    @virginmedia They lied and told me that they had called the house phone. They hadn’t. They updated my contact number to my mobile. I chased this 4 days later and was told my number had been updated and the complaint was still open and I will receive a call. Guess what?

    @virginmedia I had a call today from a man pretending to be from & trying to sell VM service. He got increasingly rude & aggressive when I said not interested. I'm sure he wasn't from Virgin Media but if you'd like the number he called from I will happily send it to you.

    @virginmedia Just being able to access pages for support and settings etc. lots of “oops” errors and not loading. This is a small issue, speeds around the house are not good either. Disappointing.

    @virginmedia @itsonlymegs virgin says tv had issues but nothing about internet.. Our internet has been unusable all week, I've been unable to attend any work meetings due to the extremely poor internet quality.. So what's up with that, whole week of trouble but guess I'll just pay as usual..

    @virginmedia Thank you. Never for one minute did I think he was from Virgin Media. He ended up after 7 minutes saying he'd cut off my Internet for 21 days. Thought I'd let you know as he's using your name

    @virginmedia Poor internet. 500+ disconnections in a week when I’m paying for the highest package. Tried to downgrade package to save money, told I can’t. List is endless & all on file, supposedly!

    @virginmedia It's not faulty. It's not a wifi or broadband issue. You don't have enough backhaul capacity.

    @virginmedia I'd like to know why you discontinued my Netflix subscription? The service just stopped but I didn't cancel it? It was paid for in June but there is no charge due to be made in July! It was connected up to Sunday but today I just got a message asking me to rejoin?

    @virginmedia Still waiting on a call from 26th April. Spoke to customer services several times. No success. Really annoying that it’s so difficult for somebody to pick the phone up and talk. Perhaps VM know that they are in the wrong. @Ofcom thoughts? Always collect payments in time eh, Dean

    @virginmedia I’ve been back as a customer with you for only 1 week, and already a multitude of issues. Currently, the absolute dysfunction of your app and website meaning I can’t access anything. Not even to find a number to call. #frustrated

    @virginmedia once again on demand not working. How are you supposed to watch a sky movies film when it stops every 10 seconds to spin a wheel for 10 seconds. Service checker says its fine and the box has been rebooted.

    @virginmedia Thanks for following up. Yes internet seems to be working normally again. What was strange was, it looked like hardware issue at the time because I separate 2g and 5g networks (non default setup on hub 3) and I couldn't connect any devices to the 5g network. Now it's fine though

    @virginmedia pls can you help have had intermittent issues with broadband all week. Reset router and have now lost 3/4 of my ethernet ports. We use 3 so cant connect our TV and one PC at the moment.
