    Call number 25 with @virginmedia after the service desk hung up on my after I waited 30 mins to connect and then when I did get through put my on hold and then hung up 😭😬😬 on your call number 26

    @virginmedia Ok I did that a optimised then signal. So I will give that a go for now and hopefully it won’t kick me out again. I though it was the online meeting platform but it happened across multiple sites (teams, Skype etc...)

    Another letter from @virginmedia saying I owe them money! Looks like my 25th call to them explaining that it is a fraudulent account. LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!

    You literally can't make this up. Working from home today and @virginmedia goes down again. Jinxed, every time I have important work to do from home the net drops. I would phone customer service but I know from past enquires they are completely useless.

    @CliffHague @virginmedia If you have not already ring to disconnect then tell retentions you need 2nd line support. They should be in Scotland or North East and really know their stuff I have Virgin but use gmail as a preferred option Good Luck!

    @marulg27 @virginmedia Hi I have the same issue finished with VM just having a really bad service with VM and they can not even follow up on a complaint which is more that 28 days. No front end to call VM as "they are busy" or a front to prevent any person contacting them but how much you owe

    @virginmedia The cost has increased exponentially, not sustainable. I'd rather not look elsewhere but running out of options. Had assurances from someone else on your text service (in writing) that something could be done, but then the tool was 'under maintenance' due to a 'technical error'.
