Call number 25 with @virginmedia after the service desk hung up on my after I waited 30 mins to connect and then when I did get through put my on hold and then hung up 😭😬😬 on your call number 26

So @virginmedia @virginhelp I have spoken to the webchat who told me to call the helpdesk. Helpdesk have told me to write a letter. WILL ANYONE HELP ME!??? I will write to Rachel Barrass but not going to really help when the debt collectors arrive.

@virginmedia your self help checks to resolve faults is INFURIATING ! Run test on equipment but still a fault on home phone line but cant book an engineer !! I've had a "chat" with a robot and now just have to hope cyberspace is listening !!

@virginmedia My home telephone line has been out of service for 10+ days . An engineer came to fix it Friday (last) 30th said fault was with service and would be repaired by Monday 2nd Nov. I've left numerous requests for response on website but no reply!
