    @AksTailor @virginmedia When I had some issues like that I haggled a month or two of free Internet from Virgin until the issue was resolved. Convincing them to do that took an infuriating number of phone calls but it was a satisfactory outcome, I've stuck with them.

    @virginmedia It's not an issues according to the site. It's working on wired connections. I'll be looking for compensation after this. If the costomer tells you there's a problem then take their word they're the ones paying you, why would they spend money other than to get what they pay for.

    @virginmedia The broadband has been off two or three times today again and is off at the moment. I’m sick of this now as both myself and the wife work from home. I’m currently looking at cancelling and alternate providers. The service was fine until Wednesday last week when you did an update

    @virginmedia shocking service and support this weekend in the Dudley area. Service constantly down and getting fobbed of by call Center staff asking to reset routers saying it will all work? Now no ones picking up in fact you just keep cut people off and no options to complain?

    @virginmedia Friday I booked an engineer as the WiFi on our hub keeps dropping. At the same time I upgraded my package. This includes tech help. Since Friday I've had no WiFi. I tried website chat but got dropped I've tried calling but was waiting too long. I'm getting bored!

    @virginmedia Yes - several times. Issues caused when I moved house in Jan & got new equipment which meant new account number. Old account charged £187.40 for early disconnection - when it wasn’t - and no discount applies at new address so £43.50 pm overcharged.

    @virginmedia No there are no credits despite being told on phone on Friday I had been given credits. The discount I was given when I changed package has never been applied and no-one at Virgin Media seem capable of owning this and fixing it for me

    @virginmedia Nope. It’s an account error. The person that did the move at VM was new and didn’t haven’t a clue what they were doing. Box worked fine at the new house until the account changed. Nobody seems to want to try to resolve this. It’s not a software issue. It’s a human error issue.

    2 (or 3?) weeks into staying with @virginmedia and my speed hasn't went up. If anything, it has gotten worse and the website is useless or doesn't work. Sigh.
