    @virginmedia I'm wondering how many of your customers are having the same experiencing but they are in lockdown alone and no telephone service . I'm lucky I dont live alone my elderly Dad does it would be terrible if he couldn't speak to his family.

    @virginmedia Yes, and end up on hold , I don't work from home so have a very limited timeframe after work to contact you. It shouldn't be this hard to cancel or at least arrange a call back .

    @virginmedia day 5 of trying to cancel. Online chat is laughable was in a chat waiting for a reply for 9 hours yesterday,nothing ,now gone back to the start. 150 no1 answers. Covid is not an excuse when all your customers service people can WFH. CANCEL MY BROADBAND NOW!!!!

    @virginmedia No issues found but it's been constantly dropping all day. That's with doing everything it says on the website. I don't really want to sit through 45 mins of being on hold to be told that nothing is wrong like previous times.

    @virginmedia twice I have called you now, trying to cancel my contract. 50 and 90minute phone calls just to be hung up on!! I’m cancelling the direct debit. Just try and charge me and I will be charging you the cost of my phone bill that you wasted my time with!!!

    @virginmedia Still intermittent on a daily basis. Disconnects then connects at least 10-15 times a day. Disconnection lasts for about 1-2 minutes. Have never had problems in like this in the last 5 years

    @virginmedia Yes an engineer attended for a different reason and he told me what he had found and to keep my eye on the phone bill. Low and behold a charge appeared and customer service also saw that the line was crossed with another number.

    @virginmedia I’ve had a virgin TV360 box delivered today but it is stuck on the error code CS1010 and the box is frozen. Technical support have not resolved the issue. Please can someone assist me. There is no fault with my TV signal as the mini 360 box works.

    @virginmedia My mother is 88 and has had a stroke & a fall in the past so needs her lifeline button working ASAP. It took me over 3 hours to get through and cut off twice. I have used the text you gave me and have only had the standard reply. thiscustomer service is unbelievably bad
