@virginmedia I've been on for nearly 9 hours trying to complain or cancel. Nobody answers the phone. I got put through to retention at 1030 am still no reply on chat and its now disconnected me. I'm cancelling my direct debit.

@virginmedia I called 2 days ago, saying I wanted to leave, lady tried to say due to COVID other co. Not going into homes. First co.Called can fit when needed. Told only way to cancel contract is to call- last two days called about 10 times all staff busy call. How do I cancel?!

@virginhelp @Virgin @virginmedia Last night around 8 p.m was the same... streams buffering, game were lagging with 100+ ping and download speeds were between 4 and 16 mpbs... same thing happened today around 5 p.m, not sure what the issue is, any ideas? @virginmedia I’ve given a bit of time and I’m sorry, I’m really disappointed. I rarely get the 200 meg I’m meant to - lucky to get a 1/4 of that most of time with the signal regularly dropping out. I’ve done all the tests I’m meant to and the router is where it should be, taken from your site
