginds79 Gurminder Singh (@Ginds79) reported

@virginmedia almost two weeks of bad internet and now today I can’t get on anything. How do I raise a complaint?

@virginmedia it doesnt particularly show me anything.....my PC says band 2.4Ghz/channel 6, firestick says 5540Mhz/channel 108...and both keep dropping out regular. As i say, your website said 14 devices had connection issues but wouldnt "fix" them, and i cant add a printer as locked out
