@virginmedia The person I spoke to also told me that, as I’m only one customer complaining, that doesn’t really matter. I did challenge her as to whether one customer was irrelevant, and she said of course not but we wouldn’t listen to one customer’s complaint.

@virginmedia Too late now my account has been shutdown and I have another supplier... providing 80 Mb fibre connection that’s more stable than 350 Mb from virgin! Was a customer since just before NTL became Virgin media and never missed a bill but loyalty means nothing.

@virginmedia Can't even get through on the phone it automatically disconnects. I have a mbps of 7.7 and this is supposed to be fibre optic which your charging a fortune for. I need this for work right now and its stopping me! Absolutely appalling customer service 🤬😡
