    @virginmedia problems with emails all day. Message keeps saying try again in one hour. But no emails since 835am this morning. Are you aware of this problem? Any news on a fix for it?

    @virginmedia Broadband connection and WiFi are stable but connectivity is intermittent-keeps losing connection every few minutes for 30 seconds. This is a network fault but I cannot find an option to report it. B90 1LB

    @virginmedia No estimated time. "It's a complex problem". In other words its a network fault not a line fault. Why isn't the number you shared available on your website? The service checker is useless in this scenario. The website says it's working when it isn't.

    @virginmedia Your system sent me a satisfaction survey. Needed to complete it using mobile broadband because my virgin broadband doesn't actually work, but is apparently working enough to not qualify as being out of service.

    @virginmedia They said they can’t do anything, just have to pay for 13 days of a service that hasn’t even been activated. Not the best customer service really, left @Plusnet due to them not helping (well trying to leave, seems impossible)

    @virginmedia You only pay out for a total loss of service. So it can be unusable but still limping along and you won't pay out. Personally I am hoping for another provider to get around to rolling out fibre in my area.

    @Michaelallen_99 @philell21 @virginmedia Because the stupid rules say that if there’s a disruption to your services (over a specified amount of time), you’re legally entitled to compensation, but ONLY if you contact them to notify them that you specifically are effected, if you don’t they’re not obligated

    @virginmedia please can you help me out. I’ve tried numerous times to order a wifi extender but the app is absolutely useless and it just keeps telling me to reboot my hub which I have and I still can’t order the extender. This is the worst broadband I’ve ever had.

    @virginmedia No, not deadlocked. The part of the complaint making a SAR was ignored. I was told that could contact within 28 days which I did to make SAR again, to enable me to properly show why VM are wrong. I was never provided with info so couldn’t take it any further.
