    @virginmedia They refused to tell me as they said it contravened GDPR rules, I asked if they could tell me the minimum I needed to pay so as not to involve GDPR. They weren’t able to help.

    @virginmedia No they didn’t. Seeing as I can’t get the issue sorted with yourselves I will be contacting my bank and instructing them not to take any payments from you via direct debit

    @virginmedia Why cant someone just ring me so I can actually explain what the problem is. When I try and light in it does not recognize my mothers maiden name and I'm sure I have got that right so then I cant get any further

    @virginmedia I have lost my internet and TV channels. I don’t have access to the login details or my phone number to resolve online and I can’t get any answer on the phones despite waiting a very long time. How can I resolve this please?

    Two days have now passed and they have heard nothing. They have no phone or internet and Dad is 80. Please can someone contact me and I will provide further details by DM. This is poor service for what you class as a vulnerable age group. I have tried to call you #virginmedia

    @virginmedia I have also tried the text service, and have been waiting an hour and a half for someone to answer. I have tried the options it gives in the meantime which redirect to the website which still doesn’t answer my query

    @virginmedia I’ve been through all of that. A totally useless service. I’ve asked to be mailed an account password. So I need to wait for that as they told me no other way to help.

    @virginmedia A reboot again was advised and only then could it be escalated, as I had done this several times and was at work it was not a satisfactory solution for me and then I was on hold until I gave up and hung up.

    @virginmedia PART 3: so asked to send it over to us in email so we can take a look. We got an email, it was M250, no Wi-Fi extender and £22 a month, very different from the phone call. Not what he told us. So, we called customer service to ask them to amend so we can take another

    @virginmedia A 16% rise? How is that fair? How will my service improve? You can offer a new customer my same package for £29 pcm yet I will have to pay £90 pcm. I think it’s time the ombudsman stepped in and regulated the pricing as has happened to the insurance industry.

    @virginmedia Or is it just obtaining money by deception???? Sure that's a crime Maybe @gmpolice need to get involved because I've been paying for something that I've not been receiving, or maybe @Offcom need to get involved now we are nearly 4 months down the line?
