    @ChrisScottBtn I’m fed up of this process year on year with an ongoing problematic service. Three complaints, two left unanswered. And then the onus is on you to chase! I cannot be bothered with them anymore. That’s the level customer service I’ve come to expect from @virginmedia now.

    @virginmedia It’s only been in the past few weeks that it’s gotten so bad. I was getting updates 2 weeks ago from @EE saying they were doing work in my area, but have heard nothing since. Shame you don’t have wi-fi calling

    @virginmedia Used to work for the company know all about rebooting after a fix. Just done *** and TiVo box again whilst still waiting for someone to answer the phone and it still doesn’t work. Absolutely shocking

    @Gemgwar @virginmedia Basically.. nobody knows what the process is! Told we had to wait in ALL DAY yesterday for nobody to come (when we apparently now it’s only a package being delivered) STILL! nobody is clear if it’s a package being delivered or an engineer. Shocking service for what we are paying!

    @BankerJase @virginmedia I’ve yet to deal with a Virgin Media team that provide decent customer service. Which is why I’ve given up on TV/Telephone. Broadband will only last if they maintain a service.

    @virginmedia Your an absolute joke of a company, you charge me £50 a month for broadband and it hasn’t worked for the last 2 months, 4 people in our street have the same problem but yet when an engineer comes out they claim they’ve fixed it when they havent,sort it out,disgrace.

    @virginmedia Yep I r tried that. It says I need a pod but you haven’t got any...and it don’t let me order one for when you do, I need to phone up. I phone 4 times a day & get nowhere. It’s a complete farce, just get passed from bot to bot it’s rubbish service.

    Hi @virginmedia, I have a problem with my router, I have to reset/restart/reboot it every day or so. It worked fine for over a year but now it's horrendous. There's nothing wrong with the line into my house or cables. It's the hub3. Please help

    @RHJOfficial @virginmedia @Ubiquiti Yeah once you get down to bulbs, speakers, up cameras, it all adds up. Had a better signal and more control over port forwarding etc with my own router.
