@pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

I’ve now had two messages from @virginmedia threatening to Charge us for equipment WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY RETURNED! There is no way to respond to the message and I don’t like being threatened! You customer service is getting worse!

@virginmedia hi. My mums tv went of at 12 o’clock today. We rang up & lady on the phone said her system was Down & she would ring back before closing time today. Tv still isn’t on. It’s Christmas Day tomorrow. She promised me she would ring back & tv would be back on today!!
