@staffsbrewery @unicom @openreach I walked away from BT Infinity in my Hixon village as soon as Virgin Media was available the Service from BT was not good to say the least and i safe money with VM compared to my monthly charges from BT and Sky

We stopped paying @virginmedia the£90 for what in fairness was complete crap and have bought a Manhattan @FreeviewTV box and couldn’t be happier. We would never go back to virgin or sky for their overpriced TV service

@virginmedia why was I not informed of changes to my package. I’ve got the full house package which included kids tv. Name changed to maxit and now no kids Tv. Thank god we have amazon and Netflix which has kids stuff on. Don’t watch either on Virgin as it’s so slow.

@virginmedia Have you tried calling your number yourself to speak to anyone? I’d strongly recommend it so you can fix it. Email told to call 0345 454 1111 to discuss a complaint. I cant actually get through to a person just round in circles. Been told 7 times about copper wiring
