Loving all the people moaning their virgin media being down. Most being paid for by their parents! Stop moaning! Either they’ve had a major piece of equipment fail or they’ve been hacked. Be patient, and it will be sorted. Or move to another and only get slow 30mb broadband!

@virginmedia have the worst customer service in the world. Reported a fraud case to them 2 months ago and they have done nothing with it. You call there call centre and they just hang up on you. Great work guys 👍🏻

Hi @virginmedia just wanted to get in touch as just got off the phone with the bereavement team. All I wanted is to transfer the account to my mum as my Dad has died. But have been told you have to close the account losing our emails & leaving us without service for up to a week

@virginmedia I’ve had no internet with you guys for almost a week now. Every time I call up I’m not able to get through to any customer service members as it tells me the same message “the engineers are working hard to fix this problem and it may take longer that usual”.

@virginmedia I reported it on the 2nd Feb, it was a network issue and request both over the phone and on your automated system to be updated, phoned again Monday to find out the automated message has changed so assumed the network issue is fixed but I didn't receive a message informing me
