@virginmedia @m1kewh1te83 Well you see i have asked multiple times for a replacement HUB and told i was not allowed a HUB 4 unless i bought your 1Gbps service. Now why would i buy that if your current services are down regularly and wont replace my hub? Twice in the same week it has been down!!

@virginmedia for 3 days now after 9pm internet keeps dropping, keep having to reset the hub 4 in the last hour it has occurred 4 times, run tests no issues in the area apparently yet on local fb group loads of people having same issue in B24 Birmingham !

Hi @virginmedia any issues I B14 as my Internet is not working. I've done diagnostic tests etc & it reports no issues. My Hub has been flashing green for an hour, the Internet kicks in & then drops out again. I am a home worker and have lost an hours working time so far. Help.

@virginmedia Superhub 3.0 , it has been giving me grief for years, and had dns / ip resolving issues and so many others. All fixed with a hard reset, don’t wanna be resetting my router constantly

@virginmedia Morning! So I checked the app for status and was fine, but on the website it said known issue all services. So I subscribed to the SMS alerts and it was "back" at 22:03. Hopefully it stays that way!

@MissIG_Geek @virginmedia I was with them once upon a time, and queried this too. Legally they can only issue contracts to customers aged over 18. I asked why they couldn't delete this information once the contract was in place, and their eventual response was that they need it for Ombudsmen audit checks.

@LilaConnectUK @virginmedia @OpenreachHelp Yep tried that they called me and provided me the details for another customer, great start. They sounded like they were paid solely on commission as they weren’t too bothered when I told them my address, just said it be installed August and that was it.
