    @virginmedia 2/2 to her system that has Gvt system level security for 5Ghz will then revert back to one name for both and also revert to Ch108 making connection to 5Ghz unavailable. My router was refreshed by service, monitoring 24hrs, waiting on Hub5. Others are exp same fault..

    @virginmedia after reporting issues with my VM hub4 where the 5Ghz channel reverts to channel 108 it has come to my attention that this is being experienced by others. I’ve had to fact reset then manually change it to Ch40/48 then rename 2.4&5 so that my wife’s system can log 1/2

    @virginmedia That was the first thing I tried but nothing happened. It’s only when I power off at the wall, wait a minute then power on that it changes. Right now it’s working fine but this has been a recurring problem this week.

    @virginmedia Everything is running fine then my devices can’t connect. It takes me switching the router off at the wall and on again for the connection to reestablish itself. First world problems but it’s a pain when I’m working upstairs and the router is downstairs. And it should just work!

    @virginmedia I assume as you know there is a problem in my area and we have no TV services or wi-fi that we will automatically be compensated? Many of us are still working from home and this is a massive problem for us!!! #badcustomerservice

    First World problems. Internet dropping. Or should I say, @virginmedia broadband. Its awful, drops completely three / four times a week. Sometimes several times a day for a few seconds. Can't wait until I can give notice!

    @virginmedia They refused to tell me as they said it contravened GDPR rules, I asked if they could tell me the minimum I needed to pay so as not to involve GDPR. They weren’t able to help.

    @virginmedia Thanks, there was nothing listed. However I discovered via local media there was a major outage near Dumbarton, however there was nothing on the website or app. The call centre didn't know either. Lasted most of the day. Pretty poor Comms.

    @virginmedia sort out your links on the new My Virgin Media and My 02, the verification email takes ages to come through and the passkey link doesn't work, an hour of my time wasted trying to verify my account.

    Worst customer service ever from @O2 Raised a complaint, several weeks later they tried to contact me but I was driving so they closed the complaint!!!! And all of this is due to the incompetence of the staff at the Livingston branch 😡 @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Hi @virginmedia it is now over 2 days since I have been unable to login in to my virgin media account or access Sky Sports via the Sky Sports App or via internet. When will this be fixed and where is the communication explaining the fault.
