    @O2 @virginmedia Further to this, he has now told me that as I get a £15/month discount for my 1st 6 months with O2, I need to cancel that and pay full price in order to get the extra #Volt speed boost with VM

    @virginmedia They said they can’t do anything, just have to pay for 13 days of a service that hasn’t even been activated. Not the best customer service really, left @Plusnet due to them not helping (well trying to leave, seems impossible)

    @virginmedia @O2 Over the last couple of weeks I've seen a big increase in Internet cutouts and I'm not sure whether it's the service or my hub. When it does drop, the hub does seem to behave like I've just rebooted it. Is there a way to check if the hub is faulty and needs replacing?

    @virginmedia I have now received a call back from a manager who has now said will pass to the technical resolution team who will get back to me in 3-5 days which is a worse situation than this morning. I hope anyone considering virgin mobile is reading my messages and taking heed 2 🤬

    @virginmedia Nothing is working, still on hold, disconnected several times now, been told I’m wrong, been laughed at and reduced to tears, what kids of customer service does this really! I have a disabled child that requires WiFi everything was fine until the technician came
