@virginmedia They lied and told me that they had called the house phone. They hadn’t. They updated my contact number to my mobile. I chased this 4 days later and was told my number had been updated and the complaint was still open and I will receive a call. Guess what?

Hey @virginmedia Had a contract with you for years but the TV service is terrible. Called to sort - gave details including PW for account via auto system (all correct). Person said the name on my AC is different??? My bill is in my name! Left hanging on for 28 mins then cut off!

First World problems. Internet dropping. Or should I say, @virginmedia broadband. Its awful, drops completely three / four times a week. Sometimes several times a day for a few seconds. Can't wait until I can give notice!

@virginmedia Poor internet. 500+ disconnections in a week when I’m paying for the highest package. Tried to downgrade package to save money, told I can’t. List is endless & all on file, supposedly!

@virginmedia Still waiting on a call from 26th April. Spoke to customer services several times. No success. Really annoying that it’s so difficult for somebody to pick the phone up and talk. Perhaps VM know that they are in the wrong. @Ofcom thoughts? Always collect payments in time eh, Dean

@virginmedia Engineer visit happened last week and I was told I need a new cable fitting outside my property when I have said this to your fault Steen I have tried charging me £25 and now they are just sending out an engineer to look for problems yet again

@virginmedia yes I have 2 v6 boxes 1 main in my living room and 1 in bedroom both updated to virgin tv360 upstairs box is displaying lights etc but main box down stairs no lights but remote responds as normal

@virginmedia @O2 disaster trying to get Virgin to apply Volt benefit of speed increase. Ended up with new contract with price increased by £60 without my consent, days and days on WhatsApp support. have to wait a month to know if the refund and rebates etc actually happen. Awful.

@virginmedia Wi-Fi.. just managed to get through to be told I have to pay for an upgrade for an issue.. or if an engineers comes out I may also be charged! I have been a loyal customer since ntl days at least 20+ years.. not impressed
