@virginmedia It's not an issues according to the site. It's working on wired connections. I'll be looking for compensation after this. If the costomer tells you there's a problem then take their word they're the ones paying you, why would they spend money other than to get what they pay for.

@virginmedia shocking service and support this weekend in the Dudley area. Service constantly down and getting fobbed of by call Center staff asking to reset routers saying it will all work? Now no ones picking up in fact you just keep cut people off and no options to complain?

@virginmedia Thanks for your reply and update. Glad to see services were restored at around Lunchtime. Still a 12 hour outage is pretty poor from a service level perspective, especially given the scale of the outage. Have you isolated a root cause and fix?

@virginmedia I'm trying to establish why all 5 of my Virgin Mobile phones were also affected by this network outage when I thought they were on the O2 network? I now have to go out and buy a phone and sim card from another service provider in the hope I don't end up in this situation again!
