@virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

@virginmedia Hi. It seems the exterior issue may have been cleared, but my hub will only let things connect via WiFi if they are in the same room. I think the hub needs replacing as the signal isn't strong enough to teach upstairs.
