    @staffsbrewery @unicom @openreach I walked away from BT Infinity in my Hixon village as soon as Virgin Media was available the Service from BT was not good to say the least and i safe money with VM compared to my monthly charges from BT and Sky

    @williamtm @virginmedia So virgin media don’t support it then. that is not “nothing supports it” Yell at virgin. BT is fine, although they do need to differentiate their treatment of ipv4 vs ipv6 icmp in their default firewall rules

    Virgin Media customer service is non existent. 6 times today I’ve called to make changes to my package. I’ve waited on average 50 minutes each time only to be cut off each time. You can add to your package on line but you can’t remove anything. Just wait till normality returns...

    @williamtm @virginmedia 1&1, bt, EE, sky, zen and talk talk all support v6 afaik. The ONLY major (by number of subscribers) ISP that doesn’t is virgin. The smallest of the big 4 is talk talk and numbers 5-10 of the top 10 added together are still half the size of talk talk.

    @virginmedia all of yesterday and still today I have no internet. It's been switched off, reset etc. Last month I went nearly a week without service. This needs resolving or I'm leaving.

    @virginmedia once again your online service status tells me there are no known issues in our area. I call to report I still have the intermittent fault I have had for over a week and told there is a fault in the area which may not be fixed until 12th March.

Same thing every time. Always say there’s no issue. Must be our devices. Think, at £50 a month... time to change.

    @virginmedia So now I can't get into my account YET AGAIN to pay my bill. I changed my password but now I'm told I only have a secondary account and can't access billing. I went through all this crap last year and had a nightmare with your woeful call centre. Had enough now.

    @virginmedia Which would be fine, but it’s now been down for a further 40 minutes again and been lagging all morning. So it’s obviously far from fixed.

    @virginmedia My mother in law was paying for Line and BB, my partner called to add tv for her and he wanted to pay for the service for her. This wasn’t done, so 2 accounts, we called in sept 2020 to cancel the service and only the tv was done, so you have continued to charge her for a service

    @virginmedia wifi in my area has been on and off and it's extremely disruptive especially since most of the household are in online school! your website says that the postcode is fine and even by rebooting the router the problem still persists!! what do we do 😣

    @virginmedia 2/2 retentions department contacted me and offered great deal but I explained my reliability issue. He contacted your tech team to try and resolve and because my system was showing healthy at that time they refused to do anything.
