@virginmedia They refused to tell me as they said it contravened GDPR rules, I asked if they could tell me the minimum I needed to pay so as not to involve GDPR. They weren’t able to help.

@virginmedia Our virgin has been down for 2 days. When phoning, all we get is a message saying 'Sorry the service in your area is intermittent, our engineers are doing their best to fix it. Intermittent???? I wish! We've had no telephone, internet or TV continually for 2 days, 😡

@virginmedia Yes, WiFi in the room I now want to use when working from home is poor for all the devices I’ve used in that room. It comes and goes. Sometimes there’s no WiFi at all, other times it’s there but slow, it’s rarely there and performing well. I’m only a few meters from the router 😖

@virginmedia The wifi chooses when it wants to connect to certain devices, even when sat next to it and nobody else connected not reliable at all. The signal to the router seems ok just the internet connection over wifi is woeful. Won’t renew when my contract expires
