I think @virginmedia are attempting to outdo @TUIUK for the worst customer services . I’ve spent 45 mins on hold so far waiting to speak to a human . Doesn’t beat 3 and half hours trying Tui but bless Virgin they’re trying. Just appalling 👍

@virginmedia twice I have called you now, trying to cancel my contract. 50 and 90minute phone calls just to be hung up on!! I’m cancelling the direct debit. Just try and charge me and I will be charging you the cost of my phone bill that you wasted my time with!!!

@virginmedia You can stick that. I suggest you fix the connection I’ve been having for weeks now, I can’t even load anything on my phone in the rook directly below. Before you ask I’ve done all the tests too then never heard back from you.

@virginmedia and the broadband has gone down again. Every day around midday. Phone app has problems reaching servers, web service status says my broadband is good. Router flashing or sorts of green lights.

@virginmedia I've been on for nearly 9 hours trying to complain or cancel. Nobody answers the phone. I got put through to retention at 1030 am still no reply on chat and its now disconnected me. I'm cancelling my direct debit.

@WaterInMyOtter @virginmedia Just ditch them, I've found swapping providers usually clears up issues better than trying to do customer service. I'm Plusnet and they're good in my neck of the woods, but check around for what's good in your area as it varies wildly across the country.

@virginmedia Hey, I did this via chat, and just got an email to say that my complaint has been resolved. It says the complaint was "My contract price/length is incorrect" and that the resolution was "Package correction". That sounds, to me that, that I can now cancel?

@virginmedia Hmm.. that’s odd. According to these BT sales guys yous run through their cables. Oh well. No status issues in my area and have restarted the internet box about 3 times in 24hrs. It’s very glitchy and intermittent. Usually super reliable so it’s strange it’s suddenly not.
