@virginmedia Literally three years of the same inconsistency. And appalling customer service when you speak to anyone. There is nothing you have done or will do to improve this. As soon as I can get a decent speed from another local company I’ll be gone.

@virginmedia absolutely pathetic service, trying to run a business that relies on taking cards payments,I switched to you for the secureness of the line over fibre, since I’ve switched I’ve had more down time than standard internet! Callled up told nothing can be done until 9am!!

@virginmedia The link you provide is entirely not the problem. We’ve had the same issue for 2 years. It doesn’t stop being a problem. And every time we contact someone about it, we get the same advice because there’s no continuation. Please read the message chain if you’re going to reply.

@virginmedia It’s not a good enough response. You’re providing a sub bar service and yet I’m still paying my bill in full. I expect a discount until the matter is resolved.

@virginmedia I have a technician coming on Tues to replace SuperHub but need specific technical support to restore Sent box on PC. Windows say object not found error Ox8004010F. VM techs used to help in past at level 2 or 3. Now it's impossible to get past level 1 tech support.

@virginmedia No. It’s usually just one of the connected devices we lose at a time. Most often speakers but sometimes security cameras, sometimes hue bulbs. Never everything at once.

@virginmedia 2/2- just when my wife answered the phone and your employee told her to f**k off when she politely declined any new deals or offers! Absolutely digusting, glad to be leaving and fair to say if that is how you treat customers of 11 years in total we will never be back

@virginmedia There is no weak signal. I’ve checked all around the house repeatedly. There are no faults in the area. I have checked repeatedly. Customer services have been unhelpful on multiple calls. Had to fight to get an upgraded hub!

@virginmedia Okay. Just that Twitter asked me to sign into it and results would give you access. Thanks for clarification...just really dont understand why I have to go to a forum to get tech support for an error Virgin has made.

@virginmedia why sell us a package when you do not have the correct infrastructure in place! 30 minutes on hold today, I’m giving up. We didn’t have these issues with Sky.

@virginmedia Yes, security cameras, nest heating, hue bulbs. Less frequently. But still happens. Everything works for a while then something or several things stop. Never everything. We have entirely re-set everything once, which takes hours to sort and is not an answer.

@virginmedia Hi, thanks for getting back to me. All my VM services were down in past 48 hours. Now restored. BUT you seem to have deleted my Sent Box from Virgin email Server. I had 2 sent boxes, but the one deleted is the major one synced to my Windows 10 so can't send imp work documents!!

@virginmedia My computer guy HAS looked at your forum. We know what the problem is but it needs technical support your end to fix it. It would take the right person 2 mins but we cant get past your incredibly poor customer service to get any kind of tech support. So stressful & frustrating.

@virginmedia The original install date was the 4th of March. It has now moved to the 29th. The external fibre needs to be pulled. Virgin was aware of all of this when signing up. This is quite complicated. I’d really like to speak to someone who can actually help.

@virginmedia broadband has been absolutely dire in the last few weeks. Phases of outage or sun 2mbps speeds. Anyone else experiencing similar in SE26 area? Remember it was around cold snap it got bad - maybe affected the infrastructure.
