Sure, if we're talking to an end-user, you either use a different term or explain the meaning

    @SimonADouglas @virginmedia We have the occasional internet problem but since the last announced 'update' the hub seems to be resetting itself. Doesn't matter to the 'wired' machines but obviously disconnects the WiFi! Irritating as the restart times are long and inputting the names/password is a pain 🙄

    @virginmedia What a crazy unprofessional experience today when I called virgin media phone to cancel my phone and sim simcard contract...so now I come to know its handset and airtime both gonna separately cancelled. And I need to be very precise with day to call them again😡

    @virginmedia Last went down 16 mins ago. There was another issue marked (F009260742) with a fix date of next Tuesday 5pm that I got a text to say it was fixed at 6.52pm (before it went down again).

    @virginmedia So I'm Doncaster I'm on day 3 of "no issues with my service" I'm sat watching my hub 3 reboot at suspiciously close to 7pm ever night then have no service till 9 or 10.

    @virginmedia Yes, it has suggested a fix time. (And thankfully you usually fix it earlier.) But the fact it goes down so regularly is the problem. Shouldn't you be looking into the root cause of issues with your infrastructure?

    @virginmedia The incident happened around 13:50 today in the Kingsway, Quedgeley area. A young male was driving the car. He briefly stopped to check the car and was on the phone, but didn’t get a good look at him, or catch the number plate.
