@Gemgwar @virginmedia Basically.. nobody knows what the process is! Told we had to wait in ALL DAY yesterday for nobody to come (when we apparently now it’s only a package being delivered) STILL! nobody is clear if it’s a package being delivered or an engineer. Shocking service for what we are paying!

@virginmedia Used to work for the company know all about rebooting after a fix. Just done *** and TiVo box again whilst still waiting for someone to answer the phone and it still doesn’t work. Absolutely shocking

@virginmedia I’ve been trying to cancel my contract now for 3 days! Firstly through text bot, then referred to WhatsApp and finially trying to phone. But after 3 phone calls and waiting 60 minutes each with no answer I am totally disgusted with this service!! Get your act sorted!

@mermhart @virginmedia @Virgin I had to use a pen to press the reset button on mine earlier today,all fine now,use to have loads of problems weekly but since changing to the 360 TV box in Feb 2021 and putting it as wireless connection to the router compared to the V6 connection via wire ive had no real issue
