James Hope (@gingerjames1990) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England@reddersmufc @Ofcom @virginmedia It's awful! Then try to speak to three different advisers to raise a simple issue/complaint and they refuse!

Will Hook (@williamtm) reported from Stafford, England@virginmedia had packet loss for a solid four days now in the ST16 area (Stafford)…any chance of a fix? It’s impacting my ability to work from home and in the evening I’ve not been able to watch YouTube/Netflix/etc without it buffering constantly.
-
Claire Holdcroft (@mrsclholdcroft) reported from Stafford, England@virginmedia can you please tell me how to ensure that you cancel my contract? I have tried since June! Alloqui Strix (@AlloquiStrix) reported@virginmedia My point was that the date of fix changed from 1 day, to 2, then 4, 3, 10, 4, and 10 days. Broadband is an amenity nowadays and your customers should not be without it for this length of time, especially when I'm told it's an upgrade of the infrastructure.
-
Phil (@philbreadin) reported@virginmedia how come my bill has jumped from £55 to £72 mid contract? I understand it's April and a small price increase is expected but £17 is taking the mick. With the issues I've had lately @sky is looking more tempting.

Jessica Simpson 😺🐶🐾 (@Jess_Simpson645) reportedHad quite a battle with Virginmedia this morning when reporting a fault . Wanted me to crawl down on the floor and reach behind the cupboard to start unplugging and then plugging things back in again. Explained in the to her that I have arthritis in my spine as an elderly person and it took a real battle to get them to send a Technician out - apart from anything else tiring having to navigate all the various menus to even get to speak to a human being. Really beginning to wish I had not renewed my contract with #Virginmedia and had gone elsewhere @virginmedia .
