    @virginmedia once again your online service status tells me there are no known issues in our area. I call to report I still have the intermittent fault I have had for over a week and told there is a fault in the area which may not be fixed until 12th March.

    @staffsbrewery @unicom @openreach I walked away from BT Infinity in my Hixon village as soon as Virgin Media was available the Service from BT was not good to say the least and i safe money with VM compared to my monthly charges from BT and Sky

    @virginmedia No days no known problem but clearly with so many people waking up this morning and posting on twitter issues there must be an issue somewhere. Eg one of your switches down or dhcp server not issuing an IP to the hub so it can’t continue

    @virginmedia So now I can't get into my account YET AGAIN to pay my bill. I changed my password but now I'm told I only have a secondary account and can't access billing. I went through all this crap last year and had a nightmare with your woeful call centre. Had enough now.

    @YNWA__1965 @Yazzy_321 @virginmedia I had to go through a lot to debug our home WiFi when lockdown started. The problem turned out to be a Roku dongle remote. It's worth debugging this stuff, if it is a WiFi problem. Trial and error will work eventually.

    @virginmedia £240 for being forced to cancel because you can’t offer us a service in our new home is absolutely absurd. We aren’t happy about it. We are long-standing customers and want to know what you are going to do about. To be honest I’m shocked how unhelpful you’re being.

    @virginmedia 4) The system you have that doesn’t allow representatives to send simple emails or access account information makes the whole customer experience incredibly poor - we want one point of contact and confidence that the person we speak to has the ability to solve issues. Sort it out

    @YNWA__1965 @Yazzy_321 @virginmedia Of course, if your actual internet connection is broken there's nothing you can do. Virgin have a lot of problems. I'm no business analyst but I would guess they chuck as many people on their network as it can possibly stand and spend the bare minimum on maintenance.
