My router was refreshed by service, monitoring 24hrs, waiting on Hub5. Others are exp same fault..

They’re great when joining and setting up but if you have a problem be prepared for a lot of frustration and time wasting. They’re absolutely horrendous for customer service. I was lied to, transfered to dead lines, put on hold without coming back etc.
