    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    @virginmedia No tried again and unable to send an engineer because the fault is not happening .. I did try to explain it's intermittent 😡😡but with the language barrier she couldn't understand .. I will try and cancel my account later because I'm not paying for a service that has issues

    @SimonADouglas @virginmedia We have the occasional internet problem but since the last announced 'update' the hub seems to be resetting itself. Doesn't matter to the 'wired' machines but obviously disconnects the WiFi! Irritating as the restart times are long and inputting the names/password is a pain 🙄

    @virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

    @virginmedia Thought it would be simple 2get this £55.75 contract activated AFTER i'd spoken2 @virgin about my overpayments dated back2 June 2019 as Alex (wrote down all names)had told me. But it was impossible2 get this package (& time wasn't on my side) BECAUSE 4 operatives told me..

    @virginmedia Hello, it seems a large number of your customers (myself included) are having trouble connecting to the servers of "Destiny 2", every other connection seems to be working fine but that game specifically has huge connection issues.

    @virginmedia So i was never given the opportunity to activate your package because NO manager was available (i'd rushed home 4a promised call at 7.30pm from a manager & i had0) I knew staying was hopeless + @virgin disconnect had2B then because2 days time @Skydisc was coming + new WiFi.
