    @virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

    @virginmedia No known issues, there was on 28/04, same thing signal cutting out, supposedly fixed 29/04, but since then there were brief signal losses a couple times a day every day, another known issue raised 06/05 fixed the same day, yesterday had no problems, but today issue is worse

    @virginmedia Nothing about Wi-Fi on the service page but by looking at the other 1000s of tweets from people with the same exact issue I’m clearly not going to get a solution anytime soon

    @virginmedia my wife is on the 4th phone call to you guys and is in tears beacuse she is stressed out by one of your operators who she cannot understand and has made her incredibly upset. My wife has major health issues and you are not helping at all.

    @virginmedia Thank you, yes, I just called them after it happened again! They are sending a technician out to see if the area fault from last Sunday has caused an issue on my line, as this issue only started then, a tech is coming out on Tuesday

    What a joke @virginmedia are. On the phone for 1hr 29mins just to cancel a phone contract. I ask them for an email address to make a complaint and they say they don't have one 🤣🤣 I will never be using this company again

    @virginmedia It is a media issue, I sent off the documents over a month ago confirming new account holder , no reply or confirmation this has been actioned at all. Weeks on end trying to sort one issue that should be easy is unacceptable

    @virginmedia I am away in Europe again from tomorrow and need a service that works. I have been on hold for 30mins several calls and your assistant cut me off despite a promise at the start of the call that they will ring straight back should the call end. I’m still waiting 2.5hr later!!

    @virginmedia not long after that because I immediately received a high bill but was told it takes 30 days to set up, so I accepted that. I've messaged & emailed about all this before & gave up because of poor or non-response. It's frustrating. I'm very busy and don't have time to keep chasing

    @virginmedia I called the mobile team at the start of the year to put a £5 cap on my mobile contract which my daughter uses but have now received a bill for £29 and discovered the cap was never put on. CS on the phone insisted I've never called about this but I know for a fact I did....

    @virginmedia The call centre say "we will call you back in two hours because the tool we need is not working" They don't call vbqck. One female operative was friendly, but after 45 minutes she, like Jomil before, said "we can't change the details" She passed my wife on to a male call handler

    @virginmedia Yeah with huge respect this been going on for over a year. So I won’t hold my breath. Just do your job and fix it before someone gets hurt. As I’ve said previously. School nearby and there’s sharp edges on the cupboard. Only takes a kid to trip and get hurt.

    @virginmedia So today I was transferred 4 times to different teams: retentions, collections, finance and then customer service. They say they can’t find record of the cheque being issued in the first place. Last person promised me that they would follow-up and see it thru. That was 4 wks ago!

    @virginmedia The male call handler could not make himself understood and eventually slammed down the phone. He's just done it to her again. It was impossible to understand what he was saying, so he was asked to speak slowly. Also, what is this mysterious elusive customer service tool?
