My router was refreshed by service, monitoring 24hrs, waiting on Hub5. Others are exp same fault..

The ONLY major (by number of subscribers) ISP that doesn’t is virgin. The smallest of the big 4 is talk talk and numbers 5-10 of the top 10 added together are still half the size of talk talk.

If they'd shown that much interest when I complained about intermittent broadband, I might have stayed! So glad I didn't thought! Better service, cheaper price!
