  @virginmedia Yes, the fault dates back from the 25th August and hopefully a fix will be made tomorrow, if not an engineer is booked for next week. When I finally got through the team were very helpful

  @virginmedia are abysmal. After harassing us for weeks by knocking at the door we decided to switch to them. Only to be left without wifi for almost an entire month. And customer service keeps making empty promises, telling us that it’ll be installed the next day.
