Loving all the people moaning their virgin media being down. Most being paid for by their parents! Stop moaning! Either they’ve had a major piece of equipment fail or they’ve been hacked. Be patient, and it will be sorted. Or move to another and only get slow 30mb broadband!

@virginmedia Thanks will openly discuss first the problem I had with a new contract for @virginmedia TV and then upgrading my mobile after the theft of my old one on Xmas Eve . Plus P.OA. 87 Yr Mum upgrade.
