@virginmedia It is a media issue, I sent off the documents over a month ago confirming new account holder , no reply or confirmation this has been actioned at all. Weeks on end trying to sort one issue that should be easy is unacceptable

What a joke @virginmedia are. On the phone for 1hr 29mins just to cancel a phone contract. I ask them for an email address to make a complaint and they say they don't have one 🤣🤣 I will never be using this company again

@virginmedia No known issues, there was on 28/04, same thing signal cutting out, supposedly fixed 29/04, but since then there were brief signal losses a couple times a day every day, another known issue raised 06/05 fixed the same day, yesterday had no problems, but today issue is worse

@virginmedia Thank you, yes, I just called them after it happened again! They are sending a technician out to see if the area fault from last Sunday has caused an issue on my line, as this issue only started then, a tech is coming out on Tuesday

@virginmedia I called the mobile team at the start of the year to put a £5 cap on my mobile contract which my daughter uses but have now received a bill for £29 and discovered the cap was never put on. CS on the phone insisted I've never called about this but I know for a fact I did....

@virginmedia intermittent internet access with lots of downtime for more then 1 week (while working from home) is NOT acceptable. I was told it was fixed by email on the 16th. Now down again! I would like a pro-rata refund as I'm topping up my phone data just to work around.

@virginmedia Yep, I understand, which is why I phone them every month. Maybe you should talk to your team and get them to explain the situation to the social media team so when these things come up, you at least know there is an issue and acknowledge there have been issues you’re working on
