@virginmedia I also asked to be put through to complaints as I have done before and then the phone goes dead. I have been so reliant on my old number sick older members of family in times of great stress #help

Why did I swop to #virgin? 2 months ago and nothing but problems @virginmedia it took over 20 days to get my tel no changed then you change again why did you not tell me! How do you expect anyone to contact me V useless biggest mistake and very £xpensive one with poor WiFi too.

@virginmedia Okay, so now the app tells me if I move across a small hallway into my daughters bedroom that the signal is Great. Speedtest tells me immediately afterwards that download is 7.25mbps and upload is 4.09mbps How long do I have to put up with this awful service given the cost?

@sizzsarz virgin media really need to pucker up and sort this out as its your source of income they really should be doing all they can to fix what is wrong quick enough to take your money but when there is a problem they are always super slow at fixing things
