    @kgardner081 @virginmedia In fairness, they've now been in touch, can't fix it remotely so are sending an engineer on Thursday to sort it out. So I'm grateful for that & 2 days to wait isn't bad.

    @virginmedia Yes we do - as soon as we turnoff the telly we lose signal and we have no Internet upstairs at all - very unhappy resorted to watching telly on the iPad

    @virginmedia Still waiting! It's now after 4! You changed our old hub that worked fine - at your insistence - didn't properly set it up - my wife needs printer for work & uni course - now been trying to get you to sort it since Thursday & you don't honour your promises to do so! Poor service!

    @MingSwift The TV service is great but if we can’t rely on our WiFi in a connected home, it’s not worth it. Have made a complaint. If they don’t offer an upgraded hub (which they’ve not before) and compensation/reduced bill (gone up by £14 since Sept), we’ll be gone. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia You arranged for an engineer to resolve this problem - he's been today & hasn't fixed it - he says not Virgin's job to sort printer problems! The printer worked fine till Virgin messed it up changing hub - you have a duty to fix it since it's of your making! Sort it please!

    @kgardner081 @virginmedia We'll see how we get on - everything works fine but can't connect the wireless printer & apparently (according to problems others have had) something to do with 2 wireless frequencies working off same IP code confusing the connection! Need renaming or something. Beyond me to do!

    @squelchuk @MingSwift @virginmedia We have a good box. That took long enough to get upgraded. I would try a superhub3… but I want a signal that gets around the house too, as well as reliability!

    @virginmedia You disabled our old address so I am now having to move my wife’s business computer and records at 10pm at night to the new address so she can work tomorrow. Your customer service agents haven’t got my name right once and you have mucked up provision of equipment at the new place

    And once again we are unable to use our @virginmedia wifi. When I called customer services today they took nearly 10min to answer, asked the same basic questions repeatedly and then cut me off without even starting to resolve anything! Bloody useless. Issues since May 2018.

    @virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

    @virginmedia Is there any clarity on what is causing the issue? As id like to set expectations to myself, the internet was fixed several times in the day and then breaks down again. So the service status fix time now seems unrealistic to me

    @virginmedia I've been calling 150 for days on my virgin media landline. "Lines are busy" hang up. I call 03454541111 - unobtainable. I call 150 on my virgin media mobile - hangs up on me. I log in to upgrade - "sorry we can't change your package online". How can I contact you?!

    @virginmedia my router is constantly rebooting and when does it has no WiFi this doesn't help when you have three children in live lessons and it goes off than its just ridiculous I've checked service status and no problems in area all wires are securely connected I await reply

    @virginmedia You guys are funny! nOT! No internet again today from around 11am. Same issues yesterday and day before. Ur web says no issues in my area but there clearly is. For a communications company you are doing well to communicate price hikes but not for issues.

    @virginmedia We have had a stove fitted since having virgin installed and have now had to move the tv box, we have used an extensions cable we had but it is causing problems with the tv signal and on demand services. Is there an extensions cable we could be supplied with that will work?
