@virginmedia 8 conversations to cancel our service and cxl confirmed by virgin. Cancellation first made on 28 Feb. Just received a bill and you have billed for April and May. What a shambles you are! Get your act together now! I have paid final balance & no more is due!

@virginmedia Broadband issues since May 2018. Multiple calls to customer service with no permanent fix. Last time I called I was asked the same questions repeatedly then cut off. Want a new hub that works and a bill review as it’s gone from £65 to £79 since Sept 2018!

Made a complaint to @virginmedia 10 days ago via their online service with a 7 day anticipated response time and yet have heard nothing since the acknowledgement of my complaint. This basically sums up my experience over the past year of ineffective response to our issues.

@virginmedia Disconnections at least once an hour and if more than 3 people connect to the WiFi it has a mental breakdown and curls up in a ball, so normal service has resumed 👍

This is ridiculous now @virginmedia internet’s been down nearly 48 hours and estimated time has been pushed back at least 6 times, now the completion time is tomorrow?! I can’t do any work and been rejected from a grad scheme because I couldn’t get online to do the assessments!

@virginmedia I think my partner spoke to every team there is within virgin... the technical team, the same team, the mobile sales team back to the technia team, back to the mobile sales team .. and still after 3 hours ...nothing is sorted apart from an estimated fix of 16th March!!
