@virginmedia Usually I would swipe down with one finger and it would tell me that I’m on the delete option and I just tap delete to erase the program

@VirginMobile @virginmedia proved to me that they don’t do customer service. We waited a month for a phone sent to a wrong address, & then had to collect it ourselves. We also proved the phone had a fault from the start, but now we’ve been told to claim on insurance and pay £125!

@BluenoseBeau @virginmedia I have 100mbs supply, over 6 months max received 76.4 for one test soon back to mid 20-30 worst being 0.7 I wouldn't mind so much if it was running at Ave 75%, not when it's seems to be around 35% mark. Oh it's constantly dropping the wifi too!

@virginmedia I have already called that number this morning. They told me there was no available deals. I've put a note in my diary to call back on the 16th. I'm not holding out much hope though considering the poor experience I've had today. I wanted to sort it today on my day off.

@virginmedia Sorry for my delay as I'm being treated for a heart attack I had on Valentine's day. When I tested and found v low speeds I could not connect to any internet, so I used my mobile 3g service to check for Virgin internet issues, which came back no issues in my area.

@virginmedia I'm an existing customer, I've been with you for coming up 2 years. The colleague I dealt with was so unhelpful and just told me to call back on the 16th. I have a back up plan anyway as I've just spoken to sky and can get a 80mb for £25. I can afford the 20mb loss for £34 saving

@virginmedia once again your online service status tells me there are no known issues in our area. I call to report I still have the intermittent fault I have had for over a week and told there is a fault in the area which may not be fixed until 12th March.

@virginmedia thanks for looking into this in great detail and I only wish that I could go back to the previous version which was fully accessible and user-friendly unlike this version of the app. They shouldn't of updated the app because it wasn't broken in the first place.

@alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia I sincerely hope you don't end up with a fault. I was with @TalkTalk for many years until a fault last year. Quite honestly the worst company of any description I have ever dealt with. Totally failed to resolve, now much happier on @virginmedia

@virginmedia Feedback: Feedback. No point in having a Twitter team who have no access to customer accounts. They just stall the resolution process and spend a lot of time saying ‘sorry’.

@virginmedia how many times do I have to be cut off when trying to cancel a service with you? Can’t do it online, very clever. New tenants at my old address are trying to join your product but can’t because I’m still there. I’m not trying to move my service 1/2

@virginmedia I've had an engineer visit. I have no idea why my devices won't get up past 575mb reliably. I'm on the 1gig pack. The engineer used their PDA on my hub 4 and confirmed that it isn't an issue on your end. So I don't know what else to do. I'm considering moving back to 500

@virginmedia Much better off banging my head against a wall. The GRE has finally come back. Only down like 16 hours in all and pretty much an entire night's work lost. Not bad considering I've not had it two weeks. /s
