    @virginmedia Have to assume the cold-calling up-selling team aren't aware when customers have canceled their cable TV just a few months ago with notes to say they're only watching Netflix and want to pay less than £30. I try not to be rude, but seems a bit unfair on the team.

    @virginmedia Yes, the Complaints team have just parroted the same statements back to me without listening to me as an actual person and advised me to talk to the movers team, which is confusing as the Complaints team should be the overall team to raise a complaint with, not just hand it off.

    @virginmedia I've already tried calling. The agent wouldn't accept what I was saying and basically called me a liar so I tweeted you & you advised me to file a complaint on the website to which I've received no response at all. I feel my only chance of a result is to take it to CISAS.

    @virginmedia I'm trying to get our bill down paying 134 a mouth is to much got the VIP package the first caller said could get it down to 99 then said no because we can't get 500 mb in our area got cut off now been on phone another 50 mins

    One of the worst things i have ever done is move from @EE mobile to @virginmedia mobile as 4g is slower than a slug... currently getting 0.48mbps even my school internet was 2mb 15 years ago pdl 😡😡

    @virginmedia I've moved house but remained a customer with no break in payments. As you can see, I was explicitly told to ignore my 'new' contract as it was just a formality with no changes to terms and I can't see any mention of paying two months at once.

    @virginmedia You don’t offer a service to transfer my broadband to my new premises therefore I shouldn’t have to spend over three hours explaining the situation al& kept hanging on for almost four hours to cancel my contract! Diabolical! Bad customer care & service! #virginmedia

    @virginmedia They weren't, another hour passed on hold with no answer and then the very same thing happened. Third time this has happened now, 3 whole hours with no answer. This is really very very poor. Never known CS like it anywhere else

    @virginmedia TV & Broadband have been off & on all day - checker says earlier issues solved in ST1. Have rebooted everything according to instructions but wifi signal drops out every 5 minutes. Impossible to watch on demand TV. Suggestions?

    @virginmedia Your awful customer service is stressing me out. I contacted you over a week ago to let you know WE NEED TO CANCEL OUR SERVICES. I have not heard anything. I just went to chat with an agent (says chat open until 10pm) it referred me to WhatsApp & then said humans are asleep

    @virginmedia Im getting incredibly frustrated. I’ve been trying to cancel this contract since 1pm this afternoon. I was on hold for over an hour before the phone was disconnected before I had chance to speak to a member of virgin. Now on WhatsApp I’ve waited over 2 hours to speak to someone
