    Quite possibly the worst onboarding and customer 'care' experience I've EVER had @virginmedia Unfulfilled promises, failure to deliver contract as agreed and now I'm 'lost' in the system and being ignored. I'm left with no choice other than to 'out' you. #CaveatEmptor

    @virginmedia Β£44.80 package change for a change we didn't agree to. Also, Advisor#3 has had me on hold for about 10/15 mins now and he's just accidentally "unhold" me whilst he was making himself a cuppa tea, sounded like he said "****" then put me back on hold again. πŸ™ƒ

    @virginmedia are an absolute disgrace. The broadband has been down more than in use over the last 12 months. My 1 year old would do a better job in the call centre they use.

    @virginmedia Just being able to access pages for support and settings etc. lots of β€œoops” errors and not loading. This is a small issue, speeds around the house are not good either. Disappointing.

    @virginmedia The ideal resolution would have been for VM to return the document as originally promised. We have dealt with other companies in this regard and all have been prompt and professional. Even the DWP accepted a photocopy of the POA. Why VM couldn't is entirely beyond me.

    @virginmedia a customer of yours for years. Had a cpi increase letter to say leave with out penalty. Competitor massively cheaper than you for faster speeds. Only to be told by a colleague I have to pay Β£110 to leave today?

    @virginmedia my new tv box has arrived today and I can’t use it as our area is still down. Our broadband was down yesterday. At least it’s only the tv today it’s not as if we are without power or heating like some parts of the country. Customer services were helpful

    @dobbin1957 @virginmedia I struggle to get any communication from @virginmedia at all but then, when they did communicate, it contained blatant lies saying they had fixed the issue and an engineer had been out (neither of those things happened).

    @adrianweckler Bbc sounds app is blocked but one can access all bbc stations via website and virgin media tv. Some premier league games are geo blocked on bbc 5 live but available live on world service

    @virginmedia Virginmedia broadband and other services are, once again, down in the postcode NW1 9TY (from 10.00 this morning). This is the third time in two weeks. According to their updates, the estimated repair time is 8 July at 15.07 !

    @paulveness1974 @virginmedia I think that many peoples problems stem from using wifi, everything I have connected to the Internet, TVs and PC are hard wired, i never have a problem. I remember I used the Smart TV features once, never used it since, I press somethings it's instant not sat waiting to load.
