    @virginmedia had packet loss for a solid four days now in the ST16 area (Stafford)…any chance of a fix? It’s impacting my ability to work from home and in the evening I’ve not been able to watch YouTube/Netflix/etc without it buffering constantly.

    @virginmedia The number used 01455443469 in the UK. They said they had detected problems on our router & wanted to help. They asked me to enter a web site. Having spent almost 40 years in IT I felt it was wrong. The router does have slow moments but I had not reported it.

    @virginmedia They refused to tell me as they said it contravened GDPR rules, I asked if they could tell me the minimum I needed to pay so as not to involve GDPR. They weren’t able to help.

    Best internet providers?? NOT @virginmedia though, they're a joke. Had no tv for 3 months coz the box has been broke & the internet's like a slug. But they've continually charged me monthly, cant get through on the phone, when I do I get told someone will contact me, never do🤢

    @virginmedia Just looked through the messages, when I was on the phone the customer service said "I can do tomorrow." So we booked for 4-7pm. Then looking at text messages it says Monday. So we wasted a day because the phone operator got his days mixed up.

    @virginmedia Its down yet again! Now this has been an issue in this street (NE28) for just over 2 weeks since the 2 day outage. Nothing shows on the status page (but it never really does as you are pretty useless when it comes to area issues). When will this all be fixed so that it works?

    So @virginmedia can offer a new customer the same deal as I am currently on for £45 cheaper than what I am going to pay on a contract renewal deal! Been a customer for years! Contract cancelled it is then!
