    @virginmedia why was I not informed of changes to my package. I’ve got the full house package which included kids tv. Name changed to maxit and now no kids Tv. Thank god we have amazon and Netflix which has kids stuff on. Don’t watch either on Virgin as it’s so slow.

    @williamtm @virginmedia 1&1, bt, EE, sky, zen and talk talk all support v6 afaik. The ONLY major (by number of subscribers) ISP that doesn’t is virgin. The smallest of the big 4 is talk talk and numbers 5-10 of the top 10 added together are still half the size of talk talk.

    @virginmedia Didn’t think your service could get worse.Wifi is now completely unusable.Getting 3mb wired into a Xbox one.Still got considerable amount of tv channels not working.All for £100 per month.What an absolute disgrace

    @virginmedia all of yesterday and still today I have no internet. It's been switched off, reset etc. Last month I went nearly a week without service. This needs resolving or I'm leaving.

    @GeographyCarrie @virginmedia Leave and join Vodafone or another provider. Virgin are terrible, used to have them but the network infrastructure is poor. They prioritise high network download speed and no upload speed. If this is the 7th time you have the right to leave. Call them and demand a leave clause.
