@virginmedia I've been on for nearly 9 hours trying to complain or cancel. Nobody answers the phone. I got put through to retention at 1030 am still no reply on chat and its now disconnected me. I'm cancelling my direct debit.

Hi @virginmedia still trying to cancel, nearly 4 days in now. No answer at 150 been In a 'live chat' since 930am nothing doing there. I wish to cancel, now. Failing that my direct debits will be stopped as of tomorrow.

@virginmedia It does. The internet will randomly cut out then come back on 2/3 minutes later. I’ve factor reset it via the router setting and a manual factory reset with no luck.

@virginmedia 1) we have been experiencing WIFI issues for months, only 50% coverage in our house. Whilst complaining on a monthly basis only found out by trying to download Virgin Connect App that our router is old, so the advice to put it on a high shelf to improve coverage🙄!!

@virginmedia @nickholding01 The biggest issue I think people have is this page doesnt actually contain methods to contact Virgin Media, its an FAQ page not a contact page. You end up in a loop where one page takes you to a contact page, then the contact page takes you back to where you were.

@virginmedia I understand it happens. But been told that I would have update within next three days and having finishing call with customer having no Internet (it went down during call) I find is not great User Experience. 😬 Thankfully @VodafoneGroup has great mobile data signal
