    @virginmedia I’ve used your diagnostic tests which have confirmed that their is a networking issue and it suggested to monitor the issue. Your customer services also said to call back if I was still having issues.

    @virginmedia Well for the most part we don’t get full coverage throughout the house AND we can’t have more than 2 devices working at one time without it really slowing down.
