@virginmedia There are known issues in my area. Apparently 2 days in a row at, what i would imagine, are peak times. I seriously need to consider a new provider. This is getting beyond a joke for the money that I pay

@virginmedia Yes, it has since been resolved. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue and frequently not getting the speeds I am paying for. Not your happiest customer by any stretch of the imagination!

@virginmedia seems to bollock about with their broadband at 1am on a Wednesday without fail right as #NXT #wwenxt is coming on. Seems to happen near enough every week.

@virginmedia Our virgin has been down for 2 days. When phoning, all we get is a message saying 'Sorry the service in your area is intermittent, our engineers are doing their best to fix it. Intermittent???? I wish! We've had no telephone, internet or TV continually for 2 days, 😡

David Ward (@ADaveWard) reported from Wolverhampton, England
Thanks for the reply @virginmedia but in your instructions following your system check on your site it states you will be sending a signal to my hub to improve something. Nowhere does it date for me to do a pinhole reset. So which is correct because you need to correct something
-
*KP* (@KarenPerry7) reported from Willenhall, England
@Coconuts1964 @virginmedia Thanks mate. How bad is it that customers have to rely on each other for information rather than the company we pay hundreds to each year. #virginmedia terrible!!
-
Kymberlilly :-) (@Kimmi_Mmm) reported from Wednesfield, England
@virginmedia no internet still!!! just wondering if in virgin town 24 hours actually means 1-2 weeks 🤔you are sending a new router out when that is not the problem and said itll be here in 3-5 working days but will be monday?Does anyone in your company know how to count?

@virginmedia It always used to. It sees my address from the postcode & gives me the house number and street to choose, then asks me to complete a form for you to contact me to tell me within 10 days if the service is available in my area. It used to be instant, but no-one ever did contact me.
-
Lacie_Adams (@Lacie_Adams1) reported from Wednesfield, England
@virginmedia Someone actually looking into my account, the issues I've had and money back would be nice

Jay (@Jay_Dee29) reported
@virginmedia Horrible customer service. Ive been messed around royally lately. Lied to, fobbed off. Then you have the cheek to increase my bill from £27 to £34. Called up and was offered £35 if I signed up a new contact. £1 more than the extortionate price hike. Absolute joke.
-
Pete Brimfield (@3Brims) reported
@virginmedia Your original email was not received in junk/spam. I have replied but now my email has gone down! I’ve emailed you from a different email. #canthingsgetworse

-
Adi senyk-bridge (@AdiSxBridge) reported
@virginmedia Indeed I did, and again this morning, no known issues. I thoroughly enjoy having to waste so much time repeatedly resetting my router every few weeks. The engineer who visited recently clearly hasn't resolved the root cause. Wifi down again today
-
Steve Boothby (@SteveBreave) reported
@katobell @virginmedia Never leave feedback for them. Lots of these companies talk the talk then, immediately, ask for feedback. You give it to them and then, a little while later, you (may) find out it was just talk.
-
Colin (@albaman90) reported
@virginmedia Realistically @virginmedia I need someone who can sort this problem to call me this evening. Is this something you can arrange? I cannot spend more time getting the run around trying to get the solution
-
Kevin (@KevinDecaf) reported
@virginmedia @virginhelp The service was never installed properly and multiple engineers have came out to fix it and been unable to
-
Bev Hynds (@bevhynds) reported
@virginmedia introducing annual inflationary increases and removing people’s ability to cancel their contracts is a disgrace & only serves to benefit you. People should be given the choice rather than hiding it in the T&C so you can remind them next year when they forget.
