    Watching @virginmedia engineers install cabling to a property opposite. Residents moved in yesterday. They’re not in, nor is their neighbour. Didn’t stop the engineers lifting the neighbour’s lawn to drill and feed through cabling. Terrible.

    @virginmedia They refused to tell me as they said it contravened GDPR rules, I asked if they could tell me the minimum I needed to pay so as not to involve GDPR. They weren’t able to help.

    @virginmedia Lichfield area having problems. I’ve gone from 600mbps this morning to less than a meg. According to online no know issues. Connect app and your online diagnostic tool doesn’t support Hub4 so can even test that way. Done a rest of hub. Nothing. Help!

    @virginmedia had packet loss for a solid four days now in the ST16 area (Stafford)…any chance of a fix? It’s impacting my ability to work from home and in the evening I’ve not been able to watch YouTube/Netflix/etc without it buffering constantly.

    @virginmedia It appears to have been resolved. However it is rather alarming to hear members of our village had been told by your customer service team “the earliest fix would be 6th Jan 2021”.

    If you are a @virginmedia customer and you can't access your email, the only way to resolve the problem is to call and choose the option that says you're leaving the company. There is no option among those offered (broadband, TV, mobile). #VirginEmailProblems

    @virginmedia Just been on the phone for an hour trying to resolve an issue with our TV that we've had for 2 days. Got hung up on and was told no managers were avalible they have tried signing my 70yo father onto multiple contracts when all he wanted was his TV working.

    @virginmedia please train your customer support to not disconnect customer calls when they cannot answer a question. It must be daunting for them when the answer isn’t scripted? Terrible service as always!
