    So @virginmedia @virginhelp I have spoken to the webchat who told me to call the helpdesk. Helpdesk have told me to write a letter. WILL ANYONE HELP ME!??? I will write to Rachel Barrass but not going to really help when the debt collectors arrive.

    @virginmedia Our virgin has been down for 2 days. When phoning, all we get is a message saying 'Sorry the service in your area is intermittent, our engineers are doing their best to fix it. Intermittent???? I wish! We've had no telephone, internet or TV continually for 2 days, 😡

    @virginmedia can you please tell me how to ensure that you cancel my contract? I have tried since June! I’ve moved out and you keep on sending me bills and notices of not paying! The chat is useless as no one actually helps! It then disconnects! So disappointed.

    @virginmedia There are known issues in my area. Apparently 2 days in a row at, what i would imagine, are peak times. I seriously need to consider a new provider. This is getting beyond a joke for the money that I pay

    Well, @virginmedia what a way to welcome a new customer. Two weeks in and I’m getting speeds so slow the internet is unusable. A week to wait before an engineer visit and there’s no compensation. How do we key workers work from home this week on 2mbit?

    @virginmedia It always used to. It sees my address from the postcode & gives me the house number and street to choose, then asks me to complete a form for you to contact me to tell me within 10 days if the service is available in my area. It used to be instant, but no-one ever did contact me.

    @virginmedia have the worst customer service in the world. Reported a fraud case to them 2 months ago and they have done nothing with it. You call there call centre and they just hang up on you. Great work guys 👍🏻

    Call number 25 with @virginmedia after the service desk hung up on my after I waited 30 mins to connect and then when I did get through put my on hold and then hung up 😭😬😬 on your call number 26

    @virginmedia Havent spoken to anyone since my post there are issues in my area which means I have no internet and no TV, during lockdown this is not the most ideal situation 2 nights in a row after finishing work! Been down for over an hour so far that I know of as thats when i got home

    @virginmedia I have had to come out of my house to get a data signal its not just my landline it's my Internet connection and tv to. I am happy to talk to you know but once I get home I won't be able as i haven't got Internet phone or TV and no mobile signal

    @virginmedia This is a joke. on the 19/03 my broadband went down. I managed to book an engineer for 24/03. The engineer came and said that Virgin unplugged by mistake my cable for the street box and another engineer will come today. No one came and next date is 06/04. Thanks

    @virginmedia I contacted you January to inform you my mum had died. I offered to pay her last bill. Two of your staff verbally said Virgin, as a brand would never expect that. Her package was disconnected Feb. This week she got an additional £124 bill for March. Seriously!
