    @virginmedia I have also tried the text service, and have been waiting an hour and a half for someone to answer. I have tried the options it gives in the meantime which redirect to the website which still doesn’t answer my query

    @virginmedia I’ve been through all of that. A totally useless service. I’ve asked to be mailed an account password. So I need to wait for that as they told me no other way to help.

    @virginmedia They refused to tell me as they said it contravened GDPR rules, I asked if they could tell me the minimum I needed to pay so as not to involve GDPR. They weren’t able to help.

    Two days have now passed and they have heard nothing. They have no phone or internet and Dad is 80. Please can someone contact me and I will provide further details by DM. This is poor service for what you class as a vulnerable age group. I have tried to call you #virginmedia

    @virginmedia The salesperson who made an unsolicited call to my address, persuaded me to leave sky and join virgin by offering me £200 credit on my first bill.This never happened and I ended up paying for sky and virgin in parallel. All calls,texts and emails go unanswered,he ignores me
