@virginmedia 6mbps download speed at the moment when ive upgraded to 350mbps... this is ridiculous, constant problems and advertising as the fasted.. and being told on your website that I need to wait 24 hours before you'll even look into booking an engineer..

@virginmedia poor doesn’t come anywhere near the description needed for the service you provide for a long term customer who simply needs the OLD Superhub 2ac router replacing. I simply need a replacement sent quickly but must wait for an engineer on Tuesday 4th January.

@sahinbrum @virginmedia I agree that their compensation policy is bs, I’ve found when I’ve had any outage affect me, they patch it quickly so the service gets intermittent while they work on a full fix, that way they don’t have to compensate, even if service drops out every couple minutes. BS really

@virginmedia Another lie I was told then! Apparently they were sending transcripts from 2 online chats yesterday and 1 from today. I’m really disappointed with Virgin, I expect better customer service from such a big company.

@virginmedia new tv box Friday as mentioned before didn’t work Friday started working yesterday now today it’s off again! Done the status check says no problems said box was on standby. I did get a flicker of a program for less than a minute then no signal.

Gutted that I’ve renewed my mobile contract with @virginmedia I don’t think I’ve ever had such bad customer service before. I’m still waiting for transcripts from my chats yesterday to complain to the Ombudsman about them. I will not be renewing with them again!

@virginmedia my new tv box has arrived today and I can’t use it as our area is still down. Our broadband was down yesterday. At least it’s only the tv today it’s not as if we are without power or heating like some parts of the country. Customer services were helpful

@virginmedia Is there an email address I can use instead? I can just tell them the address and send the photos and explain the problem. They turn up whenever and fix it (its on the street, so no one needs to be home) I’ve taped up the lower parts, but up higher it is hanging over a shop sign.

@virginmedia Its done now but fairly sure it shouldn't take your agents 45 mins to cancel sky and bt sports and change the TV package to the basic. Maybe more training or better systems are needed. Just saying Sky took about 3 minutes to cancel BT sports for me a year or so ago #competitors

@virginmedia No, will ask tomorrow. I borrowed another phone to test if the crackle was still there, and it was, so think the problem must be with the socket. Really pleased someone is coming to see it, was sure I would be told to do all sorts of tests myself!
