    We stopped paying @virginmedia the£90 for what in fairness was complete crap and have bought a Manhattan @FreeviewTV box and couldn’t be happier. We would never go back to virgin or sky for their overpriced TV service

    @virginmedia Didn’t think your service could get worse.Wifi is now completely unusable.Getting 3mb wired into a Xbox one.Still got considerable amount of tv channels not working.All for £100 per month.What an absolute disgrace

    @drummerwhitey @northernsky67 @virginmedia Steve it was a last resort for me but other avenues were fruitless, I ended up getting a visit from an engineer , a booster and a reduction in my tariff after I told them I’d leave , normal customer service is dreadful, keep on pushing them

    @virginmedia why was I not informed of changes to my package. I’ve got the full house package which included kids tv. Name changed to maxit and now no kids Tv. Thank god we have amazon and Netflix which has kids stuff on. Don’t watch either on Virgin as it’s so slow.

    @virginmedia The 3rd engineer to come around and try to fix it on Saturday 8th said the only reason broadband wouldn't work after his fixes would be because the broadband would not be working for the whole area. That hasn't been the case and it still isn't working. Now awaiting engineer #4.

    @virginmedia I got a new virgin box a few months ago ,the packaging to send the old box back is to small ,three times I've rang to ask for bigger packaging each time the person has said it's being sent weeks later I'm still waiting can anyone else at Virgin media help

    Hi @virginmedia, my internet is not working/connecting. I done a service check & it said my hub wasn't connected but it was. I've also turned hub off & on, resetted it and still nothing. I have no idea what else could be the problem???

    @virginmedia I didn't give out personal information. I missed the call originally, but the mobile number showed up, so returned the call. Told me there is a problem in my area with ingress to my property and that they need access. Said I would need to check when someone was free and hung up.

    @virginmedia He changed name of hub, introduced 5g which I could never find, but made no difference to speeds,he said I should be getting double the speed I am at the moment, also discussed another booster as not getting good coverage. This is why he was calling back
