@virginmedia The TV goes all distorted I’ve done webchats phone calls the lot nothing has been resolved was told it was a problem in the area , neighbours have had no issues happened still have issues now but not as often but it’s a bit annoying esp when I’ve not had any money off

@virginmedia But when a contract is agreed like a mortgage or a fixed energy deal surely the agreement should last the full term. I’ve had issues since September & been told I can’t leave due to being under a contract so why should my costs go up when I’ve got an agreement in place until Dec

@virginmedia It seems to be the router that is the issue. In modem mode I get reasonable speeds via Etherley cable. Not near what I pay for. But acceptable. I am not able to maintain a wired connection to check on speed fluctuations.

@virginmedia I waited for a reply since 1:30pm last night only to get someone answer me at 8 am today while I’m asleep and now it’s back to the hot again. HORRIBLE SUPPORT CHANNELS. This is customer torture, not customer service... oh and my WiFi is down yet again! I want my money back!
