@virginmedia It does. The internet will randomly cut out then come back on 2/3 minutes later. I’ve factor reset it via the router setting and a manual factory reset with no luck.

@virginmedia have the virgin connect app.... however it will not let me sign in. Have changed password etc and it still says ‘wrong username or password’. Driving me mad!

@keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

@virginmedia Lichfield area having problems. I’ve gone from 600mbps this morning to less than a meg. According to online no know issues. Connect app and your online diagnostic tool doesn’t support Hub4 so can even test that way. Done a rest of hub. Nothing. Help!

@virginmedia Not 100% sure but that's the channel I've noticed it on, mainly films recorded on my box. I was watching live the other night and it was the same. Internet search indicates others have the same problem, not just on VM. It might be something you have to take up with TCM

What a shocking company @virginmedia are! Been with then less then 17 days ,had to call 11 times been cut off 7 times ,no call back ,Now being told i must pay an extra £99 to receive service or just under £200 to get out of contract ...Disgusting!!!

@virginmedia still bad but managed to speak to 2nd level technical support who just did exactly what I had already done - restarted the router; but apparently it's also my fault as I didn't tell the engineer where to install the router. counting down until I can switch providers.

@virginmedia Hi. The connectivity between the bedroom and lounge V6 boxes has stopped working. 2 engineers have visited and have been unable to resolve. I was offered another engineer visit but if 2 can’t fix it, what difference would another make.
