Zen is symmetric but VM is not (here), despite Zen being half the price. Symmetry (or not) depends on the underlying infrastructure supplier. VM has been great over many years, fairly usual tech support; Zen has been excellent and the tech support is very techy. ("Symmetric" here means upload and download rate is the same; often upload is much slower.)

It’s not as if broadband is new, surely you should know what you’re doing by now? Fix it and get reliable!
