  • Saq5000 Saqib👨🏽‍🦯 (@Saq5000) reported from West Bromwich, England

@virginmedia thanks for looking into this in great detail and I only wish that I could go back to the previous version which was fully accessible and user-friendly unlike this version of the app. They shouldn't of updated the app because it wasn't broken in the first place.

  • Georgekafetzis George Kafetzis (@Georgekafetzis) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia They don’t understand what you are saying to them. I had to say my postcode 5 times phonetically. Also on the phone for 45 minutes with no resolution. #badtimes

  • Jeanybabesb j7b7 (@Jeanybabesb) reported from Walsall Wood, England

Have been with @ThreeUK since 2005...15 years and the service has just got worse...time to switch! What you got @EE @virginmedia @O2

  • ManStickCar Louis @ MyBusyMind (@ManStickCar) reported from Birmingham, England

@VirginMobile @virginmedia proved to me that they don’t do customer service. We waited a month for a phone sent to a wrong address, & then had to collect it ourselves. We also proved the phone had a fault from the start, but now we’ve been told to claim on insurance and pay £125!

  • Saq5000 Saqib👨🏽‍🦯 (@Saq5000) reported from West Bromwich, England

@virginmedia OK thanks for that and the screen has gone away after I clicked on the sea terms link but I still have the problem of not being able to swipe to delete on individual programs within a folder as this was possible before the update

@virginmedia your online service status says there are no known issues in my area. However when I called just with a broadband issue I was told there is a fault in our area. If your website was up to date I would not have needed to call and queue for 30 mins.

  • Georgekafetzis George Kafetzis (@Georgekafetzis) reported from Cheslyn Hay, England

@VirginMedia the worst customer service known to mankind. I do not know how they say in business.

  • a_Muss60 Andy (@a_Muss60) reported from Solihull, England

@virginmedia Sorry for my delay as I'm being treated for a heart attack I had on Valentine's day. When I tested and found v low speeds I could not connect to any internet, so I used my mobile 3g service to check for Virgin internet issues, which came back no issues in my area.

  • Sammykins9486 Samantha (@Sammykins9486) reported from Birmingham, England

  • Saq5000 Saqib👨🏽‍🦯 (@Saq5000) reported from West Bromwich, England

@virginmedia Usually I would swipe down with one finger and it would tell me that I’m on the delete option and I just tap delete to erase the program

  • iamsteadman Mark Steadman (@iamsteadman) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia Hey, turns out you never DMd me. It was a scam artist and I narrrowly avoided getting my card details stolen (although I did give away my home address before I checked the username). That’s not on you; but thought you should know.

  • ChrisPresslie Chris (@ChrisPresslie) reported from Wednesfield, England
