    @virginmedia I called 2 days ago, saying I wanted to leave, lady tried to say due to COVID other co. Not going into homes. First co.Called can fit when needed. Told only way to cancel contract is to call- last two days called about 10 times all staff busy call. How do I cancel?!

    @virginmedia and the broadband has gone down again. Every day around midday. Phone app has problems reaching servers, web service status says my broadband is good. Router flashing or sorts of green lights.

    £211 disconnection fee plus a month’s notice to leave Virgin Media, when moving to an address that Virgin doesn’t currently service, for a contract with 10 and a half months left on it....and after 7 years of being a loyal customer. Maybe the norm, but a pretty rotten norm.
