@virginmedia I haven’t really got anywhere, I wanted ideally to discuss the process I went through and what I was advised online placing my upgrade. I have contacted CD via text but i have just been told nothing can be done and pick a new tariff! Struggled to try raise a complaint also...

  • AshScrivens Ashley Robert Scrivens (@AshScrivens) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia I have just switched my parents over to you for broadband along with their 2 mobiles and I have a pending broadband order to be installed next week for my new house. So I’m extremely disappointed in how I’m being treated, I may have no option to cancel the lot.

  • omarqureshi Omar Qureshi (@omarqureshi) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia What's the procedure if this isn't rectified? It's not a unusual request, yet I'm around 10 days without phone service.

  • AshScrivens Ashley Robert Scrivens (@AshScrivens) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Sorry my tweet mentioned I contacted customer service via text. Asked for my complaint to be raised to a senior manager to discuss the upgrade process and wording, but was just offered a deadlock letter within 15 days! Not your procedure in your complaints code of practice..

  • jedimasterob1 Steve Galloway (@jedimasterob1) reported from Wolverhampton, England

@virginmedia Yes, it has since been resolved. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue and frequently not getting the speeds I am paying for. Not your happiest customer by any stretch of the imagination!

I am very much looking forward to changing internet providers in march, Virgin Media is one of the worst services ever honestly. We pay way too much for the speed we get, not to mention the amount of times in a day it cuts out.
