    @virginmedia No issues found but it's been constantly dropping all day. That's with doing everything it says on the website. I don't really want to sit through 45 mins of being on hold to be told that nothing is wrong like previous times.

    Yet another failure by @talktalk. After yet more phone calls, no one at TalkTalk is wiling to take ownership of my problem. All I want to do is take my landline number to @Virginmedia at my new address. Talktalk are totally incompetent. No one is actually try to help.

    @virginmedia £44.80 package change for a change we didn't agree to. Also, Advisor#3 has had me on hold for about 10/15 mins now and he's just accidentally "unhold" me whilst he was making himself a cuppa tea, sounded like he said "****" then put me back on hold again. 🙃

    @virginmedia He wasn't helpful, just told me again how much my bill was going to be and when it was due. Not helping resolve my issue at all. Our call ended and I've submitted the complaint online.

    @virginmedia I think you’re missing the point, I never actually joined you. I’m bored talking, bored with promises. You have had 4 months and 7attempts to install. Talk is all I’ve had, I needed action and never got it, you can’t even keep a social media chat appointment

    @virginmedia I am utterly appauled by your level of service with my elderly mother. I returned your equipment from her, as she couldn't reach your drop off points, due to mobility issues. She then receives an email saying the equipment had not been returned (1 of 2)

    @virginmedia Luckily, there wasn't a problem afterwards. But it isn't good enough. Virgin Money made it more difficult, for a person to go online & I doubt having to use the app to visit Virgin Money's website, has seen a reduction in fraud.

    @virginmedia are an absolute ******* joke! Cutting my TV&Wifi off whilst investigating a complaint! 3 o’clock I had a call with a manager to investigate and settle the complaint, told me he’d ring me back in 15 minutes, still waiting 6 hours later! Absolute joke! Absolute ****!

    @virginmedia no,kept getting cut off after 1 hour and then after 45mins.We tried online chat to no avail. Now we are trying through Whatsapp. As of 6pm today we are waiting for customer relations. I'll DM our details if you could look into it id be very grateful.

    @virginmedia Technician showed up out of the blue this afternoon (fortunately I was in - not due till Monday). 20 minutes in the house, a new wall socket and cable and the technology issues are finally resolved. (Complaint still ongoing…)
