Hi @virginmedia I live in the B77 4LD area and we use you as our Broadband providers. Has the network gone down and if so approximately when will it get fixed and be back up and running?

@virginmedia Right then fools. How many times do I need to contact you to tell you how bad our internet is? I am so fed up with this service and wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy. I cant wait to get service from someone reliable. Clowns

@virginmedia And this is why, I'll be reporting you to trading standards for fraudulent misselling/misrepresentation and then abdicating ALL responsibility/accountability to resolve. There's no security/DPA issues in you giving me a direct dial number via DM. You just don't want to resolve.

@virginmedia I called 150 today to speak to a Supervisor regarding my bill. I was told I would receive a call within the hour. NOTHING. I agreed a contract 18/8/22 and the last two payments have been £65 & £75 more than agreed. This is shocking customer care and service.

@virginmedia your treatment of us over a Lasting Power of Attorney issue has been appalling. Your people have actually SHREDDED a document costing hundreds of pounds despite us being told it had been returned. CISAS has been invoked and your CEO will be told . @MoneyTelegraph

@virginmedia I have been but they couldn’t get a good-enough price and directed me to the self-service page but I get “customer-exclusion” at the end of the URL which tells me to use chat.

@virginmedia The ideal resolution would have been for VM to return the document as originally promised. We have dealt with other companies in this regard and all have been prompt and professional. Even the DWP accepted a photocopy of the POA. Why VM couldn't is entirely beyond me.

@virginmedia Alternatively, if you feel the urge to actually be helpful, you can search my name and location (it's an uncommon name) and ask a complaints manager to contact me. No security issues or breaches, since the notes I've been assured are on file, will be there to check.

@virginmedia Another fail. I've reached out in exasperation since my chase-ups of 14th, 19th and today have been ignored. As have my 5 messages to your local rep who promised to be on hand. If you can't be bothered to help me, I'll just escalate via another route @richardbranson

@virginmedia Nobody has called me and the WhatsApp chat is very frustrating and not dealing with the issue. This is very simple, I was sent contract paperwork with an agreed monthly fee of £86.75. Why have I paid two months of excessively higher payments. I should have left VM

@virginmedia Just to let you know, I've taken the time to write out another complaint via the link. I've submitted and it says 'nothing to see here'. The link says response within 7 days, and the submission says 28 days, and then my portal says I haven't raised a complaint. ANOTHER FAIL

Quite possibly the worst onboarding and customer 'care' experience I've EVER had @virginmedia Unfulfilled promises, failure to deliver contract as agreed and now I'm 'lost' in the system and being ignored. I'm left with no choice other than to 'out' you. #CaveatEmptor

@virginmedia No. Already done it about 7 times without any luck. I refuse to waste more hours in queues, only to rehash my issues to another anonymous operator. I've been assured that this is in the hands of a named handler, who didn't call me back as promised and is ignoring my emails. Fail

@virginmedia I’ve been trying for 10 days now. Your customer service systems are failing massively. The text service is a massive joke of a Merry-go-round with no answers. The phone for existing customers is always busy and social media just cutpaste answers #virginmedia #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia I HAVE!! And every day you don't answer me. And then the following day you send a text asking 'do you still need help'!! In fact this morning you've just texted to say you can't help me on the chat bot. Absolutely ridiculous. This is a farce.

@virginmedia Your website recognised there was an issue, and indicated that the fix date was "18 january". I signed up for updates and have received none. The WiFi seems to be back by now but I'm not confident in it. Can you just answer my question: how do I make a formal complaint, please?

@virginmedia Yes. Don’t you think it a little more than coincidental that every working day for over a week now, it drops to nothing once schools and work start? Fine in the evenings and weekends. So no service during the day. When we need it.
