@virginmedia OK thanks for that and the screen has gone away after I clicked on the sea terms link but I still have the problem of not being able to swipe to delete on individual programs within a folder as this was possible before the update

@virginmedia thanks for looking into this in great detail and I only wish that I could go back to the previous version which was fully accessible and user-friendly unlike this version of the app. They shouldn't of updated the app because it wasn't broken in the first place.

@virginmedia But you know, it’s not a total loss of service. So even though this has been going on for months and you cannot fix it, there’s no comeback to Virgin Media. You just close the case. Just keep referring me to different departments. I have nothing in my life so happy to hold
