It's actually tragic how bad @virginmedia broadband has gotten over the last few days. Hope we are refunded for this period of shocking internet coverage. Still think it's the best service but need to sort out current issues.

@virginmedia It was hard to contact you to follow up, I tried many ways but was getting no where as everything seemed to be on automated, however again in April I was having more issues and it got to a point I went on Twitter and someone responded with a text service but again like always

@virginmedia my parents virgin media account is under my email, only issue is that I don’t live with them, just signed up with you and now thats under my email too, when I try to sign into my account I get theirs, it says your can’t change an account email either..

@virginmedia please can some one help! My mom has a phone with you but is hopeless with acc info and passwords, she has tv, phone and internet package with you. She is trying to upgrade her phone as the one she has isn’t working/ charging properly.

@virginmedia Think it's more to do with the upgrade work then; when I select Help from the Help & Settings menu, the screen goes blank. I'm thinking it needs a network connection to work. Any plans for a Hub with built in 02 sim to increase connectivity? Currently hot spotting my phone.

@virginmedia have the most appalling customer service. I have an account in deadlock with monies owed and no contact from VM since the contract ended. Now they have sent a bill for items that have been returned. Tantamount to theft. Steer clear at all costs.

@virginmedia I’m currently speaking with one of the team on the phone and they have suggested sending a colleague to my home to find the items. Absolutely ridiculous. This matter, along with the issue in deadlock, will be escalated to CISAS this afternoon as VM have provided no resolutions
