@virginmedia I'm an existing customer, I've been with you for coming up 2 years. The colleague I dealt with was so unhelpful and just told me to call back on the 16th. I have a back up plan anyway as I've just spoken to sky and can get a 80mb for £25. I can afford the 20mb loss for £34 saving

@virginmedia I've tried that. Unfortunately I have a job and I cannot be on the phone for long periods of time. I travel at the times you suggest anyway. You can respond to a tweet, why can't you cancel the service? I am just so disappointed that you are hoodwinking a customer in this way.
