    @virginmedia It always used to. It sees my address from the postcode & gives me the house number and street to choose, then asks me to complete a form for you to contact me to tell me within 10 days if the service is available in my area. It used to be instant, but no-one ever did contact me.

    @virginmedia I haven’t really got anywhere, I wanted ideally to discuss the process I went through and what I was advised online placing my upgrade. I have contacted CD via text but i have just been told nothing can be done and pick a new tariff! Struggled to try raise a complaint also...

    @virginmedia Sorry my tweet mentioned I contacted customer service via text. Asked for my complaint to be raised to a senior manager to discuss the upgrade process and wording, but was just offered a deadlock letter within 15 days! Not your procedure in your complaints code of practice..

    @virginmedia I have just switched my parents over to you for broadband along with their 2 mobiles and I have a pending broadband order to be installed next week for my new house. So I’m extremely disappointed in how I’m being treated, I may have no option to cancel the lot.

    @Angriper @virginmedia @SkyUK If I could get Sky here (at least decent speeds) I'd have switched years ago mate. Although, the way things are going, I'd be better off with poor download speed and uptime, rather than super fast speeds and always down.

    @garygilligan @virginmedia My daughter has always had trouble with Virgin. It was the only provider available where she had her business Everything would just go down, her systems, no payment procedure. Many many furious arguments with them She moved now. Dreadful bunch.

    @virginmedia As you cannot provide the service I pay for can I assume you will release me from my contract so I can get a proper provider. You should be updating us every 15 minutes not several hours.
