@virginmedia absolutely pathetic service, trying to run a business that relies on taking cards payments,I switched to you for the secureness of the line over fibre, since I’ve switched I’ve had more down time than standard internet! Callled up told nothing can be done until 9am!!

@virginmedia No days no known problem but clearly with so many people waking up this morning and posting on twitter issues there must be an issue somewhere. Eg one of your switches down or dhcp server not issuing an IP to the hub so it can’t continue

@virginmedia Yes tried that and just called ur CS centre. Once again the person who took the call couldn’t care less. This is the 2nd time this month it’s gone down without any explanation or compensation

@virginmedia A call to your customer services,we hoped it had been rectified! Still waiting for a returns label for the 360….doesn’t look like it’s been credited along with a credit due for calls we didn’t realise we’d made on home phone not included in our package.
