@virginmedia No issues found but it's been constantly dropping all day. That's with doing everything it says on the website. I don't really want to sit through 45 mins of being on hold to be told that nothing is wrong like previous times.

@virginmedia £44.80 package change for a change we didn't agree to. Also, Advisor#3 has had me on hold for about 10/15 mins now and he's just accidentally "unhold" me whilst he was making himself a cuppa tea, sounded like he said "****" then put me back on hold again. 🙃

@virginmedia There was earlier today but it was supposed to have been fixed by 3pm. Received a text at 3:40pm to say the issue was fixed but my broadband is still not working I have reset the hub 5 times now and it keeps saying failed to find ip address.

@virginmedia It's a historic email address which i've had for many years without issue. Strictly speaking, I'm no longer a virgin customer, I don't have a virginmedia account to sign into and never have as far as I know. No emails are reaching any of my devices but my phone still sends????
