@virginmedia absolutely pathetic service, trying to run a business that relies on taking cards payments,I switched to you for the secureness of the line over fibre, since I’ve switched I’ve had more down time than standard internet! Callled up told nothing can be done until 9am!!

@virginmedia PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can somebody contact me. I have spent all week and atealst two hours a day on the phone trying to cancel my account. I ALWAYS get disconnected and NEVER called back. I have now canceled my direct debit. Take me to court if u want
