    @virginmedia all of yesterday and still today I have no internet. It's been switched off, reset etc. Last month I went nearly a week without service. This needs resolving or I'm leaving.

    @staffsbrewery @unicom @openreach I walked away from BT Infinity in my Hixon village as soon as Virgin Media was available the Service from BT was not good to say the least and i safe money with VM compared to my monthly charges from BT and Sky

    @TrekinTech @virginmedia I gave up with Virgin media router after so many of these. It’s is single handedly the worst WiFi router man (or woman or it) has ever invented. But it’s a pretty ok modem TBF..

    @virginmedia why was I not informed of changes to my package. I’ve got the full house package which included kids tv. Name changed to maxit and now no kids Tv. Thank god we have amazon and Netflix which has kids stuff on. Don’t watch either on Virgin as it’s so slow.

    @virginmedia Seems to be a constant theme, those who do have access either don’t care or don’t want to resolve the issue. Would be interested to know how many others in this area have similar latency problems, because Virgin Fibre in other areas does not, neither does Sky Fibre in this area.

    @virginmedia Yes all devices were affected last night, I haven't tested what it's like today, I just tried running the local service test twice and had technical error as result twice.

    @virginmedia Yeah I have checked everywhere no emails.the lady I spoke to told me i should have a cancellation email with in 48hrs and should get a prepaid box to send all the equipment back when my service stops on the 2nd January.
